It doesn't even matter whether you have placed the order ahead of time and think your drink should be ready by the time you arrive some 15+ minutes later. And risk missing a flight from LAX because your drinks weren't even made nor did they even know it was ordered. Or so they will tell you. When I go to a Starbucks, I always order a coffee with plenty of room for half-and-half. This Starbucks decided not to have the half-and-half out where you could put it in yourself like all the other Starbucks do. They gave me a cup of half-and-half that had 1/2 inch of creamer in it when I asked for more because I like extra half-and-half the guy threatened to charge me for it. That's interesting that they gave me a lot of room in my coffee for creamer, and not enough creamer to fill it. I'm pretty sure that's not company policy. I'm also sure that company policy has changed and the half-and-half is supposed to be out where the customer can put it in. That is a very bad attitude from a worker to want to charge you just to get a regular amount of creamer for your coffee. read more

This is the third time this starbucks has done this- i pay for a venti, i see them come out with a grande on accident, so they put it into a bigger cup and foam it up. After i let it settle- this is what i was handed. A grande in a venti cup, barely any matcha. I see someone else said the same thing months ago- so obviously its management teaching them to do this. Im here at least three times a week- pretty crappy service and behavior for them to do this regularly. This literally happened right now at 11 am on weds 12/3. Edit:i spoke with anthony and he rectified it by offering to replace which is appreciated so i gave two stars back, but this still should be addressed. Every time it's delicious but this time it's very strange because it's just milk foam. So I was suspicious and asked the staff and they changed it. The second time I watched it, it must be a new staff. Put my green tea in a blender with ice and poured it into a glass. It's the same as before, just foam. I asked the staff again how it's usually done. They explained it but when I asked why it's in a blender, they looked confused. I ordered a latte, not a frappe. Please read the order before making it. Sorry for my almost week late review but I needed to stop on by and let management, DM, anyone who is a higher up that y'all are doing an amazing job with Winner Circle staff. I've been coming to this Starbucks since we moved to cypress in 2019. I'm a frequent patron for a reason. The staff. If I could copy/past the staff at every Starbucks, I would. These beautiful souls here at Winners Circle deserve so much praise. The last few weeks have been a bit rough and I went for my usual Starbies run in the evening. It was an ok day. I ordered, quick chat with my fave barista Alex and was on my way. Walk into the market with my drink and notice a message on my cup. I was caught off guard but I really needed the boost in confidence. Thank you Alex. I swear. The staff here know when I need that extra pep in my step and deliver every time!! Everyone is fabulous here. But Alex always takes that extra step to brighten my day, especially when I need it. And he had no idea I had been having a relough few weeks. Today I came in today through the drive and ordered a drink I know most baristas don't like making. Mind you I know because I am one. This is the first time I ordered at a store where I didn't feel judged and they make it perfectly. This drink takes 6 minutes to make because you have to steep the tea first for 4-5 minutes. He had an annoyed look on his face, very short and dismissive demeanor when I asked a question. I come here often because the commute is on my way to work. Anyhow, it gets busy in the morning. If you decide to go inside the wait is even longer. If you order from here online, be sure to do it at least 30 minutes before because it gets crazy. They run out of goodies, which is a great sign that every one is buying them, so if you hit this one after 8am, good luck! Other then that the service is pretty legit and they are quick to get on your order. So again, order ahead, call ahead and make sure that you place your order in a timely manner. read more

Came here to work and it was great! There's hardly anyone in the parking lot, the space is pretty big and open and well ventilated. I was able to find a nice bench with an outlet next to it and peacefully work for a few hours. I ordered a drink using the mobile app and it was done within five minutes of me arriving there. Depending on how busy they are, our order was complete within 10 to 12 minutes from time of order. Please wear masks and adhere to social-distancing guidelines while in the store. There is no seating outside but I have seen a group in the parking lot that set up chairs and little table for cafe hour. great idea! Every time I go to this starbucks and order the same drink every time i am overcome with disappointment. They never give me actual cold foam on the top and it's always mixed into my drink like how is that possible? I go to this Starbucks because it's conveniently on the path I travel to work but I had stopped going here for a year or longer because the drinks weren't consistent and the customer service was hit or miss. Tonight I tried it one more time, granted this was at 8pm; an hour before they close, but what the heck! I mobile ordered it but they still tried to charge me?? And then when I repeated that I mobile ordered it they were like "oh, yeah" and the guy at the drive through proceeded to rudely hand me my drinks which you guessed it, WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
