We took a girl's trip out to CT and stopped by this Starbucks at Foxwoods for a pre-shopping, and dinner caffeinated beverage. This one is located next to the food court on the Great Cedar side entrance. It's clean, quiet, and has enough standing room to wait for our drinks without feeling clustered by the merch and tables. London Fog- Hot, steamed milk, early grey tea, and vanilla syrup. I asked for almond milk and it was delightful! It was creamy, sweet, and balanced mild tea flavors. Overall Service: Pretty laid back for a Starbucks! We ordered, got our drinks, made sure I got a shot of the drink for Yelp, and we were out. read more

Just horrible service. After ordering I asked for my receipt for work. I got told that I'd have to wait a while for receipt, since the cashier started taking another customers order. Long story short, I asked the manager for a refund and next thing you know per the staff working I find myself in an altercation getting spit on, sworn at pushed,shoved and threatened with still no refund. I've visited this Starbucks just about every time I've been to Foxwoods and they're always great.. I went there twice today.. first time was right after I checked out of the hotel and had ran my bag to the car and on my way back in to play for a bit, I stopped off for some much needed caffeine! The guy that was working was awesome, very nice, friendly, polite and welcoming.. and my Frappuccino came out awesome.. it was so good, I ended up going back for a second one on my way out!! The location itself is conveniently located right by the Great Cedar parking garage and near the food court, I've actually walked all the way there from the outlets for my caffeine fix! The café is neat and clean, the baked goods look fresher than the cake store across the way and the employees are all friendly! I can't ask for anything better! read more

if I could give zero stars I would. absolutely horrible service from one specific barista. right up front we could tell she was irritated taking our order, I think she sighed loud enough for all to hear. second she got my whole order wrong because she wasn't listening at all!!! she over charged me and gave me the wrong sandwiches so when I asked her why my order was off she was extremely rude to not only me but my husband also and started to argue back how I was wrong. she got my drink wrong, his drink was correct but than she charged me for 3 sandwiches when I only ordered 2. we were polite and asked if we could just get the right sandwiches which is when she started to argue back. Very Poor Service. One- I am not here to make your day worse. Two- If your employer is treating you bad, please take it out on them. Typical Starbucks coffee that is drinkable, but nothing more than burnt bitter beans. I expected this and my review does not reflect on the Starbucks product, as that is already a low rating. This review is based on the grumpy girl behind that counter that could not even acknowledge my kind gesture of Thanks and to have a better day. Maybe someone before me wrecked her day. I'm sorry if that is the case. We're humans here and your bad mood should t be cast upon everyone else around. I've noticed this trend in my East Coast travel; service can suck and the person spewing negativity feels entitled to make sure everyone knows. Work ethic doesn't exist or they don't value their job enough to get over it and serve others. All of my life, Ive had to buck up and do my job, despite what is going on outside of my role there. Awful customer service. Went in and was the only person in the store, 3 workers behind the counter and not one of them stopped talking to each other to ask what I wanted or how they could help me. I asked if I could order and the reply was "yes". When I asked for my drink, the reply was "no". I stood there not sure what was going on for a minute then got an explination from another worker that they were out of coconut milk and could not make my drink. this Starbucks is absolutely horrible , they have very rude customer service , my drink was made In correctly so I asked for it remade and they gave me a horrible attitude, the staff honestly was all just rude and not helpful , i had to pay for my drink to be remade even though it was made in correctly, I was charged 14.95 for my beverage to be remade when I got two drinks the first time for 19.95 , I don't recommend this location at all unless you wanna deal with disrespectful people and you wanna argue and be OVERCHARGED read more

This was my first time at Starbucks. The customer service was horrible. The male worker who served me had a bad attitude and was not helpful at all. Not knowing anything, I asked a few questions that were appropriately coffee related and he gave me attitude and acted put off. I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee when I ordered and noticed my coffee was black when I received it. He did not tell me I had to add it myself, nor did he tell me where to find it. Needless to say, I will never go to Starbucks again. Also to the "barista" who made my coffee, don't work in customer service, if you aren't going to be helpful. read more

So I went to this Starbucks and bought a tumbler cup, and decided ten minutes later that I did not need the said cup. The cashier never gave me a receipt & I work at the casino so I decided I should return it while he's still working. When I went over there he did not know if they could do returns. Then another guy came over and said I'd need to wait for the manager to arrive to be able to return it. I was on a 30 min lunch break so I didn't have time to wait so I asked the guy "You really can't do the return without the manager?" And he got in my face and loudly and rudely said "I don't know how to return it". While the rude barista behind him was also giving me a dirty look. It's pretty sad how they treat people at this location. I am a fellow coworker of the casino and should not have been treated so poorly. As I am a customer every day here and the only problem I've ever had was with these 3 specific workers. You should really be a lot friendlier to your guests. As I would never treat any of my guests that walk into my restaurant like this. read more
