I've been coming here for two years up until recently over the last six months they consistently do not have items to make my drink just a simple mocha with either peppermint, they are always running behind on their orders around 20 minutes at times, just today I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have my ingredients and I had changed my order up. I order off of mobile app and they never turn off ingredients they don't have. They make excuses such as we are short staffed. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too, and I've been to a lot. Not only do they having extremely stupid people working there but they up charge you on everything. Even if you want a splash of cream in your coffee!! It's $1.50 extra!!! A splash! When you try to talk with them about it any Starbucks I've been to in the past would take it off or comp the drink just being nice, this place tells you "well they gotta make their money" a place that never shut down during the pandemic... and has also just raised their prices of everything recently. Beyond that the people at this particular Starbucks take forever and never get your drink right, like ever!!! They don't have a clue what they are doing and my drinks always taste like crap.. Omg why didn't I read the reviews before coming here? Dry capp weighed 3x the usual. Rude snotty workers...Miss Barista w the hair "color" from 2013. Skinny "vanilla" latte tasted liked crap and no vanilla flavor at all. Either they got the order wrong or they just suck. I know what it is supposed to taste like and it isn't what you are producing. Customer service sucks here too. I am sure Starbucks corporate will appreciate the heads up on this poor representation of their brand. read more

This is by far the absolute WORST Starbucks I've EVER been to...and I've been to MANY worldwide !!! I'm a creature of habit and I order the same exact thing every single visit (tall mocha frapp with mocha drizzle on top and a blueberry muffin) and they NEVER EVER get it right! Well, how can they mess up the muffin, that's always good. The frapp is consistently watered down chocolate milk, it's disgusting! They either put a massive amount of the mocha drizzle in the bottom of the cup or none at all. Sometimes it's a few squirts of whipped cream and others too much. Don't they had some kind of guide or template that all Starbucks worldwide use to make their drinks consistent?? I moved in this area 4 months ago and have given them 100 chances to make it right to no avail!! I go to this Starbucks bi-weekly and I usually receive amazing service, last time I went I was served by a blonde younger woman named ASHLYN and she did such a BAD job that I created this yelp account just to complain about her. I asked her to use my starbucks free drink reward about 3 to 5 times and somehow she still managed to not use the reward at all even after I sat there trying to explain it to her for a long time. So I just paid for my drink and went on my way because I didn't have time to explain to her what a Starbucks Free Drink was. She really just did an awful job and listened to not a single word I said. Other than this employee, I have been impressed with all other servers and their abilities to meet my expectations. read more

I love this Starbucks, I drive from research just to come here because the ones around us aren't that good. But lately they've been slacking. I ordered a Smores frappé with extra ice(they normally leave them kinda liquidy) and Java chips. And I don't even think they got the smores part down, let alone the two add ins. Absolutely no Java chips(this is my favorite part!!!) and it was almost purely liquid. You're better off going to the Starbucks inside Target across the parking lot. Been going to this Starbucks for about two months now, and I go a few times a week, and I think I've only had about one good experience here, every other one has been horrible. It is RIDICULOUSLY slow, expect to wait 30-40 minutes in drive through. They always manage to get my drinks wrong no matter how simple of a request it is, it's almost impressive. I do not know the employees name, but she is incredibly rude, slow, and sarcastic, and it's a pain dealing with her every time we go. Last time I went was my final straw and why I'm finally leaving this review : I ordered a peach green tea with lemonade and light ice, and they asked me if I wanted sweetener (which I've never been asked? Was super weird, been ordering this drink forever now and have never once been asked if I wanted it sweetened) and a cookie dough cake pop (which the guy said they had at the machine). So we got to the window after waiting 30 damn minutes and they messed up the entire order. Peach green tea, no lemonade no light ice, and the cake pop was a chocolate cake one from someone else's order. We didn't notice till we had already pulled out so we had to get back in line again (didn't have masks on us which was no big deal) and had to wait 30 minutes again cause of how slow they move. Got there, and instead of just apologizing and confirming he has to confirm with other employees that they were in the wrong and not us. Why would we even want to go through a 30 minute line again for a free drink?? That's a waste of time and stupid. So after that we got offered a remake and got told the cake pop we were told was in stock wasn't even in stock. Got to the window, drink was messed up AGAIN. No sweetener, completely bitter and disgusting. Gave up after that, didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes in their drive through since apparently none of the employees know how to function in a rush (or in any speed to be honest), and this is coming from someone who worked food service for a while. read more

Very disappointed with customer service. I ordered a grande coffee and asked fo a splash of coconut milk and was charged .60 cents for a splash of coconut milk. The cashier should have waived the fee. It's not a latte it's a splash! I talked with Corporate and there is no charge for specialty milk if under 4 oz. I have never had an issue with this location before, but oh my lord. Farah, the woman working the drive thru? RUDEST woman I have EVER come across. I have my boyfriend's 4 year old sitting in the car asking me "why is this lady so mean?" As she gives us a major attitude in the drive thru. There was a woman outside wiping off the speaker, and she let us know that this woman is always like this... My boyfriend canceled our order, drives up to the window and asks for the manager. The woman was eager to ignore us, roll her eyes, and blurt out "I DON'T CARE!" then mouth the words over and over again. She was sure to tell us repeatedly, she was not going to go get the manager, and we could just "come inside" and get him ourselves. I went inside to speak to the manager, Mike, who seemed rudely indifferent. Farah just scoffed the entire time, so once I got back to the car, my boyfriend went inside to speak to someone who would actually attempt to care and handle the situation properly. David, the cashier, was nice enough to give him his coffee for free, but began to get uneasy and aggravated when my boyfriend began to ask for the drive thru woman's name. After asking another time, David asked for my boyfriends name! No one seemed to know ANY of the other employees names, and seconds after I spoke to the manager, they told him that the manager was "too busy" to talk. I don't want to come off as a "woodlands" you know what, but this was absolutely insane. I have never dealt with this type attitude from ANY business, ever. The only thing that I can honestly say was worse, was the strung out woman who came barging into my work place spewing profanity and trying to fight people. So I hope that comparison can paint a picture for you. We will be sure to call corporate and speak with someone who is actually concerned about the way Starbucks employees behave. Not a bad location. Building looks new and clean. Ordered the oatmeal dry with blueberries. We like to our own water in so we can have the perfect texture. Sometimes they put too much water in. They ended up giving us blueberries and all the nuts from the two different kinds of oatmeal so. Sitting area is nice and clean. read more
