3 stars for several reasons.. 1. They NEED to invest in a air door distributor at the MAIN door to prevent flies from coming in.. They have one on the small door but more flies come through the main door where the parking lot is vs the side do 2. Every time I come here, baristas forget my food and never wipe down tables. 3. Turn down the AC.. Overall there is a decent amount of space to study inside and out and plenty of parking. If they added a 4th barista during shifts would be great as well. 10/6/19 UPDATE! The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This is my second time to this location and they are extremely slow. I have had to remind them both visits about my order and I have observed multiple guests around me dealing with messed up orders and slow service. I've been frequenting this starbucks more often before work, and 8/10 times, they get my order wrong, and this goes for when my coworkers frequent as well. I don't know what it is. Today I ordered an iced oatmilk honey latte and specificed regular espresso because on their menu they also have an iced oatmilk honey latte with blonde espresso which I am given a lot and don't enjoy it. I don't know if specifying is what confused her? But I somehow was given a hot honey almond milk flat white? The staff is very friendly here but they have a really bad rap of getting orders wrong a lot of the time. Bad speaker? Re training on the menu? Don't really know. A few good things however: they have definitely gotten better at getting the drive thru line down faster, and they blocked off the street entrance so no one can cut in line! read more

I don't know how this Starbucks could only have 3 stars with the type of workers they have employed here. I don't expect much in terms of customer service when it comes to places as busy as Starbucks, let alone from their drive thru window. But when I drove up to place my order I was greeted by the friendliest barista ever!! She wished me a happy first Monday of the year and was just so cheerful and bright. The whole interaction lasted a total of maybe 3 minutes and it was more than enough to brighten my day. Samantha, you are amazing!! A military mom, a military wife, and a kickass Starbucks worker! Very nice staff! When they occasionally make errors on a drink, they seem to give it high-priority and correct it quickly. I think the likely reason why drinks can be a little inconsistent here, is staffing issues and that this is a high traffic location. I own a business and can relate to this! This new Starbucks is a hot mess. The building is large and beautiful. The floors and bathrooms are filthy. There's literally flies buzzing around the tables. The outside trash cans are overflowing and there's garbage on the ground. There appears to be absolutely no pride in appearances from anyone who works here. On my first visit I thought it was just because they were busy. Today was far less so, yet the floor under every table was littered with crumbs. In the restroom the floor was dirty, chunks of something sticky, and toilet tissue on the the floor. There was also a wad of hair on the floor!! The shelf near the sink for setting your purse or items on was gross. The feminine hygiene container in the stall had no bag in it... One my first visit the barista was very kind and courteous and he took time to chat with my friend and I. That was where positives end. Our simple orders took forever and our names were never called. I had to keep checking the counter. When they finally were done my order was wrong but I didn't bother to tell anyone because I knew it would be another 15 minutes to fix it... The AC was blasting so high we were shivering. Today my drink came out much more quickly, but tasted burnt. It's such a lovely and convenient location, I REALLY hope the management steps up and helps it be less disgusting. read more

This new Starbucks is larger than most and has a great open feel with tons of light. The employees are incredibly friendly and they are quick with my orders whether inside or at the drive thru. The seating areas are super comfortable and roomy with a lot of outlet and tech stations. They even have bar seating in the front, like a sushi bar. It also appears clean which brings me to my surprising and annoying gripe: Flies. Not a few smattering of flies, but TONS. Like mating season for flies. It landed on my drink, my food, my laptop, my hair. I thought it was a fluke. But I worked out of this Starbucks one day, and I was driven out after 2 hours. Now I realize why it is never that crowded considering it is near businesses with a great store layout. I usually don't leave less than stellar reviews for businesses, but this location needs to find a solution to make it more customer friendly. read more

I got to the window and had to sit there and look at my drinks that were prepared while the worker did other things inside without even greeting or taking payment. Very new and nice looking Starbucks, including very friendly staff members. I took a trip through the drive-thru, which can get very busy. My only complaint is Starbucks should have a drive-thru pull up place or parking spots designated for orders that take longer than normal. On my visit, the minivan in front of me must have ordered 12 or more specialty drinks, including food. I probably waited about 20 minutes for my one item. I heard the beeps and voices from the cars behind me too as their frustrations stated grew deep. It did not help I could see the man and his passenger checking their order, which added a few more minutes to the wait. read more

I was so excited to have a Starbucks closer to my house. I enjoy going to a location to work on college assignments and work documents. I have gone to this location three times...and all times I left within minutes due to the fly invasion inside. The amount of flies in this Starbucks is ridiculous! I don't really do reviews much but I was in bad mood and decided to stop by Starbucks. There was this guy named Michael who helped me out and he was so nice. I think he's new to the store because I don't remember seeing him before but then again it's been a while since I've been out. This team is usually pretty cool but Michael was so nice. I had a pretty rough morning and headed to Starbucks because I needed some caffeine to make me feel better. He took my order and made my drink. Unfortunately I didn't get to try it because I tripped and fell on my way to my car and it spilled everywhere. I went back, expecting to pay for another but Michael refused to let me pay for once since I "didn't get to enjoy it the first time" and he made my drink again for me. I almost cried. I needed that kindness. I couldn't see past the mask but he seemed like he was all smiles and I needed that positivity. Remember to be kind! Thank you Michael! read more
