they can't seem to get your customize order right. this is my third time visiting this location. it's so frustrating. the one in paramount Downey is better. they have common sense and better customization of your drink. but the los Alamitos is close to work so that's why I go there. This is the third time this starbucks has done this- i pay for a venti, i see them come out with a grande on accident, so they put it into a bigger cup and foam it up. After i let it settle- this is what i was handed. A grande in a venti cup, barely any matcha. I see someone else said the same thing months ago- so obviously its management teaching them to do this. Im here at least three times a week- pretty crappy service and behavior for them to do this regularly. This literally happened right now at 11 am on weds 12/3. Edit:i spoke with anthony and he rectified it by offering to replace which is appreciated so i gave two stars back, but this still should be addressed. I usually order from this branch but I don't understand what happened today. I ordered matcha latte without ice with extra matcha. Every time it's delicious but this time it's very strange because it's just milk foam. So I was suspicious and asked the staff and they changed it. The second time I watched it, it must be a new staff. Put my green tea in a blender with ice and poured it into a glass. It's the same as before, just foam. I asked the staff again how it's usually done. They explained it but when I asked why it's in a blender, they looked confused. I ordered a latte, not a frappe. Please read the order before making it. These beautiful souls here at Winners Circle deserve so much praise. The last few weeks have been a bit rough and I went for my usual Starbies run in the evening. It was an ok day. I ordered, quick chat with my fave barista Alex and was on my way. Walk into the market with my drink and notice a message on my cup. I was caught off guard but I really needed the boost in confidence. Thank you Alex. I swear. The staff here know when I need that extra pep in my step and deliver every time!! Today I came in today through the drive and ordered a drink I know most baristas don't like making. Mind you I know because I am one. This is the first time I ordered at a store where I didn't feel judged and they make it perfectly. This drink takes 6 minutes to make because you have to steep the tea first for 4-5 minutes. He had an annoyed look on his face, very short and dismissive demeanor when I asked a question. I come here often because the commute is on my way to work. Anyhow, it gets busy in the morning. If you decide to go inside the wait is even longer. If you order from here online, be sure to do it at least 30 minutes before because it gets crazy. They run out of goodies, which is a great sign that every one is buying them, so if you hit this one after 8am, good luck! Other then that the service is pretty legit and they are quick to get on your order. So again, order ahead, call ahead and make sure that you place your order in a timely manner. read more

This has been our Starbucks dates for the past month or so. We would order using the Starbucks app and pick up in store. very convenient. Depending on how busy they are, our order was complete within 10 to 12 minutes from time of order. Please wear masks and adhere to social-distancing guidelines while in the store. There is no seating outside but I have seen a group in the parking lot that set up chairs and little table for cafe hour. great idea! Our usual order is hot grande latte with one pump hazelnut for husband and iced grande latte for me. Husband tried to the nitro cold brew with sweet cream and that was so good. Came here to work and it was great! There's hardly anyone in the parking lot, the space is pretty big and open and well ventilated. I was able to find a nice bench with an outlet next to it and peacefully work for a few hours. I ordered a drink using the mobile app and it was done within five minutes of me arriving there. I go to this Starbucks because it's conveniently on the path I travel to work but I had stopped going here for a year or longer because the drinks weren't consistent and the customer service was hit or miss. Tonight I tried it one more time, granted this was at 8pm; an hour before they close, but what the heck! I mobile ordered it but they still tried to charge me?? And then when I repeated that I mobile ordered it they were like "oh, yeah" and the guy at the drive through proceeded to rudely hand me my drinks which you guessed it, WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Yes it's my fault for not checking before I left but needless to say, this Starbucks will no longer be on my stop to work or at all. 2 stars because they are saving me money just in time for the holidays because I won't be going here! Every time I go to this starbucks and order the same drink every time i am overcome with disappointment. They never give me actual cold foam on the top and it's always mixed into my drink like how is that possible? This is the 2nd time I went there. This place is new right across from 24 fitness and Costco. It is spacious compared to Cypress location. They have the big private parking lots. This Starbucks Is always amazing every time I walking into the store with the interior and seating. The location is amazing with the stores and places around it to make it even more convenient. The service for the most part is always good and the line is never too long. I will say though that 2 or 3 employees would always get my order wrong every time which is upsetting but most of the staff make my drink good. The drinks and food items themselves are really good when warmed up so that's a plus. Definitely one of the better locations around there read more

This happened to my wife this morning. She was at the drive thru and was handed her coffee but she noticed the lid was not fully sealing on the cup. She asked the employee to fix it. As the barista took it back the barista said, "Yeah, I knew it was going to do that." A new lid was put on and it seemed secure enough. However as she took her first sip a bunch of coffee spilled on her. The coffee went thru her clothes and caused a slight burn. My wife checked removed the lid and saw that the lip was crushed (which is where the coffee leaked thru). It seems as if the barista knew it was a bad cup but chose to serve it anyways. The annoying part was when she called the store they did not seem to care nor did they apologize for what happened. It took a phone call to the district Starbucks folks to actually get an apology.
