I mobile ordered to this starbucks this morning and the staff was so kind! Everything person behind the counter told me good morning and asked how I was doing. The drink and food were so good and done in a timely manner. When I left every person told me to have a good nice and was so kind again. They kept it very clean and cozy!!! read more

The past two times I have came I had to wait 20-30 minutes for 2 drinks i asked when they would make my drink and they said they haven't even started. Very disappointed in the service here. Definitely could Improve. The last time I was here I asked for a bagel and they didn't inform me they were out. The lady said she wrote on the cream cheese i ordered to say they were out of bagels. The message was no where to be found. They eventually found a bagel and decided to wait 5 minutes to give it to me. Again could improve on their service. read more

My daughter picked up my order this morning. The order was supposed to be ready by 11:36. She received the hot sandwich and then had to wait for the coffee. She finally had to ask about the order and was told they were behind. No kidding. She didn't receive my order until 12:04, at which time the sandwich was no longer warm. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming which I love! The only issue is I don't think they have blonde espresso roast because whenever I order an americano it tastes different than the location on Dallas Pkwy. I only come here if the wait at that location is 20 minutes or more. read more

This has to be the best Starbucks experience I've had in a long while. The baristas were both personable and kind. They went out of their way to chat with us and discuss the new summer drinks. While waiting for our order, the cashier even gave us a sample of the pineapple summer drink. Super happy with my choice of the strawberry açaí lemonade and would recommend. Great service, friendly staff and fast service. Even though they prioritize the online orders, they still managed to make ours on a timely fashion. First time here, I do have to say I was surprised not to see this particular location on yelp, not sure how old it is but it looks good and it has a very inviting patio and nice stone facade around the building which adds that nice touch. It is located at the south east corner of FM 423 and El Dorado next to the UPS and creamery store. We ordered two vanilla lattes to go and one white chocolate mocha to go. The quality was there and the taste as usual. Definitely better service than the one inside the Kroger off 380 and Cross Roads as well. So with that being said, this will now be our Starbucks store. I had placed an order online. But as soon as I was ready to leave to pick it up, we had an emergency and had to take my kid to the ER. 3 hours later we're all ok and we headed to this Starbucks. I told them about our situation and without hesitation they remade our drinks on the spot and warmed up new food. They were super nice and went above and beyond customer service. I used the Starbucks app to place an order for 3 frappuccino drinks and 2 bakery items. I arrived at the exact time the app said my order would be ready and none of my order was ready. While waiting there, I saw there was one employee having a loud personal conversation with a customer and four other employees, two of whom appeared to be trainees. There did not appear to be a manager or even an adult employee present. All of the employees were children. After waiting 10 more minutes and people coming in after me were getting their drinks, I went to the cashier and asked what's going on with my mobile order. The cashier said they were all out of the bakery items that the app said were in stock. I refused to accept an incomplete order and requested to cancel the entire order for a refund. It took 3 employees more than 10 minutes to figure out how to give a refund, and they could not figure it out and instead gave me a cash refund. While waiting, I observed two customers returning their drinks which they said were made wrong and a third customer who also ordered the bakery items with the mobile app that the store did not really have. The customer behind me commented that 80% of his recent drink orders were incorrect. The service at this store is unacceptable and offensive. read more

The 423 and 380 location is poorly managed (poorly stocked) so it pushes some more people down to this location which can extend your wait sometimes. It also doesn't have a drive through. With that in mind, this location delivers everything else you expect from a Starbucks: a consistent, delicious cup of caffeine from friendly staff in a comfortable space. read more

Very inconsistent in product. I always order a frappachino, never had two taste the same here. Most of the time they are too watery, there are other Starbucks in the area that offer a consistent, good product. This place is best for buying a gift card or coffee cup. read more

My order is a black tea, unsweet, with no water. I have gotten this tea for years and know when it's good and when it's not. This location consistently makes weak tea that is not Starbucks quality. This is an incredibly busy Starbucks which means the baristas/cashiers should be used to dealing with heavy movement. This one employee working as a cashier asked me what my name was. As I was spelling it out, she tried to confront me about rolling my eyes. It's 9am on a Saturday. I have no reason to be rolling my eyes and even if I was, there is zero reason to be hostile when you are in a customer service position. Of course, instead of handing certain items directly to me (as she did for others), she walked to the other end and dropped off the items without announcing what or who they were for. Nice as suburban Starbucks go... has a sweet bar that you can sit at and watch the Barista go to work. Staff is always efficient and friendly, if there are any lines the weekend crew can chew through them quickly. Also has a nice outside patio you can chill out on. read more

I come to this location a couple times a month on the weekends when I want to sit outside and bring the pup. Staff is always super friendly and the majority of the time they get my order right and it's delicious. Only complaint is the grounds and tables are kind of messy on Sat & Sun mornings. Usually have to clean the tables and chairs off before sitting down but other than that it's good and consistent. read more

Fortunately, this Starbucks is not too far from our house. Unfortunately, I only stop here if I'm prepared to wait a long time to get my drink. There have been several times my wife and kids are waiting in the car for 15-20 min. That's understandable perhaps if there is a huge line, but sometimes there were only 1-2 people ahead of me. I'm not sure what the deal is. That said, we all make mistakes and I've noticed some improvement the last few stops...so in giving 3 stars on what would have otherwise been 2 star review. You want great coffee made fresh while you wait then you should come here. You people that can't stand to wait should get coffee at a drive thru ! Very rarely do I ever find it fit to complain. But this Starbucks is terrible. The service has been incredibly slow every time I've been in. It took well over 10 minutes for my order and the place wasn't terribly busy. On top of the wait, they prepared my drink wrong. Super irritating to pay a fistful only to receive so little.
