04/29 I visited this location for the first and last time! I mobile ordered and it said my order would be ready in 7-10 minutes. I arrived and only my coffee cake and my tea was ready. The coffee cake fell apart in minutes and the tea tasted like water with a dirty lemon run through it. My iced caramel macchiato's had so much caramel it that they were almost undrinkable! The staff was really terrible at handling orders and after 20 minutes of waiting for my caramel macchiato (which I ordered 20 minutes prior) I finally got my order. With all this being said, I will never be coming back to this Starbucks location ever again. read more

The stars are for the friendliness of the employees that were at the window. It seemed unorganized and chaotic from what I could see with the employees running around and the long wait. After waiting in line over 20 minutes (the doors were closed by 2PM) I learned they were completely out of medicine balls (2 of my 4 drink order). I had to call and add an alternate drink to the order (thank you for letting me do that). I got both a Venti latte and grande macchiato that were both HALF foam... if I'm paying $5+ for a drink I expect a little more... The third drink that I always order somehow came out completely wrong. They were out of the drink trays (wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't alone, but I was...) I know we can claim one Starbucks is as good as another, but is that really true? Well the coffee may not be all that great, but the experience and ambience can make a not so good cup with coming back. That's what I can say about my simple cup of coffee here. The baristas were super friendly yet not too talkative and the interior and bathroom was pretty clean. But the best feature this location had to offer is the outside seating area. Stopped in for an afternoon pick me up and I have mixed feelings about this location. I noticed almost immediately it was extra toasty in there, I run cold so I was not bothered by it but I am sure its not the ideal temp for a variety of people. My drink was well made and the customer service was great. Its just a small location with literally no outlets. I work on the road a lot and that is a major thing I look for in coffee shops. I worked with no outlet and had to keep an eye out on my battery percentage. I wouldn't go to this location if you need to work or need to be near an outlet. read more

we came to this location seeing how nice it was. My friends and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a strawberry açaí with lemonade, no ice, and a mango dragon fruit with water and no inclusions. The barista named Bri, who was taking the order, got confused and repeated it back to us but had it wrong . We repeated our order, and she said okay and gave us the total. When we reached the window, I received my strawberry açaí, which came with water, while my friend's drink came with lemonade. We informed her it was incorrect, and she advanced toward us , stating, "No, you said the strawberry with water and the mango dragon fruit with lemonade ." I was in the back seat, so I replied, "No ma'am, we said the opposite." Additionally, she had included inclusions in the mango dragon fruit. She paused, made a weird face , and said okay. She took the drink back, remade it, and I kept mine as it was, considering the attitude she was giving my friend. This location is BEYOND SLOW. Placed my order for mobile pick up and it said the drinks and food would be ready in 5-8 minutes. I arrived went inside and it wasn't ready. Then they put one drink on the bar top. Stood there waiting for the others. Went out to the car to put it there. Went back inside; still nothing. About 10 minutes later my other drinks were ready now for my sandwich.. that came a few minutes later. Smaller Starbucks but it's a Starbucks. They need a bit more tidy for they got a lot of foot traffic. We did get to try a new Artisan Tart. My friends and I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to grab a few drinks before we went over to shop at TJ Maxx and Homegoods. If you love these stores like we do you understand the need for coffee and/or tea while you walk around. You could legitimately be in there for hours, so you could get dehydrated and die without Starbuck's (a little embellishment). We got to the store at about 6:30p.m. and the place was packed. We ordered three drinks and sat down to wait. As we were waiting we realized there was only one barista working in the whole place. One cashier...one barista. The barista seemed to be moving in slow motion, but then again, our eyes were boring holes into her at about the 20 minute mark. The cashier was sweeping and emptying trash (with her bare hands and then ringing people up and handling their cups without washing her hands). There was another guy there, but he was restocking and doing, well, who knows. He certainly wasn't helping the situation. Needless to say, a good 25-30 minutes passed before we got out of there. I got a black tea latte which was very hot. About twenty minutes later I realized she had given me an earl gray latte, even though the ticket on the cup specified Royal English Breakfast latte. I meant to go back to the store to discuss the discrepancy, but my friends were worried we would have to wait half an hour again. Like most reviews on here say be prepared to wait a REALLY LONG TIME or poorly made drink. I walked in at 6:10 pm and walked out at 6:50 pm for 1 drink ?!?! the place was semi empty a few people in there but no one waiting for drinks prior to me ordering. I ordered 2 hot teas the cashier handed me 1 of the teas and said the other would be out shortly, I unknowingly waited 15-20 minutes before i got up to say something the first time because i was talking to my dad and didn't realize it had been that long, by then 4 other people had walked in ordered and gotten their drinks. I got up and asked the same employee that had previously taken my order if she knew how much longer would the wait be for my 1 tea? She didn't say a word to me she just turned around and started looking for what I'm assuming is my tea and then turns back around and says "oh the ticket never printed out I'll get it in a bit" & so I say "okay no worries, I'm glad I asked I'm kinda of in a hurry and it's been a while already" She looks at me annoyed and says "yeah well I'm making it already so do you want it or not ? Or you can just take the refund!" A little upset with her response and the fact I had already waited 20 minutes I said "no I'll take the tea" she continued to make it then leaves it with a drive thru person so he can finish it off im guessing??? so this drive thru employee comes back over to the counter & puts 2 drinks on the counter and calls out a different name . That customer then grabs what he thinks is his drink which was really my tea after all & he drinks out of it and realizes that's not his. He goes back to tell the same rude employee that he must've grabbed the wrong drink but was confused because she had called out his name but that wasn't his drink... so the same rude employee tells this other customer "oh its okay it's her drink" and proceeds to tell me to grab it and they guy keeps insisting to her that he drank out of my drink so maybe I shouldn't take it, the other customer then turns to me and apologizes for grabbing my drink which I responded "it's okay don't worry about it, it's not your fault , she called your name and you thought it was yours" again same rude employee rolls her eyes at me grabs the tea dumps it in the sink and again without apologizing or saying a single word to any of the customers proceeds to remake the drink, not sure if mine or the other customers but at this point it had already been 30+ minutes waiting for 1 simple hot tea ?!?! So I tell her "hey you know what don't even worry about remaking it again, it's been over 30+ minutes and I really have to go, I'll just take the refund instead" she again doesn't say a single word to me, not a single sorry and walks over to the computer and angrily tells me "okay tap your card ! ". Even more upset at this point because of how this rude employee is taking care of this situation I asked if the manager was available ?and she responds rudely " Yeah! I am the manager, I'm in charge!" frustrated with her response and behavior throughout this situation now knowing the manger is the one treating customers terribly I tell her "ohh you're the manager?? Well I don't think its right to have to wait 30+ minutes for 1 tea & not once have you even apologized for the wait or for forgetting my tea" She looked at me with disgust and raised her voice at me saying "I'M NOT GOING TO KEEP APOLOGIZING TO YOU!!" taken back by her response I simply said "not once have you apologized but okay" and decided to walk out than continue to waste my time talking to that disrespectful "MANAGER" that clearly has not ethics to work in customer service, I don't understand why a person like this is even a manager to begin with. I personally have worked customer service 10+ years and maybe that's why this interaction with this manager just did not sit well with me. This managers name is Rachel by the way, worst customer service I've ever experienced in Menifee or Starbucks overall. Rachel clearly does not care for her job even less for Starbucks customers. If you can avoid going to this location please do!!!! You'll save yourself from having to be the next person to experience wasting your time , money or having to put up with nasty behavior from mangers/ employees like Rachel. I don't think I'll be buying from Starbucks anymore, like another person mentioned in the reviews if you can make your coffee/teas at home or go to a local coffee shop instead or ANYWHERE ELSE that isn't Starbucks do that and save your money. I really hope this helps anyone thinking about visiting this location because no matter how many bad reviews they continue to receive nothing seems to change at this Starbucks location and you can see that in these reviews going back to over a year ago or more. Starbucks needs to maybe try retraining staff at this location and hopefully teach them a little bit more about hospitality. They desperately need it! read more

My worst Starbucks experiences have been at this location. The quality of the drinks and customer service is always different. For the most part, my experiences here have been underwhelming. 80% of the time my drink is wrong, and the times that I have asked it to be remade resulted in a worse experience. The mess up is always related to the barista not being aware of their own menu, such as the difference between: the Starbucks Double Shot on Ice and doppio on ice. Example of an experience I had: A barista had handed me a doppio on ice when the tag/sticker said Starbucks Double Shot on Ice. I told her that the drink didn't look like my usual and kindly explained what the drink was supposed to be. And so she proceeds to argue about why I was wrong for five minutes then refuses to fix the drink. Never went to that location again after that experience. read more

Well the reviews are correct about the poor customer service here. I had a mobile order and do to my allergies I can only eat certain Starbucks sandwiches. I ordered my drink via the mobile app and it said they didn't have any of the sandwiches I can eat online so I came to the store picked up my drink and asked if they had any of the sandwiches. Katie said "yes we do" I told her "online it says you don't have any" She responded, "that's because we only have two left" I told her, "great! Can I order one?" She responded "you have to wait in line" She was already standing in front of a cash register without helping anyone! They had one register going until the line was half the size 8-10 mins later they decided to open the other register. I was nearly done with my drink when I finally got my sandwich 15+ minutes later! Blehhhhh Shouldn't these people be educated on customer service? I mean obviously if it wasn't for the way they want to run their mobile orders I would not have to waste nearly 20 mins of my life in a Starbucks!
