Most places make their iced coffee from blends and medium dark or dark roast levels. Grounded Coffee Co is the rare CT coffee shop that made my iced coffee with an Ethiopian Single Origin roasted by Ilse. Ilse, a North Canaan, CT, was not on my radar. They are now. This was one of the best iced coffees I've had from a shop all year. And it matched my preferences. Grounded is small, but the shop was cute, had some inside seating, and seemed to have an outside seating area, although I did not go out back to see it. Service was friendly and helpful. Very impressed with this visit experience. Five Stars.

Some old staff and some new staff, sometimes the espresso is better than other times but you gotta learn somewhere so- I get it.
