Very friendly staff. When you walk in, everybody says hello. I buy drip coffee, and it's very reasonably priced here in Houston. Where I come from in Boston, it could be $4 or $4.50 for grande or Venti. They have great indoor seating, with power outlets, and gentle music playing in the background. They also have a great outdoor patio, which is dog, friendly and reasonably quiet. read more

The guys and girls are so friendly in this Starbucks and are amazing at remembering everyone's names! Drinks are always on point and they have wonderful ideas when I don't know what to order! Recently I thought I had dropped some cash on the floor so I went back to Latrice the manager and asked if anyone had handed money in! I'm not usually one to leave reviews. However, this Starbucks is constantly giving me the wrong order. This morning I ordered a venti peppermint hot chocolate with two extra pumps of peppermint. When I got to the window to pay, the guy working the drive-thru window tried to give me food and a drink. I told him I only ordered the drink. The total came out to be $10.88, I thought it was expensive for just a hot chocolate, but didn't question it and paid. I was on my way to work when I checked my cup to make sure they put in the extra two pumps of Peppermint. It wasn't my drink and there was the name Patrick on it. So I turn around. At this point I'm going to be late to work. Usually I would let it go but it was a drink that I wouldn't drink and I paid almost $11 for. I get to the Starbucks and walk up to the counter and explain that I got the wrong order and I had paid $11 for a drink that wasn't mine and wanted a refund along with my correct drink. The lady at the counter seemed so annoyed that I was there "complaining" about my experience. I would not be there complaining if I had gotten my correct order the first time or if you had taken the time to double check the order. Especially after trying to hand me the food and the drink at the beginning. I hope that the reviews people are leaving allow this establishment to realize that there needs to be a big change in the service. read more

Hello, I oftentimes find myself desiring caffeinated beverages and find the corporation "Starbucks" to be a good way to satisfy this want. With a mission of "To inspire and nurture the human spirit - one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time" Starbucks surely should satisfy. Unfortunately though, the Starbucks location located at 6643 FM-1488 Unit 10584 Magnolia, TX 77354 United States seems to not understand the famed "Starbucks" vision due to their significantly low performance and general confusion. If I had to summarize my complaints into three (3) main categories I would hypothesize "Long wait times, incorrect orders, and inattentive staff" would be my categories of choice. Attending this "Starbucks" will cause you to experience the 5 stages of grief. I first experienced utter denial as I was forced to wait for over 20 minutes for a cup of warm caffeinated coffee (I normally get decaf though to save my heart). Thence is anger and bargaining as you pace the store frantically, knowing minutes of your life are slipping away. And lastly is acceptance as I slumped into a chair with a blank stare in my eye, knowing I might never get my coffee. Then the moment comes when the exclaim your name and pure joy rushes over you, and you can leave the store pridefully, knowing you just won the war. Overall this "Starbucks" causes me confusion, anger, and sadness and I cannot see myself finding the will to fight here again.... How sad. Customer service was very nice. I was greeted as I walked through the door. The barista made recommendations. I went with a vanilla bean scone, but was greatly disappointed. It wasn't a scone. It's really a cake bite. Literally one bite. Overpriced as well. The Wi-Fi is awesome! The atmosphere is very good! I am believing Starbucks can do much better than this product. read more

I really don't understand how this location is still in business. The only thing going for it is the staff is friendly. My wife and I purposely will drive another 20min to the next nearest Starbucks to avoid this one. Always a long wait (even if ordered on app ahead of time). Typically the coffee is burnt. And then today waited in the typically long and slow line (at 4p) to order a cold brew. Was told they were out of syrup and asked if the could substitute which is fine. Waited some more. Then got to window to be told they were out of nitro cold brew as well. Typical of this location. I don't know why I keep trying it. Same experience every time. read more

I have given this location SO many chances. Their lines are extremely long, so don't plan anything before you go. The lines are consistently wrapped around their building every single time I have gone. The employees are consistently rude and not friendly AT ALL. Not sure what is going on at this location, but over the last 2 years it has not gotten better by any means. I'll drive to The Woodlands location no matter what from here on out. All the employees there are super nice and outgoing...and lines are usually quick. Maybe this location can learn from them! read more

I come to this starbucks almost every day, mostly because it's the only one around. Every time something is wrong with my prepaid-on-the-app order. Rather the drink wasn't made right, or the food wasn't even prepared. And sometimes my drink isn't even full. There's some helpful workers (mostly Mary? Very disappointed in this Location. It was a just after 6 and they were already cleaning and starting to take all the pastries out of the display case. When I asked for a cake pop, she had to dig in a rubber-maid container to find one. Then when I was waiting on my coffee, the barista asked me if I wanted the whip cream and toppings on it? If I didn't want them on there in the first place, I would have told the lady who took my order. I'd give this location zero stars if I could. I've been here many, many times. They are always running behind. Charging for nitro then running out before they make your drink. Don't even bother ordering ahead- your better off waiting in the 20 minute drive thru line-- you'll get your drink faster and not witness them ignoring your drink for 20+ minutes. Plus it's always a mess behind the counter. Sorry starbucks, but I know you can do better. read more

So came in ordered 3 coffees granted it was busy waited about 10-15 mins for the drinks one came out wrong simply asked if we could get a redo on one of the drinks and the cashier was very nice about it said it was his fault very nice. Jeremy on the other hand was VERY rude about the re order looked at us and said "we'll it's going to be a while I have a bunch of drinks on the line up" with a rude tone. I said okay but we ordered before a lot of these people who are coming in and out and he got a nasty attitude. Was very rude and so I asked for his name and he said "I'm also the shift manager as well" with a smirky smile on his face , I understand being busy I've worked in customer service for over 7 years but didn't have to act like a child. There are some great employees here!!! Natasha, Molly, Esky, Kayleigh, they are all so great. But there are also some very inconsistent employees including Fiona. There also is an issue with this store with being out of product constantly. For the most part, they are great, but they have issues which makes 5 stars not possible. One of the worst I've ever visited. Drinks are frequently wrong or incomplete, i.e., not even full. Slow service even when the store and drive thru are empty. The parking lot is the worst design and will trap you if you are using the drive thru or visiting the store. I'm sure the local merchants aren't happy most people use their parking lot instead. read more
