terrible experience, ordered on the app got my drink that i order everyday, it didn't loom right colorwise & also the drink was already mixed, maybe a bit picky but i prefer my macchiato milk on the bottom, coffee on the top... i also ordered caramel around the cup, when i received the drink the bottom was filled to the line with caramel sauce which was my first BIG no.. i go back through and ask if they can fix it, TELL ME WHY THEY GIVE IT BACK & ITS ACTUALLY JUST MILK NOW... It is a rainy Thursday morning, and I am on my way to run some errands for the day. I needed some coffee to wake me up, so I stopped by a familiar place where I had been. The staff, especially Gabby, has always been extremely helpful. This time, Gabby suggested I try the Grande brown sugar oat milk espresso, which was new to me. The coffee had a nice taste of cinnamon, brown sugar, and a nutty flavor, and I found it pretty good. The establishment is great, with big, comfy oversized chairs to sit and relax while enjoying your drink. The music is upbeat, and the staff is friendly, as I mentioned earlier. They offer a full range of sandwiches, both hot and cold. The place is clean, but the parking is a bit tight due to some construction equipment in the parking lot, which makes it difficult to park as it is already a tight parking lot. I'm here out of town and with my service dog we went in a walk it started to rain on us came here to chill for my ride asked for a pup cup and water and the manger said no that the dictator manager said it's not allowing it. Now we are in the rain sitting here I contacted the headquarters and by law they can't deny me water if they they are not busy no one is here and they are just walking around they store to find things to keep business I've worked for Starbucks and out of my travel experience I've never had this happen to me nor my dog! They where not welcome the four ladies that are working. I'm very disappointed in this service and this location I know what the policy are and wasn't rude. Worst experience of my life never ever will I come here again this is why we go to local coffee shops because they care more about there community read more

This is my go to location, because it's on my way to work & 5 mins away from my home. Everyone morning I am here, and get the best service. Mykyl is my fave he greets me by name and is so sweet! Some of the girls are always friendly and kind. The afternoons I struggle most. I get my drinks made wrong, and my service isn't as good. The shift leads always kind at remaking my drinks and apologizing. Sonja is SUCH a sweetheart and goes above and beyond to make my wife's (very specific) drink right. In the afternoons, I have been seeing someone I haven't seen before. Logan-I have been apart of the Starbucks family, and my sister has been apart of it the past 25 years. Starbucks has donated and supported my family throughout all these years and I've had "bad" experiences, but the service you gives me makes me almost hate the company as a whole. You're rude for no reason, put my order in wrong, and I asked you for a simple pup cup for my CLEAR TO SEE German Shepherd and you gave me attitude and gave her a "squirt". The little sample cup was "half full" and I get that it's a free gesture for the company-but that act was strictly just disgusting. If you're not cut out for customer service, please consider something else because no one deserves this type of treatment, especially when paying almost $10 a drink. Was over in this area and wanted to grab a cold drink and I grabbed one, this Starbucks was close by, the staff were nice and took great care of me. They had me out in less than 5 min and even allowed me to try something new, so that was a plus. The only bad part about this Starbucks was that there were BEE's every where, like I think it was a bee hive somewhere, I am not talking about a few I mean 20 plus. I am so annoyed. so So SO annoyed. I went and got my coffee this morning and ordered a venti, meaning I wanted a large FULL coffee. I get to the window pay my 7+ dollars for my coffee and it wasn't even full! When I mentioned it to the girl at the window she explained that this is how it is made. So basically they made a grande and put it in a venti cup. I called it out and asked why they didn't charge me for a grande "if this is how it is made," it is OBVIOUSLY not filled, to which she replied "OH". Oh, what?!!! We then proceeded to stare at each other and I "hopefully" gave her the evil eye. Don't order venti size, you WILL be ripped off. I added a photo and if you look very carefully at the lid you can see it has been untouched. It also took me 5 seconds to drink because it was more ice than drink. So really, I got a tall with tons of fluff in a venti cup. C'mon Starbucks, you are better than that. read more

** Be aware of the app ** I like the people who work here. My review has to do with the app. I just want people to know that the app steals money from you. I have has this happen multiple times. I won't use the app anymore after this. I have posted pictures and will continue to post multiple other places. I pulled 30.00 from pay pal and my order was approx 20.00 on the 1st. I posted showing where I took out 15.00 and didn't have enough funds so took out 15.00 more. I should have approx 10.00 left over. I had 2 dollars and some change. I then had to take out money on the 2nd to cover my costs. I don't know if employees have a way to help themselves to a tip or if the app is taking money . Just be aware. read more

Fort Union Starbucks also has a drive-through and is way better. There really nice here they just don't know how to make drinks. Not a big fan of this place. I like the occasional coffee, but don't like fighting crowds to get it. I sure don't like paying the over-priced fare that a Starbucks charges either. The one order we had involved a little cream in the coffee and I overheard a barista talking to a manager about how the cream had frozen. Starbucks is like a really good FWB. It may not be the best you can get but it's certainly satisfies the need. Of course, I'm talking about the need for caffeine, which is as important as any other benefit a friend could offer. In the case of this newest Eastside location the decor is quite notable. It has a much less corporate feel. There's rough wood paneling, a long communal table for chats with new friends, and a completely different vibe from most other locations. Even if you don't L-O-V-E their coffee (I'll admit it's not great), Starbucks proffers a comfortable reliability we sometimes need in these troubling times. Crazy! I visit this location often. I have had issues with performance of one of the Window employees. I said something to him after messing up my order a few times. All he did was bark excuses at me that he does not get enough sleep... Etc. Well, I ended up contacting corporate about it. I took a couple weeks off of visiting this location. Today I went through the drive thru. All went super well as always with 99% of the employees here. Well the kicker is.... This guy 10 minutes after I visit the store and am out in front of my home with a friend shows up.. He followed me home... Creepy. He says "why are you messing with my job? I don't get enough sleep and am not on drugs..." He quickly walked off... Not good Starbucks... I talked to a Starbucks official last week and was told they would follow up. Nothing. So, I went back today and the same person is at the window and makes me feel even more uncomfortable. Now I have to check my food for spit or what ever. If he will come by my home what else will he do. This meal was tossed and another 10 down the drain. I can never trust it to see this guy working the window.
