I adore this Starbucks. It's right off the highway so it's easy off/easy on in a convenient location in the middle of Mansfield. The baristas are always very friendly and even when there is an extremely long line, they manage to crank through all of those special coffee orders quickly. I have never got my order wrong here and I appreciate that they're willing to help me pick out different drinks to try. read more

This Starbucks is ALWAYS busy and the drive thru line is so long it blocks the parking area. Some of the staff seem to get easily overwhelmed and therefore, are not as friendly! The place also seems a little disheveled since there is so much traffic in and out. read more

This is one of the busiest and slowest Starbuck's in town. The drive in overthrow goes onto the highway. It's super dangerous in the morning. You always have a long wait for your drinks. There's not a bunch of seating areas and you're sitting right in the sun if you are able to find a seat. read more

I ordered a skinny vanilla Frappuccino and what I got was similar to a Carmel macchiato. I tried to tell Jessica at the window it didn't look right but she was rude and hateful, treated me like I had no clue what I've always drank or how it should look. I don't know why this Starbucks only has 3 stars because out of all the locations in this area, they have never messed up my (sometimes ridiculous) orders and they are always nice! This store is clean, welcoming, and timely. I typically place my orders via the mobile app, but came in today to place my order so that I'd take some time out to give a review. I'll also say that sometimes I order up to 5 drinks, and most of them have modifications (we are a non-dairy family), as well as pastries. I've never ever come home and discovered any mistakes. Disappointed. I ordered two no whip mocha frappes. They put whip on both. They then halfway scraped the whip off of one and on the other took out over an inch of the drink with the whip cream. At OTHER starbucks, the staff would communicate with one another, displaying teamwork, and seemingly enjoying what they are doing. Ordered 3 frappes, it took 17 minutes to receive the first drink, then after 25 minutes, I couldn't wait anymore. Demanded a refund for the last 2 drinks and left. Dropped in at the local Starbucks on the way in to work to grab a breakfast on the go. Was looking for a latte and a small bite to eat. The service as usual for Starbucks was swift and professional and I was able to collect my latte and ham and cheese sandwich within 5 minutes. The Christmas special offerings look great and my latte and sandwich was fresh and warm just perfect for having on the road. I am a Starbucks addict and this location is on my way to work. I love the drive thru and they do an excellent job of keeping it moving. I have only ever had a problem once out of like 30 times here and it was minor. Recently I went and for like the 4th time they had someone standing outside taking orders for the drive thru to help keep it moving even faster and prevent it from backing out into the road.
