This was my first time going to this location. I went through the drive thru to order a Iced Matcha Drink. This was only my second time ordering this drink and I enjoyed it so much the first time. As I received my drink and drove away from the drive they, I took a sip. My mouth received clumps of matcha. I took a closer look and realized that they barely mixed the matcha powder into the drink. They really let me sit in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, I get to the window, they take my payment to let me know they are out of the drink I ordered. No problem. I placed another ordered two different drinks. They were completely out. So, a 35 minute waiting time period which should have been no longer than 5 minutes resulted in me leaving empty handed after they initiated payment. Terrible customer service. read more

Happy Easter! Go to starbuck they busy I get it. But after i was given half my order I kindly waited another 10minutes before letting the barista know I was still missing part of my order. After I told her, she looked me dead in the eye and continued the drink she was making. I was thinking okay maybe she finish the drink and check on it for me. But NO she continues to pull for tickets to make drinks and so I asked her again making sure she heard me. And she looked up at me and rolled her eyes and continue to get another ticket to make a drink. Like really?!!! I go ask for a refund. And what do you know. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have a super easy drink, iced vanilla latte. Multiple times i don't get the vanilla, or it's something completely different. Slow customer service, and when I've taken my drinks back when they're not correct I get eye rolls. I don't appreciate the attitude when it's easy to correct a mistake. Had to get this off my chest. We frequent Starbucks more often than I'd like, due to having two teens. I don't like their politics and they are way overpriced, but occasionally I will swing in. Today, because the line was backed into the road, my daughter suggested placing our order on the app. We sat in line for 15 minutes. When we finally got to the window, the snarky guy said, "If you hadn't placed your order online, it would be ready by now". Really. Because placing the order online 5 minutes before getting to the order board doesn't make sense? Give me a break. Why would I place it online any sooner? So it would be melted or cold by the time I get there? Clearly they didn't have their act together this day (11/22) and needed to blame someone else for that. Not sure blaming the customer was the right tactic, but then again, Starbucks has never been known for their great service. How is it my issue that the little slip for the online order doesn't print out right in front of your nose and you actually have to MOVE to get it. It's coffee, people. It's really not that serious that you should insult a customer! He should have just said that it was going to be a few minutes and kept his personal commentary to himself. That would have prevented the one-star review and this novel. And to top off the experience, he handed me the last drink and simply walked away. No, "Thank you"....nothing. Service here is hit or miss. I've always had nice baristas but a few times the drinks haven't turned out great. My usual order is a iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel. I've actually heard a barista making my order say "whoops" to later find out she over iced my small "icm" which is disappointing when you are paying $3+ for it. Today I was in I noticed flies buzzing around which I hope something will be done about that soon because that's just nasty! There was also one barista making orders (on a busy Saturday) which doesn't make sense to me. Luckily our cashier jumped right in after taking a few more orders after us and got us moving! This store is the worst of all in this area. Drive thru is slooooowww, service is horrible (they don't even greet you if you're the only one in line- they just continue their mindless chatter), and they are out of supplies ALL THE TIME. I just drive across the street to the Target Starbucks every time they say "I'm sorry but we don't have all of the ingredients in stock to make that drink..." and get the perfect drink each time. The drive thru is always so backed up. Took my chances this afternoon and of course sat 2 cars back from the speaker for 7 minutes. Once we finally reached the speaker, I ordered a Pink Drink, only to be told that they did not have the ingredients to make it. I understand restaurants will sometimes run out of certain ingredients but this is the 3rd time that I have order this particular drink to be told they don't have the ingredients. Once we order, we still sat in the line for another 7-8 minutes. We reached the drive thru window and once they handed me my drink, a very Berry hibiscus refresher, it pretty much looked like water with some blackberries in it. I call this Starbucks "My Starbucks". :) The entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They greet you with a smile and some of them will carry a conversation with you when they're not busy. My only complaint is the small parking lot and sometimes lack of seats in the seating area, but it's not a big enough deal to minimize their star value. Favorite Starbucks around! read more

When you step into a Starbucks, you expect GREAT service, however this location fails to deliver. The staff is NOT friendly, everytime I go here I can be the ONLY one in line and I have to wait 2-3 mins before someone even acknowledge me or for the cashier to come from the back area. My drink had to be made over EVERYTIME cause they miss something and the plugs on the patio DO NOT WORK. NONE OF THEM. I'm like sheesh--all these plugs and none of the outlets work?? Seriously!!! It is a typical Starbucks but the service is quick and efficient and the coffee is always fresh. Free Wi-Fi is available on the premises as well as outdoor seating. A good selection of products for sale inside the store area. Be careful going through the drive-through as it is a bit tricky to navigate in a large vehicle. Everyone was wearing a hat but this one female who's hair was in her face the whole time while making drinks. Questioned why she was the only one not having on any type of hat and one of the staff workers said "Well Adam is making your drink." Wrong answer. This Starbucks is the best Starbucks for when I am in the area. My only complaint is the lack of seating area. The staff is very helpful. Barista James is full of useful information and has taught me so much on healthy living and has encouraged me to become Vegan. I am proud to say that both me and my cat are now living the vegan life. My daughter and I visited this location and I was not impressed at all. As a matter of fact as I was leaving I decided this was not a Starbucks I would visit again. When we entered we stood there a good few minutes before even being acknowledged. I can understand they can get busy at times but this was a slow Saturday evening. The only people at the counter waiting were us. Eventually someone said hello and they'd be with us in a minute. I gave my order and name and paid. After being seated and talking to my daughter for a little while I looked over at the counter and saw two drinks just sitting there. No name was called (isn't that the point of asking for a name?) The young man who made the drinks saw me looking and said, "Isn't that yours?" So I responded, "What's the name?" Anyway, it was ours and made completely wrong. I asked him if it even had coffee in the drinks and he said no. So I asked what the order said. He said something I couldn't hear clearly. I just told him what I had originally asked for. He remade the drinks properly and again just sat them on the counter. No apologies, no thank you, nothing. Just plopped them down and turned his back. Again, it was NOT busy at all. The drive thru had some cars but not a long line. It wasn't like he was in a hurry to do something else. Normally a Starbucks experience is a lot nicer than this one is. The young man had an attitude because he had to remake the drinks. I never once had an attitude or complained. I just asked for what I had originally placed an order for SANS AN ATTITUDE. I'm a flight attendant for 19 years and counting now and I know first hand good customer service. This was not it. Won't return here. read more
