My friends and I ordered a few drinks and one was the wrong size. We asked for it to be changed and we were met with disrespect and attitude by a worker with pink hair, glasses, and space buns. I was appalled as she continued to speak about how we ordered 4 different pink drinks and complained. After that, she followed her statement with "I hope I am talking loud enough for them to hear me". Absolutely embarrassing!! I travel a lot and have literally visited hundreds of Starbucks around the globe. This one is consistently the slowest in getting orders prepared. On several occasion they just forgot. And it's bizarre. Sometimes they have as many as 7-8 people working. They need to fix their processes. read more

It is clear that this is one of the newer Starbucks locations. While still a Starbucks, the tables and chairs had an updated look to them. I liked the mural that stretches the length of a long wall. This location has a drive-thru. There was a fairly large (by Starbucks standards,) selection of pastries, other baked goods, and sandwiches. Drink menu board only has a fraction of the drinks that may he ordered. It had a newer look as well. The drink was ready promptly. I'm not sure if they double blended it, but the Frappuccino was very smooth. They were also generous with the creme brulee bits. Included in the gift area were some Ohio specific items. This location offers free "grounds for your garden." These are used coffee grounds that are to be added to a compost bin. Now your plants may be powered by Starbucks coffee as well. read more

Very happy with my drive thru experiences at this newer Starbucks location. I have attempted to order ahead on the app here, but it was saying they were out of a bunch of things. I decided to just try the drive thru anyways, and was pleased to find they were not actually out of those items! I opted to try the new Iced Golden Ginger Drink on the most recent visit. It is made with Coconut milk, pineapple, and ginger. It was ready super quick, handed over with friendly service, and was refreshing. I have also tried the caramel cloud iced macchiato, and iced pineapple matcha which were even better. Parking here is ample, although I've never been inside. Drive thru is easy in and out access from Romar dr. Don't forget to join Starbucks rewards to earn points towards free drinks and more! read more

Even though I much prefer going to local coffee shops, this particular is close to where we live and on the way to the interstate. The manager is super friendly and so is the rest of the staff. I have never had a real issues. Sure, sometimes the lines are long and the staff may be a bit overwhelmed. But they have always corrected any mistakes, and have always been professional. HORRIBLE customer service- the manager is RUDE AF. I come here everyday and go through the drive thru. Today I came inside. I had planned some extra time just in case they were busy and they were. Note: they prioritize the drive thru & didn't know that. There were only 2 people ahead of me inside. I had waited 10min and checked where it was. They said it was coming. 5min later, I'm now going to be late for my class AND my toddler was in the car so I had to keep running inside. I asked again and the girl disappeared & didn't come back. Then the manager comes over and says I don't have your name here so... (what does "so" mean? You're not going to make my drink? You're questioning if I paid for a drink after waiting 15min? What does that even mean?!) I said: I just paid for it on my app at your register so you do have the order, and I can show you on the app. My name is odd so many times people spell it wrong. Instead of him going through the tickets or asking what I ordered - he just kept saying there was nothing for me. I just asked for a refund as I had to go and was so late at this point. The Manager was extremely fussy, huffing & puffing, and condescendingly says, Sorry we weren't fast enough for you. Seriously?! How about so sorry we couldn't find your name, how can we make this right?-- that would be correct customer service. He needs to take a lesson in customer service and reevaluated as a manager. I've been in countless Starbucks locations, I was even a store manager for a few years, and let me tell you, this store is killing it. Mobile ordered this morning, two drinks during Sunday morning peak, I walked in, a very friendly barista on bar making beverages, greeted me with an extra friendly "Good morning!! How are you? What's the name on your order?" She stopped making the beverage, I'm assuming for the cafe, and helped me get my two drinks and wished me a great day. The store was clean, inviting, and all were properly wearing PPE. Great experience, keep up the great work! read more

Update- called the Starbucks and spoke with the manager, requested the corporate number. She also added that she's known of this happening at other stores but not this one. Also said that she can't say whether it wasn't for sure done intentionally because she remembers the drinks having to be remade..... Story time..... Me and Dannielle Anderson went to Starbucks this morning and got our normal drinks. We asked for large and at the window the man handed us one small- I knew we asked for large so when he came back with the second one, I told him we ordered large, we paid for large. He said he couldn't take the one he handed back but he would remake them. Comes back with our remade drinks and everything was fine. We drink from them here and there throughout the morning. I look at mine sitting here as it's watering down and I see something red on the side. So I use my straw to pick at it. It was the top plastic part of a milk jug. Dannielle checks hers and she also has two separate pieces in her drink. There were also some small red specks on top, so who knows if we swallowed any small pieces... Needless to say, glad those didn't go through the straws and we didn't swallow them.... I guess you can't ask them to remake your drinks without worrying if something intentional is going to happen. Worst Starbucks staff. They lost a bunch of really great people during covid and now they have a bunch of teens working there who don't know how to give customer service. I ordered a chocolate croissant for my child and they didn't block it online so when I got there they offered something else but me behind all the other orders. Then gave me severe rudeness when I asked if it were frozen or not for my child. He then slammed down the cream cheese on the counter when o asked for it. Don't waste your time going here. read more

Listen. I am a Starbucks FANATIC! Like I spend way too much money a month on starbucks than I will ever admit to someone. This is the best Starbucks I've been to out of ANY. EVER. The staff, every barista I've had an interaction with is amazing and funny and just unique in their own way. It's like I've been best friends my whole life with everyone there. And then... What a great Starbucks. It is located in front of Walmart in Milford,OH. The staff is always very friendly and they always get my drink order correct. When I asked for extra chocholate chips in it. They definetly took care of that. I also asked for extra chocholate drizzle and my entire drink made with almond milk. They definetly did it. I will definetly be coming back in the future. read more

They are consistently out of things the previous 3 times I have been there, but today was the worst, not only were they out of the food option I wanted, but then proceeded to have me wait in the drive thru before placing my order and then I spent 7 minutes at the window for them to give me the wrong drink. I asked for vanilla latte and got cinnamon dolce. I don't mind waiting and I don't mind lack of product-but the consistent lack of product, the wrong coffee, and the wait time when I was the only car in the drive thru? First time going to the Starbucks (I go to a lot of them) and they by far had the best employees. I wish I had their names for more recognition but I didn't catch them. I came 15 minutes before close and got 2 drinks spilled ones and came back 5 minutes before close and the younger guy with the brown curly hair asked how my night was going and I told him what happened (after I paid) and he went out of his way at close to give me a card with a free drink because he felt so bad that I paid twice. Him and the two others were so kind and wanted to make sure the customer was taken care of. I wish I lived closer so I could go to this Starbucks everyday! You guys are awesome. Manager Jeremy just a tad bit rude. My friend Whitney and I came into this location. Whitney works at a Starbucks in Illinois and had just started a week ago so didn't remember her partner numbers at the top of her head. So when giving her employee number she had to look them up. The manager Jeremy interrupted the Barista to ask her if she was an actual employee. Very rudely. She said "Do you need me to pull out my license?" To where he replied, "I just thought that if you were an employee , you would actually know your numbers." very rude and condescending. I stated, "Well she legit just started last week, so she doesn't know them yet. " Employee or not, he should not have been so rude about it. I understand making sure she was an employee, but to be so rude about it, considering she had just started isn't the best internal customer service. The Baristas were great though.
