One of the management made my coffee frap. I asked for a single shot of espresso in there. I watched her make the whole thing without adding any espresso and then proceed to lie to me that she did. It obviously did not have a shot by the taste alone. She then quickly closed the drive-thru window on me. Yea.. Overpriced burnt coffee with bad service... Why do I do this to myself?? read more

Starbucks service has sure gone into the toilet. I walk in and they ask me what name on the order. I tell them Shirley and that it has just been ordered online. So all great so far. I then wait 5 minutes, not much happening there, and still no coffee. So I ask again and the woman checks and on a shelf away from the counter she finds the drink and hands it to me. She says "sorry, I didn't know the name." I told her the name 5 minutes ago. And they never called the name when it was ready, they just stashed it on that shelf behind them. Go elsewhere. read more

The baristas are talented drink masters and very warm and friendly. But since the renovation, the physical space has become unwelcoming. It is no longer a place where friends can meet for a cup of coffee as there is only inside seating for 6 people. Photos have not been updated. Been a customer for quite awhile. Since I generally get alternative milks I ask for NO Foam, as you are paying a premium for alternatives. Many times they do not fill your drink all the way. I am guessing someone is in a hurry and would rather not open a new carton. Today I received a Tall that was only 2/3 full. Very disspointed as I have been a loyal customer for along time. i am no longer supporting Starbucks. can never get a drink order right and then they can't even Fill the drink to the top. I pay almost 6$ for a drink that is wrong and then they have to nerve to leave almost 2 in empty - they suck. Honestly there is no reason to support them any longer. I would rate this Starbucks zero. Unfortunately terrible customer service this afternoon. Stopped by to grab a drink on the way to the bronco game. Asked for half the regular amount of sweetener and received double the amount of sweetener. Not a big deal but upon my attempt to return via front of the building, they refused to help me. I called but Instead they made me go though the drive through again (and now there was a very long line) They could have just refunded me though the phone( Josh). They could have just made a new drink and handed it over, I was on the phone with them. Could have gone lots of different ways but it didn't. Didn't have to make me go all the way through the drive through again. Making us late just to get a refund or remade drink. I guess I could have just paid six bucks for nothing but that didn't seem fair either. Too bad Josh bad customer service read more

Pretty nice location, good for working and conversation. Mix of ppl, students ,business, and just spending some alone time to re-energize.

My Starbucks of choice on the way to work, while I'm at work or after I leave work. This Starbucks has a drive through which can be busy at different times of the day. Since there is a strange parking lot out front for a few other businesses, the traffic can get a little discombobulated. Inside is usually fully occupied. Small tables, a large group table and single bar stools provide all sorts of options of seating. I like the vibe. Nothing out of the ordinary but quality coffee and other Starbucks treats. read more

If you want it messed up then stop here! I so honor the woman who reviewed and wondered why there were so many bad reviews for this Starbucks - but this store has the least trained, informed people of any Starbucks I have ever gone to. It has been bad for years. I keep giving them another opportunity, hoping they have new management or can get it right - but it just does not happen! I am happy that someone gets decent service, but they seriously lucked out. read more

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place, other than knowing that people are more likely to take time to write about their negative experiences rather than the good ones. I'm newer to the area and when I saw the low rating and comments I was almost going to go to a different location, but I'm so glad I didn't! Every time I come here, I'm greeted by a happy smile, kind staff, and my order is always perfect! Not only are the staff kind, they also continuously thank customers for their patience and communicate with each other very well about what's next in their queue in order to get through a busy morning rush. I went there this morning to get me and my husband coffee. I ordered our drinks with oat milk. We both have a severe allergy to dairy. My husbands was correct and mine wasn't my drink was for a Bruce and my name is john. I was upset. I had to drive back to Starbucks with these gas prices. Then the barista argued with me that I ordered Bruce's drink. I slammed my id down and told her to look at the name. She remade my drink. And almost put whole milk back in it. I hate that I have to correct their work every time I pay 7$ for a cup of coffee I will for now on drive 20 mins to Dutch bros. They don't honor my allergy they lose my loyalty. Oh! A good Starbucks, very busy on a Sat morning. Even has a drive thru but I prefer to walk in with my personal cup.

I'm not here often enough to really tell you about the baristas, or really anything besides the basics. This location is right across the street from my office, which make stopping for my morning green tea pretty damn easy. The parking lot is hell on earth, and the drive-through line is always long, but the baristas bust through the line in a hurry and with a smile. And my green tea or latte is always perfect. Can't beat that! Bonus: Cool firepit out front, but idk if it actually works. read more

Just to level-set, I'm scoring this Starbucks as "just ok" compared to other Starbucks, not compared to coffee places in general. Otherwise it's unfair. This Starbucks is near my parents' house, so when I visit for the holidays I frequent it. It's fairly standard as Starbucks come. However, I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 4 because they don't put enough coffee in the cups. I always order some type of espresso drink, Tall, without customizations, and the cup ends up being just about half empty. Maybe they had a prior incident where a customer spilled on themselves so now they're paranoid. Quck tip - Starbucks Reserve coffees are not available at this location read more

This Starbucks takes way too long if you're going in before work. Not because they're busy but because the indoor staff are slow moving. Shirley watched us stand in line (next up to order) for 7 minutes while talking with a friend at the counter. Even after the person had finished ordering, Shirley continued to ask her questions about her day, her dogs, etc. while we stood there. We ended up leaving without ordering because by the time she took our order and drinks were made we would have been late to work. read more

We stopped in for some much-needed caffeine and breakfast. My husband got a cherry latte that he loved and a breakfast sandwich he apparently liked because he ate it without complaint I got my go to white chocolate mocha and a toasted bagel and cream cheese. This still remains the best Starbucks we have yet to go to - and we have been to them in lots of states and lots of countries. I know we are losing Edward as the manager, but I hope you all can keep doing what you are doing - because it is very much appreciated! A Starbucks is a Starbucks. Not much is left to the imagination. This one has minimal seating with more of the long counter-type seating available rather than actual tables. Not many outlets, if you're looking to do work here on your laptop. The lighting is slightly cooler looking here than others. The vanilla latte I ordered was overly sweet and it seemed like they skimped on the actual coffee because it tasted like overly sweetened milk. Really unfortunate. Only advantage of coming to this Starbucks is that it closes at 10PM, which is advantageous when all other coffeeshops turn in early. read more

It's nothing special, there's one on every block. This location is small and has very limited seating so it's not the best place to spend several hours working on your novel. It's very busy, with lots of people coming in and out; so, as a result, it's also quite loud. There's some seating outside which is nice but it's mostly concrete out there and can get VERY hot. A good Starbucks they make the coffee just as good as any other place, but the limited seating options bumps this down from four stars to three stars. read more

I just went to this Starbucks for the last time... They have never gotten my order correct. All I want is decaf with a little cold water in the top to cool it down because your coffee is just about boiling.This last time they put hot water in and I asked them to correct the order and they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. Great service. I can't remember the last time I was in a drive through line that moved so quickly.

I gave the lady at the drive through a coupon I had gotten from this location. The coupon said the following. "After 11am 50% off a spiced sweet cream cold brew or holiday spice flat white 50% off any lunch item (sandwiches, salads, bistro boxes) Free holiday cookie or cranberry bliss bar with the purchase of a handcrafted beverage (any size)" I asked for the free cookie with my drink, instead she gave me 50% off my drink, which wasn't part of the deal, then said she couldn't fix it and couldn't give me the free cookie. I would have thought a certain level of literacy was a requirement of the job. Completely incompetent. read more
