Located on Newport & Town Center in the Menifee Town Center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. The store is spacious, clean, and organized. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a perfect spot to get some laptop work done. We stopped by an hour before closing on this Friday night for a post-dinner treat. I had their Strawberry Creme Frappuccino and it was delicious! What really stood out was the top-notch customer service. Every single barista we encountered was super welcoming and friendly. I hate writing these One Star Reviews. But as another Yelp'er told me, it will help others and hopefully management will see and fix it. I came in for an iced Mocca and two breakfast sandwiches on a Saturday. You could tell they were slammed, since the sandwiches came out first. But when my drink order arrive, it was only half filled (Venti) and asked what this was? I was told it was my espresso and he walked away. I flagged down someone, explained my ordered and got a similar response. So I asked where was the rest of the drink and the milk for the Mocha? She too, walked away. I enjoy coming to this location. It is big, bright and open with plenty of seating inside and out. I will say I did like it better when it was over by the pond off of Haun and Newport Rd. The entire staff has changed since those days, but everyone is super nice and friendly. Kenny is great! I also like that they have the normal ice cubes at this location versus the new ice nuggets. Not a fan of those. My drink is always done perfectly. This is a high volume store and the staff does a great job of handling it. Thank you and see you all soon! read more

Another example of why this is the worst Starbucks around. I tried to place an order but she said they ran out. So since there wasn't anything else I wanted, I asked for water. She actually said no, I would need to buy something. I would have loved to buy what I came there for but apparently they didn't order enough supplies to make it. Meanwhile I'm a Reserve member at Starbucks, so I'm pretty sure corporate would have been okay with them giving me water. If a location isn't able to make a common drink, the least they can do is give that customer a simple cup of water as a courtesy for wasting their time driving to that location. Anyone with common sense would know that. read more

I often come to this Starbucks, only because it's next to my chiropractor. But, it just seems everything i go into this Starbucks to get a drink, they take a good 20 minutes to make anything i order. & there is usually like at least 10 drinks sitting on counter that are never claimed by any customers. The service is terrible here. No matter how many baristas are available it's like they move at the pace of a snail. I put an order through the app. The app says it will be ready at a certain time. The app even updates and says they're working on my order and tells me that it is ready to pick up. However, when I get to the store, my order isn't ready. In fact, it hasn't even started yet. So either the baristas are cheating the system to make it seem like they're making the order at the correct time or someone is fucking up on their end. Either way, I'm never ordering from this location again. They are HORRIBLE read more

This review is from a visit to the Starbucks located in Menifee at the town center location. Let me start by saying the coffee I received was disgusting the half & half was curdled and had chunks floating on top I am glad I waited to get home to check my coffee. The second drink was only 2/3 full. I always ask for lite cream in my coffee but they always fail to get that right I have seen them take a gallon jug and completely fill up the cup to the top. Went through the drive thur for this order I had to ask for stoppers for my drinks and was handed the drinks with no sleeves. And mind you I had 2 drinks and was only given one stopper had to ask for a second one. You could tell by the employees expression they were annoyed. Later that day I called Starbucks customer service number and told them about the incident and was asked if I used the app which that day I did not and paid cash. Was asked if I had the receipt and my response was I didn't ask for one because I didn't think I was going to need it. The rep on the phone asked if I wanted a callback from the district manager and I said that would be nice today it had been about 9 days no phone call. So I called customer service and gave them my case# from my previous call, get this I was told if I wanted a refund to my account today they would have to cancel the request for the call back from the District MGR, really. I guess Starbucks has gotten so big now that they don't really care about the customer experience now. There is other options close to this location dunken doughnuts and McDonald's. When looking for the address before I called the overview on google had the yelp rating below and it was 2.5 stars the theme on yelp reviews was that the interaction at the store with the Manager was they didn't seem to care or really listen. FYI I attached pictures of the drinks that were sent to corporate to show the disgusting drink I received might be wise to check your half & half once in awhile and keep it refrigerated Good luck on your visit to this location read more

Pretty disappointed with my order today. I asked for extra caramel on my Iced White Mocha and extra cookie crumble on my Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, but neither one was done right. Drove off with my drink and drank some on the way home. It tasted weird from the first sip like the sugar free crap. That stuff always hurts my stomach. But I didn't turn around because I thought maybe it tastes different because of the almond milk. Got sick 30 minutes later. Spoke to the manager, Rachel, and she nonchalantly said she can make me another one. I said I want my whole order refunded. She said I need to drive back there with the drink and the receipt. I drive back there and since they always stick the paper receipt to a wet cup, it deteriorated - duh. So she finally agreed to refund. I told her again I want the whole order (tall & venti) refunded because of the trouble this has caused me and the gas (6 miles r/t @ .70 = $4.20). She told me "no because I have to see the tall cup" as she threw my venti cup away. POOR customer service! The cash register didn't NEED to see the cup. She saw my purchase in the app and proper customer service should have made up for the sickness they caused. I hate starbucks. There are many more options available. This Starbucks isn't really my favorite. They usually take a while to get orders out, and when they call out names, they're so quiet it's like they're talking to themselves. Then they just turn their backs right away, which makes it confusing. I've also noticed a lot of attitude in the drive-thru, especially when it gets busy as it feels rushed and not very friendly. The only person who's made a real difference is (I think her name is) Elisabeth. She's always super nice and helpful with my order. I really appreciate her! I'm usually pretty understanding, but the service at this Starbucks has been consistently frustrating. Aside from one or two employees who are friendly and helpful, the overall customer service is lacking. Drinks are often wrong or take way too long, even when the store isn't that busy. It shouldn't take forty minutes to move a drive thru of six cars, and it has multiple times. It really sucks to wait that whole time to be met with a snarky employee, and a gross drink or having to remind them about other food items in my order being left out. Reagan, has been especially rude and dismissive on several occasions. I get that it's early and everyone has their own stress, but when you're in a leadership role and working in customer service, your attitude sets the tone. Her behavior really impacts the experience in a negative way. Some serious improvement in professionalism is needed here. read more

Actually relieved to see so many people having the same experience: poorly trained staff who are not paying close attention to the details. Tried many times to ignore things being off a little but when you literally cannot drink your coffee because they a) forgot a key ingredient or b) put 5x the normal amount of another, or c) are just unpleasant... you take your business elsewhere. I was in a meeting the person I was meeting with ordered a drink, I did not. My kids wanted an iced water. I was told I could not have water unless I ordered, even though the person I was with had ordered something. I've never seen this happen at any Starbucks, I always see people asking for water and getting it with no issues. I'm assuming it's because I'm Hispanic I couldn't get a water for my kids yet I see white kids coming in after school getting water without ever spending a cent. I always mobile order and I have never had issues with this location. Today I mobile ordered but I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Rachel was so sweet and helpful and helpful. Been here since it's open ...luckily have not had any issues. I do like my coffee a certain way. I do noticed if you don't say specifically what you want or don't want you will be up happy and that's not even the workers fault. So after order one time you find your drink a tad too sweet just ask for one less pump or something. I usually ask how many pumps of syrup is in a venti ...if they say 4 I would ask can I have 3 only please that would be kind of like the example how to ask. Many people complain about how sweet things are. I don't like to walk in because it always look busy. It must be the culture of the store which normally isn't the case for Starbucks. I always give my props to baristas because I know they work fast and put up with a lot; I'm an easy customer so to be treated so poorly when I'm ordering basic things and am a friendly person is disappointing. The staff at this Starbucks is Absolutely Amazing! Especially Reagan! She's always the first to stay Good Morning and really gets to know the customers by their first name! She is extremely patient with my kiddos when they order there crazy TikTok drinks . The staff is always extremely nice . They always leaves really cute sayings on all the cups and are extremely respectful when we bring our service dog in. Reagan E., the shift lead claiming to be the store manager, has no clue what she is doing. She likes to place all blame for anything at the store on the customer. I ordered my drink at the window and also asked to pick up my sisters phone order. I should mention Reagan has complained that this drink takes 7 minutes to make... okay I pay for it so make the drink. She informs me at the window unnecessarily, that drink was ordered 5 minutes ago. Okay so you're welcome for the heads up and not ordering it at the window?? I don't even know. So I get to the window and she tells me to park they'll bring it out. I try to explain I drive a F250 super duty with a long bed... making a hair pin turn is not going to happen. I also try to explain I can't park in a normal spot in this parking lot as my truck sticks out too far. The parking lot is a nightmare in a car even! I explain I'm not going to park in the dirt field as I've gotten a nail in my tire there... I'll wait. She gets angry and starts telling me I'm not respecting her employees and raising her voice? So I told her... I'd wait for my drink and rolled up my window until it was done. This entire time at the window took 6 minutes! So next day get my drink no problems. Then today... she has the PD block me in the drive through to really hold the line up to give me a Notice of Trespass. I never yelled, cursed or acted a fool. I refused to drive around a difficult parking lot in a huge truck until my drink was done... held up the line 6 minutes! I've been stuck in this same line some days 30 mins never complaining.
