This is the Starbucks I always go too and it is my favorite! The workers are very kind and always make my drinks taste better than other Starbucks! Starbucks is my home away from home! The atmosphere at this location is nice, and I can often spend several hours here working, writing, reading, hanging out with friends etc. Usually their service is good, and my experience going through the drive-through has been varied, but it seems to be better lately. They can be really busy at times, so a lot of people do mobile orders, and they've designated several parking spots for people to stop and pick up their orders. Funny, I didnt realize this location was here and accidentally stumbled upon it when taking the back roads home to avoid 275 traffic. I used the drive thru which seemed to have a very long line, but they moved through it quickly. When I pulled up to the window, my app wasn't working, but they were really nice about it. I pulled around front, parked, and went inside. The inside is really nice and spacious. I finally got my app to work and added bonus they had really nice reusable cold cups with candy cane straws for just $3 so I got one! My Eggnog frap was also done perfectly. I'll be honest here. I am not you Every day coffee connoisseur who stops at Starbucks every morning before I go to work. I am not even once a week Starbucks visitor. I am very particular about my coffee, and I found coffee I prefer better than Starbucks. That being said, I'm all about the energy. When I visited this Starbucks store it was to meet a coworker so I quickly grabbed a coffee & cheese quiche. The guy behind the counter handed me my simple black coffee like I was queen of England. This location is always super busy but at least all of the baristas are friendly and smiling while they rush around. I would avoid the drive through and just run inside - there is ample parking and the line is never as long. Inside are also super comfortable chairs to curl up and read or catch up on the news. I think should stop and smell the coffee :) read more

I had a great experience at this SBUX. Why? Because the service was cool. The associates went out of their way to let me know about all of my drink options, the free drink offer, as well as the loyalty program. Why have I not heard of this loyalty program before? Starbucks fails me again. I got all these gift cards for Christmas and now I don't even want to use them following two ridiculous encounters in two different locations. I put in a mobile order for a holiday turkey panini during an our break I had between meetings. I drove straight to the Starbucks and arrived way earlier than the app advised I should. I walked inside anyway, understanding I might need to wait up to 10 minutes. I noticed there was an empty bag with my name on it, but wrongly assumed they were going to put my sandwich in it. I stood by the mobile order part of the counter for ten minutes and no one ever stopped to ask if they could help me... or even acknowledged my presence. I checked the app several times and it just kept saying my order would be ready, so I finally flagged someone down, who told me they didn't have the sandwich I ordered. No real apology there. I was mad and decided I wasn't giving Starbucks my business that day, so I asked how to get a refund and I was directed to the front register. This also irritated me because it meant more waiting. When I got to the guy at the register, I complained about their poor process for notifying customers of order issues and although he did apologize for my inconvenience, he basically said that mistakes happen. Kay, thanks. How is it that Starbucks can so heavily rely on mobile business, but not take the time to implement a system that notifies their customers on their phones when an issue arises? I'm supposed to just know that an empty bag with my name on it has some underlying meaning? Stupid. read more

Man, I wanna like this place, I do. But it's damn hard. I have been here several times to get my morning Tea. And each and every time it has taken FO-EVA! I'm not the least bit exaggerating. With each new visit I was hoping service would get better, but it doesn't. What I see is 1 person making the drinks, 1 person taking orders and 2 wandering around trying to look busy/important? Not sure, but it's annoying! I can understand training someone, but don't leave her alone while there is other help that could assist. In any event, I quit coming here. Milford is quick. Saw the no love reviews and had to add this. I'm not a coffee fanatic but I like a good coffee. I stopped in to get some work done and ordered a Latte to keep myself running. I thought this tastes especially good. Maybe I'm not particular enough. It's 7:00pm on a Friday it's not busy but the people working here are nice and the service prompt and friendly. I rate it as better Starbucks. Can't opine on rush hour service but seems fine during non rush hour. read more

Moved to a new location... way too difficult to get in and out of.... you can only leave to the south or the the west (only 2 directions?).. and you can't enter going north.. and it now seems too small to plan a business meeting etc... all chairs were taken when I was there this morning. Coming from someone who has worked at two different Starbucks (not this one), this place is the worst which sucks because it's a minute drive from where I live. My drinks are NEVER made correctly and if I say anything, they don't apologize (I've noticed this with other customers too). For example, I went in at probably 7pm and got a cup of coffee. It must've been brewed twice because it was extremely watery. The girl's response included no apology and said "that's weird..." The same girl, when I went up to order the coffee, said "hang on let me finish this really fast" and I looked over and she was texting. It must've been a long message. I've ordered a sweetened green tea, and they gave me half the sweetener. I just today got a chai latte, and got way more foam than milk. However, I've come across two employees that make the drinks right every time and they seem to be there in the morning. Looks like this place is only good for the food if you come anytime past 12. read more

Great location and friendly staff! I'm don't normally frequent Starbucks but my mother was in town and I found myself coming here everyday. The location is convenient with a large shared parking lot in a strip mall. The location keeps busy but usually there is a short or no lines. The staff is very friendly and gets drinks out quickly. I came to this location for the drive thru. This was at 6:30 AM on Friday morning. I got there probably 12 cars deep in the drive thru after waiting 6 minutes I decided to get out of line and go in. There was only 1 person in front of me so I thought okay this will be faster. My turns up to order I just wanted a plain dark roast they were out. So I get my medium roast had to wait on triple blond espresso. I waited an additional 10 minutes before I said something because the 4 people that walked in after me (who did not place orders on the mobile app) got drinks before me. The person I questioned said oh the ticket prints out over there. I am customer and don't need to know where your tickets print out. I am a customer in a hurry on my way to work to also service customers and just wanted to get in and out. I also heard the person at the drive thru state they were short staffed. read more

Why does this store allow one person to take a table for four and spread their office away from home out all over the table for hours on end? Today every table for four and three of the high tops were taken by squatters. That's one person with lap top and work spread out. No where for paying customers to sit. Their morning service is horribly slow. A mobile order at times can take 20+ minutes. Seems to this location specifically.

If you have an extra 30+ minutes to wait around for a cup of coffee, this may be the place for you. They need to figure out a better system to run the inside service and drive thru service more efficiently. read more
