This Starbucks is easily one of the best Starbucks I have visited in my life. This location just does everything right for all their customers. I have visited this location hundreds of times, although I have become lazy lately and stopped checking in via Yelp, and they always seem to get the drinks and taste correct. Some locations may mess up on the order or special instructions for drinks or may just be downright slow. Not this spot. There are always people coming and going and chilling inside using the available Wi-Fi and provided lounging area. The orders are taking by the friendly baristas and completed quickly. Also the area is clean and clutter free, which I state because some locations have been known to be a little messy. It's what a Starbucks should be. Friendly people, quick service, great place to relax for a bit, and easily a spot to return to. One last thing, this location has been known to give free pastries and offers out to customers on the regular :) I even visit sometimes and my drinks are complimentary! Who wouldn't want that? I would also recommend customers to grab and activate a gift card. This is an easy way to purchase drinks and become a member of the Starbucks Reward Program. Posting a new review since my original was removed. I am not affiliated with Starbucks or the persons mentioned in the following review I am a FREQUENT customer of this location because it is nearest my home/work. I use both mobile ordering and in store ordering as I have been a customer of Starbucks for over 20 years. I know the employees by name because I've taken the time to get to know them as I am a regular. I spend lots of money here (maybe I should cut back?) Mercedes (manager) Niki, Mindy and Reagan are the employees whom I choose to mention because I think it's important to call out the good ones, the ones who give exceptional customer service. And these ladies do. I visited this location yesterday. A 4 drink mobile order for myself and my coworkers) My lavender matcha was perfect per usual, the store was clean (very busy) and Reagan helped me at the counter. She enthusiastically greeted me and asked how my day was going. I chatted with her for a few minutes and left. Everyone behind the counter said goodbye to me . I always feel welcome here. The staff at this store needs better training. Some of the staff, especially in the morning shifts on the weekend, always seems distracted, unfriendly and never gets an order correct. I've been ordering from Starbucks for over 20 years, almost everyday in particular their "Blonde Roast." This is the only store that keeps refusing to provide service in an orderly manner - "we stop brewing blonde roast at 10:00 AM (Their statement). Starbucks policy - when a customer orders a specific beverage, even if it's not brewed the barista must make it. This particular store stops brewing Blonde Roast at 10:00 AM according to their staff, which was 11:00 AM before. Why do they always refuse to make the coffee, I have the slightest idea. I even went there the day before after 6:00 PM, and they made me one. By far this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to without a doubt! Very slow, they need to be retrained on how to make their drinks. One of the reasons why it's so slow is the employees talk personal things between each other which obvious to everybody in line it's slowing them down. Hey guys when it's busy get to work when it's slow then have that be your personal time even better get together after work. Last three times I've been in there I have been disappointed they given me the wrong drink or made the drink wrong, Target Starbucks make better drinks! I see that other people put that they are rude, if you think that talking to the other employees and not really getting your coffee is rude them it's rude but they haven't personally been rude to me. I love this place. I always order my coffee with variations and they never get it wrong. The older lady is a smiley thing but she is extremely slow and I know she has been there since the beginning of time but always seems to act like it is her first day in the job. The other baristas help her get the order right and they have even fixed my drink without having her write on the cups. (That is very sad) Her friends save her and their team spirit is to be commended., My girls go their to study after school and the staff always makes them feel welcome. So I went in with a friend mid day 12ish. Right off the bat I knew it had be busy. After patiently waiting in line and not being greeted the whole time I was there, one of the male staff members told me to rudely move forward in line while waiting for a customer to finish ordering. The whole time I was ordering he was not paying attention to me or my order, so after I finished ordering I was waiting with my friend. Sitting and talking and he rudely interrupted my conversation saying "hey your drinks are ready". I felt so rushed I had forgotten I had ordered a sandwich previously. The whole experience was uncomfortable and I will never be visiting that location again. read more

I'm gonna be honest, Starbucks typically isn't my first choice for coffee but there have been MANY times I'm in a hurry in the morning and I need a quick fix and Starbucks has been there to help! At this point I'm a regular. This isn't my nearest location but I choose to go out of my way to come here because I know I'll be in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes and greeted by friendly workers. THIS Starbucks is THE Starbucks. There have been a few times I've gone inside when I'm out and about with my girlfriends and they want to grab a treat, the seats aren't ideal comfort wise, but, it's always very clean which is appreciated! read more

This store is horrible. The way the district manager Peter santos has allowed these people to run amok is truthfully pathetic. I have talked to many of the workers from the old crew and I know just what's going on in this place. Way to take the feeling of home and a joined community right out of that store...I will never step foot in this store again, and I'll advise everyone I know to do the same. read more

I love this location they make the drinks really quick and nice and courteous. I wish more locations were like this. They make a decaf double chocolate mocha frappe and it tastes really good. The management is really nice too and I appreciate the fact that they remade it drink for me even though it was my fault. I highly recommend this location to everyone. read more

Had to get my morning fix. Got my tea. Customers service was great place was a little packed but that normal at this time. I just wish customer wasn't so rude to the employees. Seriously, the staff is awful. Also, they go back and fourth with each other arguing about prices and policies in front of customers. I should have just gone the the one in the corner of the shopping center. This place messes up my drink every time. read more
