I do want to give 5 stars to Diana, who I believe is a newer employee. She was professional and friendly and helpful. The reason I go to Starbucks is for the consistently great coffee and food items . I'm not into the specialty drinks at all. I drink my coffee black or with oatmilk for a latte. Then get the spinach egg wrap. Decor is newer in this locations and it has been remodeled this past year. The only reason I give 4 stars, in general, is because the tables are not cleaned frequently enough. I understand it is because they are almost always busy with drink and food orders. That should be the priority however if there could be worked into the schedule an extra person per shift to be on "table and floor cleaning" duty in the more busy times. Then when that priority is fulfilled they could supplement where needed. Again, I've seen this several times before putting this into my review and not only at this location. Cleanliness should be as important as the drinks and customer service, in my opinion. I do love that they continue to greet customers and service is with a smile. Great job. read more

Always loved customer service at this location but today I have to point out two employees due to today's interaction. As I'm waiting for my order, roughly waiting 15 minutes inside the store. I noticed two employees having the time of their life's, chatting it up, catching up with their personal life. Mr Miguel and Ms. Nishell, thought it was a good idea to sit by the register for 15 minutes and have the audacity to still go to the back to continue there conversation in private. while the drive through was flooded with customers and while their co-workers were behind on drinks since it was rush hour. not giving them the support they needed. I come here almost everyday and the inconsistency this location has with efficiency, time, and taste is frustrating. I ask to get my drink remade probably 1x-2x a week and sometimes opt to drive to a further location for coffee. I don't like leaving reviews but this location needs help. There are some nice staff but there are also some rude not friendly staff who take their time. read more

For starters I could tell as soon as I pulled up to this Starbucks we were not welcome. Especially the girl with distinctive eyeshadow and a claw clip. We arrived 10 minutes before closing for coffee. When we ordered the same lady who gave us an unwelcoming look took our order, she was ill-mannered and was very rude when taking our order it felt as tho she wanted to be little us. When our drinks were ready she just slid them on the counter and on the last drink before she even gave it to us she said in a rude way "the store is closed now so you need to leave" with that we went to her about it saying that we understand she's tired but we are too and the lady raised her voice at us. We left the store and when we were outside she flipped us off and blabbered I imagine some nasty things but we couldn't make it out from the door. Things like this should not happen at a Starbucks. I understand the store was about to close but I believe that if they didn't want anymore costumers they should have locked the door. If this lady cannot control her anger over making a few more drinks I don't believe she is fit for this job. I've tried so many times with this Starbucks. It's the only one close to my house. I visit every day. 8 out of 10 times, my drink is absolutely terrible. It's no big deal if it happens every now and then. But every time?! Every time, they're rude about it and act like I'm a jerk for asking for a remake on my $10 drink. The store manager is no help. She never does anything about it, and every time I see her, she's doing a whole lot of nothing. It's also one of the most understaffed Starbucks I've been to. There are a few baristas here that I absolutely adore, and that's the biggest reason I keep going back. But it's getting to the point where I'm gonna start making the drive to Hanford! I have gone to this Starbucks multiple time and have meant many friendly faces such as the barista however when the store manager has been at this location she has been rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. Was literally stuck in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes (can't get the car out) and there was only 7 cars in line total.. when I went to order, half of the menu items were out. So I'm a little mad at this location. I was able to order my favorite and discontinued Oprah chai latte from my app. Normally they just tell me they couldn't make it and send me off on my way. I've came here during the morning and in the afternoon and man this Starbucks location takes a while to get drinks done. I skipped going through the drive thru on Sunday around 2:58pm because of how busy it was and how long the line was, so I came inside as it wasn't busy. I waited 10-15 minutes for a y'all vanilla iced latte when there was no one in line and the people in here had their drinks already. This was ridiculous honestly. It seemed as the baristas were focused on the drive thru orders only. To top it off there were 3 baristas and one cashier for the drive thru orders and one cashier taking orders inside. On Saturday 5/7 around 9:00 over drive thru. I order grande caramel macchiato with one shot of espresso. The lady responded that it will be only milk. I said that's fine (because I always have it this way, I know how I like it and besides I'll pay for just milk in my coffee) when I received my coffee it already looked like it had a little more of coffee and just less half of milk. This store has really fallen and hit rock bottom. The only thing I ever order is brewed coffee"pikes". Which is supposed to be brewed and ready. I have on several occasions been given old/ cold coffee. Ironically this seems to only happen to me at this store;and of course we only have the one location. Just really sucks. Customer service is FANTASTIC . Always make an amazing drink . I've been coming here for a couple of months , since the beginning of this year and I've seen consistent progress in this location specifically , management and baristas alike . I've gotten my drink incorrect once and they have been apologetic and have made my order AGAIN and offered me a pasty to compensate for the time that I have waited in both cafe and drive . The baristas also take mobile order which can be used on the Starbucks app to order drinks so they are SWAMPED at all times from cafe inside , mobile orders and drive . I tried to come in on thanksgiving and was waiting promptly fifteen minutes for me beverage , which I wasn't mad about because the WHOLE lobby was full of customers .
