I used to like to go to the Louisville ziggis but recently they get my order wrong 2 out of the 3 times I go every month. I order an iced turtle which is supposed to come with caramel and butter pecan but it either comes with either or none. When I order a burrito and ask for salsa on the side they forget and just give you the burrito by itself, no napkins so you have to ask for it for the second time. It starts to get tiring when you have to keep reminding them. They get my order wrong every single time and the guy working there seems like he just hates his life and doesn't even look you in the eyes when talking. read more

I have visited this location several times and there is never a time when I have been happy with the service or anything that I have ordered. Today was my final visit because you do try to give the benefit of the doubt with people, but I knew when I had a very incompetent man taking my order that when you can screw up a 16oz Hot Vanilla Latte w/Oat Milk. and his suggestion of Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread. I finally get to work and start drinking this horrible hot Oat Milk not even the slightest taste of vanilla just absolutely horrible. I called the store because let's just face it. Coffee is way too expensive when you splurge and buy it because you don't want to make it, and your bill is more than a sandwich with a nice coke. People in Colorado because this seems to be a trend here listen to your customers because if you don't start taking them serious and get back to giving and promoting Customer Service you just might find yourself closed for good. I stopped by for a cappuccino "for here". The cappucino was served in a paper cup. I guess this is because of the covid19 restrictions. They offered me a yummy chocolate bean to go with the cappuccino. They have a limited choice of pastries too. I didn't try any this time. They have a limited number of tables to respect social distancing (4 tables). If you don't want to eat inside, there is also a "drive through" on a the side of the building. I like the way they redecorated the place. They have a nice mural. I recommend this coffee shop. read more

I've experienced now the epitome of poor customer service! Unhappy with the way coffee order was prepared but no effort to correct it was made. I then bought another coffee in order to dilute the original cup, and it took 3 workers 5 min to decide who would fulfill the order. I was the only customer there. the coffee was finally handed to me filled to the brim! It spilled over of course causing superficial burns on my fingers. I won't go to this location again! read more

This place is cool! During this Covid stuff they have a walk-thru drive-thru! My girlfriend and I literally walked up to the window, placed our order, and got our smoothies shortly after, all while a car was waiting behind us. Funny situation here! Tasty place! read more

There was 1 car in front of me. We waited over 10 min for their single drink to be made only to wait another 10 min for our own single drink. The staff consisted of one employee who refused to move away from the cash register (no orders were being taken) and another employee who seemed content taking their dear sweet time making drinks cleaning the counter every two seconds along the way. No apologies given for taking roughly 25 min for our single coffee order. To top it off, I paid over $6 for a coffee. $6 for a coffee! I'd rather support locally owned businesses over the likes of Starbucks, but they are shinning much brighter after todays visit. I will no longer be a customer of this establishment. My friends and I used to love Ziggi's, until we had a very negative experience where the police were wrongfully called on us. it ended with my friends being banned from your store even though they did nothing wrong and were even proven innocent after being searched, tbh just an embarrassing experience overall and i hope no one has to go through what we did. read more

We love their burritos, but their drive-thru payment system deters us from going back. They have the ability to complete transactions on their own, however, they hand an extremely dirty iPad to you to complete your payment (for the sole purpose of adding a tip). I had a $100 on me and it was earlyish, I asked before paying with it if it would mess up the drawer for the rest of the day or otherwise be a hassle because I worked in service industry for many years, I made clear that I could easily pay with my card to avoid a hassle, it just seemed silly to charge a $3 cup o Joe. I was assured it would be no stress so I handed over my bill and the had to wait and watch for 20 minutes while the staff completely emptied both cash drawers and then still had to go in the back, presumably having to get a manager to open a safe in order to make the change, all this could have been avoided by just telling me it was easier to do the card, I felt bad to inconvenience the staff but I made clear this hassle was the exact thing I was attempting to avoid read more

Oh the 3 females on duty it took over 5 minutes for me to even be acknowledged in a small business with 2 other clients in store... their orders had already been taken and they were already seated. I had to follow the girls after not being acknowledged when I was right in front of the order ahead counter not even 2 feet away from them. I have already rated this location a 1 star in a previous rating but there is no reason to not further elaborate on the experience I went through. my friends and i went to ziggi's after school last Wednesday to study and catch up on some homework when the police were wrongfully called on us for simply going to the bathroom together to get paper towels. There were no napkins around the store and we waited in line to get some but were never assisted so we resulted to the bathroom to grab paper towels. Within the very few minutes we spent in the bathroom the police were called in that short amount of time. We ended up being searched and question by the police and they found nothing illegal whatsoever. It was extremely unnecessary and embarrassing for this situation to have taken place when the employee could have just talked to us. When we were proven innocent when searched we still ended up being banned anyways which made absolutely no sense to me. It would be one thing if we were being obnoxious throughout the store to get banned but we were sitting down doing homework with our drinks and food like everyone else there and we simply needed napkins.
