I am giving these guys a 5!! We went to argonaut down the road on our vacation the 1st day and it was so so, not amazing and overpriced, so we decided to grab Starbucks before we left. Not only does starbucks usually never disappoint but this day was particularly amazing! Caramel machiato was perfect, chai tea was also perfect! Service was phenomenal. Just plain rude. When you ask a guest to put on a mask, or in my case wear properly please ask nicely. The guy was beyond rude. I was struggling with PTSD all afternoon wearing my mask in compliance. I would venture to say ~ by far the best Starbucks experience I've had ! The store was welcoming , the customer service was 10+ and drinks were fast ! Our barista was friendly , chatty, and full of smiles ( Daisy was her name ) I mentioned it to the manager on duty and he told us , she just earned her 1year pin .. Wow, very busy location! There is a paid parking lot next door to this location, so as soon as we arrived in Leavenworth we went to buy some coffee. The line was out the door. Plenty of outside seating, if your okay with 25 degree weather. :) At the end of our day, we decided to head back to try our luck. Only one person in line, which was nice. Nice size seating area, which was full. Long lines for bathroom. There do have restrooms right across the street if you don't want to wait. Starbucks exterior is decorated Bavarian style! read more

This is not your average WA Starbucks, this is significantly under par, and needs help. I'm writing this review based on years of visiting here en route to Eastern Washington, and every single experience (WITHOUT FAIL) has been a negative one. From the extremely long wait times, to the baristas who don't know how to amend simple drinks to meet your requirements, the list is endless. The only thing Starbucks about this location is the ambience, it's set up like a Starbucks, has a menu like Starbucks but that's where it stops. I'm not the biggest Starbucks fan ever, but I know what they do and they do it pretty well. This place though is really struggling. I asked for a creme brûlée chai tea latte, a simple chai tea with the creme brûlée syrup. The barista guaranteed there was no way they could do that because there wasn't a selection for it on her computer. I even talked her through how to make it and she still didn't say it could be done. This was just my most recent visit. Usually the wait is 20-30 minutes + for a drink even in off peak season. Avoid this place if you can. read more

Not bad. Drinks were all good as always but I asked for light ice and I definitely did not get light ice. They did mess up my friends orders but they seemed busy so we just went with it. Most of the staff was welcoming but the lady that took our order could have been nicer, but I know how stressful it can be back there! The sandwiches are AWESOME by the way!! The store itself is beautiful! However, they have a pretty small selection of reusable cups. I will definitely visit again when I get the chance. :) read more

Some of the employees are simply rude. First, when I ordered my drink order the cashier was acting like I was speaking low and asked "what was that" - second I asked to use my points on the drinks and she asked me "what do you want to use your points for". Third, my family was thirsty and I went to the cashier to order water and she sent me to the baristas who were slammed. Went to the Barista and waited 5min. Asked for a cup of ice with water, and the barista rolled her eyes at me. She brought me a cup with ice. Then I waited to get her attention because she just dropped the water on the counter and asked the manager who added the water for me. Saturday around 10:45 am, my family and I visited the Front Street location in Leavenworth to get some coffee. I ordered two drinks both to be iced. When the Barista called my name, the coffee was not iced, so I simply stated, these were supposed to be iced. I was not mad, I was not upset, I was not rude, I simply said these were supposed to be iced. The answer I received was, rude and not a good customer experience. The answer was sharp and it was, "That's not what the sticker says." Then another barista came over to explain my drinks to me, he said this is the SF vanilla, and I said, again, not angry, no attitude, I know, but I asked for them to be iced. You would have thought that I peed on their Wheaties. The two baristas quickly huddled and gave me the side eye. Again, I was not demanding, I did not throw a fit, that is not my character. My family waited with me for my two drinks to be remade. All the while, we were given the side eye. My first drink came back iced, hopefully not with spit about 7 minutes after this. I saw them grab the cups, place the new sticker on, set them on top of the coffee press and just sit empty, while they made about 7 other customers drinks, instead of fixing mine. My first drink was made, and the barista called my name. 7 minutes to make it iced was seemingly longer than it should have been. BUT, I was made to wait another 10 minutes to get my second drink iced. I watched that cup sit empty AF. The barista knew it was there the whole time. While this was happening the barista and the one that told me which drink was what, chatted, laughed, wiped off the counter, but what they did not do was make my drink. When I finally got my second drink, I said to the barista, thank you and I am sorry the sticker didn't say iced. She was so insincere, and for whatever reason so pissed off that I can't even understand, because it wasn't like I said can you make this drink with the feathers of 100 birds, one cocoa bean lightly roasted, not too hot, and one ice cube. All I wanted was for the drinks to be iced, which I asked for at the register. She said to me, "It's no problem." Really? Because the little huddles, the side eyes and snark said that it was and what continued to be and I still do not know why. All I said was, these were supposed to be iced. I understand that customer service is hard, it can be demanding, and there will be tough days, but I did not cause the response that I received. My family took note as well, and when they asked for a manager, the baristas were 100% on the defense, and just pointed to the back for the business cards of the managers, which don't even have phone numbers for the managers just email addresses. Again, I just said they were supposed to be iced. No profanity, no anger, just wanting what I asked for. If that is what pisses the employees off to seemingly a snarky end, they don't belong in front of people. If were the manager of that store, I would be ashamed of how my employees treat people. It was not even close to necessary, nor appreciated. We only stopped there because it was familiar. I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else. Likely the coffee would not be burnt as it usually is with Starbucks in the first place and the locals would be better off and happier with the customers and would want o secure that better reputation for their business, which they 100% would. Making the customer happy, should be #1, not acting pissed because the drink was supposed to be iced, because that is not at all hard. read more

I loved the lodge style on the inside and the Bavarian theme of the building from the outside, but their coffee is disgusting. Well, at least the caramel macchiato I ordered was disgusting. Came in to get something cool and refreshing to drink before heading home. They call my name to get my drink and before I even get to the counter I know it's wrong. I had ordered a white mocha Frappuccino with an add shot. What I got was a white mocha creme Frappuccino with an add shot. I told them I dont know if the buttons are close or what but I did not order a creme Frappuccino. They said " not a problem. We will remake it" the barista walks away and starts talking to the others working. Next thing I know I have three barista glance up at me and continue on talking with each other over their headsets. They remake it and give it to me and, at this point, I'm too uncomfortable to stand there any longer or mention that my drink is still wrong. The place was hopping on a December Sunday. As I waited in line a watched the staff and my 15 minutes gave me ample time to observe. Despite the line, only one of the two registers was in operation consistently with someone dropping in to the second register periodically. The staff that took my order did an excellent job of dealing with my order needing to change. Why did it change? Well in addition to the 6-7 things that were labeled as being out on the menu board, two of the four things I tried to order were also not available as they were out of ingredients. But what really got me was that once I got the order in the staff made only one of my four drinks. I asked about it and it took them a bit to find my order and get it made. This place was super busy and there wasn't even an event occurring in town. Even the line to the restroom was long. This ranked 3rd worst Starbucks experience I have had. And I am truly sorry to say that. They where slow and not organized at all many partners where milling around two with out aprons on. Even though there where extra partners no one was supporting the register. It seem like she was new anyway and didn't quite know how to handle rewards or recovery certificates. We ended up being charged twice. After a quick call customer service at Starbucks was able to refund us and apologize profusely for our bad experience. When we did get our drinks they were made subpar and nor to standard Which compromised the flavors of the coffee. I frequent Starbucks at various locations in Western Washington daily and have come to expect a certain level of accuracy and customer service. Visited the drive thru while passing through town in September on a quiet Saturday afternoon and left disappointed. Despite being the only car in line and seeing a virtually empty lobby the service was slow and our order was not correct. The barista was visibly stressed and unfriendly. I will, of course, give this location another chance when I find myself in Leavenworth again, but will be sure to avoid the drive thru and make sure I have plenty of time. read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here. It's one Starbucks servicing the six million tourists that all show up. Give your money to the small businesses here and you will definitely get a tasty drink and be supporting some great people. That said, this Starbucks is clean, quick, efficient, and the employees were all fantastic. The new location is bigger and nicer than the old one, but that's where the improvements end. I came in looking for a refill on my unsweetened iced coffee, which is normally 0.55. The barista wouldn't let me get the refill, starting that I had to have stayed in the store and been within 30 mins of purchase (two 20 oz iced coffees within 30 mins??). I wasn't about to argue, though I know most Starbucks won't enforce this rule, and last I heard, it was 2 hours. I was more put off by the fact that the barista was fairly rude about delivering the bad news. Even worse, after I paid a second time for the iced coffee, it tasted terrible. Iced coffe is literally brewed double strength coffee, diluted with ice, and tastes the exact same in every store, since there's not much to it. I couldn't finish it. read more

I love this place! Amazing location, comfortable seats, free wifi, plenty of parking spots and cheerful staff! I do NOT recommend this Starbucks. The barista who made my drink was very disrespectful! I ordered an Americano with "no room" I asked her to fill my drink and she replied with "gosh...it looks pretty full to me" with a very sarcastic condescending tone. I spoke with the manager of this location and all I got was "sorry, I addressed it with this employee" meanwhile I told this manager I threw my drink out and was so pissed about the way this disrespectful employee treated me and was never offered ANY compensation for my terrible experience. This location already gets poor reviews by others with similar experience with rude employees, this just adds to it and I don't think they care about fixing this problem either. In conclusion if a customer asks you to fill their drink, FILL IT! and if you have a problem with that, look for employment elsewhere that's not retail/customer service. Worst. Starbucks. Ever. I wish I could give it a 0 star rating. We ordered a couple of iced lattes, and the Santa Claus looking dude nonchalantly took our order. We waited for nearly 30 minutes, and we probably would not have gotten our order by then had I not asked the stressed out and overworked barista who was clearly not having a good day. She was polite despite the unorganized chaos and I felt bad for her. And the dude that took our orders was just chillin at the register when nobody was in line to order. You'd think that he'd try to help out a little like organize the drink order queue... but nope. He decided to organize the cake pops in the display instead... because you know... that was what was important and not the 20 or so backordered drinks. Not even an ounce of urgency on that guy... And the floors and tables were disgusting. Spilled drinks, sticky floors, and garbage strewn about. 30 minutes later i walk out like I finally get to enjoy my drink. Just went to Leavenworth for a day trip and stopped at Starbucks first. It was busy but that was no problem. Didn't mind waiting. I specified twice to the cashier I wanted my drink iced. The barista was talking 100 miles an hour on her headset and did not appear to be paying attention. She gave me my drink hot. I nicely said , sorry but it was supposed to be iced. She said in a very rude tone that "you are supposed to specify." I told her I did and she looked very put out. I know good help is hard to find but there was no reason for the poor customer service and poor attitude. Won't be going there again.
