One of the newer locations in the Missouri City - Sugar Land area, this Starbucks has not disappointed. Service is fast and friendly and the building is great. The only downside is that you aren't able to turn left straight into the building going southbound on Murphy/FM 1092, and there is also no left turn to get back onto the road coming out, so you have to take a U-turn. While I mostly go through the drive-thru here, I have taken my young family here for an evening drink, which was enjoyable and pretty quiet inside. I definitely recommend this location and it's a part of my rotation for coffee. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service here. Quite shameful. No one answers you after waiting 3 to 5 minutes at the order intercom and when you have to say hello FIRST they start giggling and laughing when you want to order. Then some female manager starts to take your order and she's aloof and apathetic to what you're saying. She asks you to repeat yourself 10,000 times and makes no apology. Mid sentence, another random worker gets on and you notice the switch in voices and tones. No warning, no heads up, no explanation as to why. When you pull up to the window, no one greets you. They're looking at you, still taking other people's orders, making other people's orders, and staring at you dead in your face without saying a word or approaching the window. You're literally there sitting there in your car by yourself until 5 minutes later when someone approaches you and tells you the amount that is due. Again, no apologies, no empathy. They hand you your things without saying anything and when you ask for a receipt there is an attitude that greets you. Absolutely terrible location. That's why I always go to the main location on highway 90. Here never again. Just terrible. read more

Food is always hot and customer service is always good. Love that it looks super clean in there. I placed my order online and the predictable ready time is less than five minutes. Surprisingly, my order is ready in less than five minutes as they predicted. This beats waiting in the drive-through line. read more

For me, this Starbucks is a bit of an Oasis in the middle of nowhere...Ok, apologizes to Missouri City for calling it the middle of nowhere, but in that area there aren't a whole lot of places to just sit down, recharge your batteries (literal and figurative) and get some work done, and be on your way out. read more

Still my #1 Starbucks store I've been to. Service was quick and straightforward. I was in n out the drive thru lane super fast, 7mins tops! Staff was nice and polite. Drinks came out very good every time. They're really consistent! Love that! Absolutely love this Starbucks the staff are very friendly and when it comes down to rush hours they know how to handle a line. There are those Starbucks that the orders would be wrong and it takes for ever to get through the drive though line. I was a bit disappointed with the customer service I received today. I order a venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso (new item on their menu). I made a special request which was no ice in the drink but I wanted two separate grande cups of ice. The lady at the drive thru said no we can't do that. I'm like why not?! I've made this request before in the past and it's not that difficult to accommodate to. It's literally no ice in my drink and ice in two separate cups...I don't understand why that was sooo difficult?! Overall, I'm a bit upset about the service a received today. This is my fav Starbucks. The music is not too loud or rabid. Not disorienting. It's almost always stocked in the drinks and treats I like (unlike all the others between Stafford and Sugarland). I go out of my way to come here, even during the pandemic. No sitting inside at the moment, but at least I'm least likely to be disappointed as I risk a foray outside of my home. read more

This Starbucks location is one that I visit frequently. However, I will not be returning. Today I visited around 5:15pm today to have coffee and study as I always do. I tried walking inside and the doors were locked. When I looked inside there were people sitting at a few tables so I was a little confused as why the doors were locked. I called the store to see what exactly was going on & there was a young lady who answered the phone and informed me they were understaffed and were not letting people come inside. Ten minutes later a couple walked up to the doors and were let inside. There was another incident that occurred previously to the one I mentioned before where my brother and I visited this location around 8:30pm. When we arrived we saw people sitting outside as well as walking out of the store. He and I pulled up to the drive through only for the automated system to tell us the store was closed. How exactly are you not taking any orders when the store doesn't close until 9:00pm and we pulled up at 8:30pm. We decided to drive a few miles down the highway to the Starbucks on SH 6 who also closed at 9:00pm and were serviced. read more

Customer service is very important, things happen but how you handle it speaks volume on they type of service you are committed to offer.... As i am in the drive thru, the young man giving us the tray of 4 drinks bends in the middle and spills the drinks on the car and partly on my husband. I get it things happen but the young man with out saying anything walks away upset and I hear him say " he broke the tray and dropped the drinks" I'm sorry sir but the tray was either damaged or it bent with the weight, mo one blamed you for it so no reason to blame the customer...he doesn't come back to say anything... we wait and I had to get the attention of someone else to ask if we were going to get our drinks or what was going on. I understand things happen but a simple " I will remake them for you, I'm sorry the tray broke" would have made a difference instead of huffing and puffing. Please work on how you handle challenges. At this point, I'm not even compelled to give this Starbucks location 1 star. Granted some the managers go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, but after two years of being a loyal Starbucks gold member, I have recently been forced to endure some repulsive and distasteful service. Today, 03/16/2022, is the last straw and my last patronage at this location. Joe and Daisy, if those are y'all real names, I hope for the life of me that both of you just have a personal issue with me and that y'all conduct towards me isn't a matter of racism in 2022. Every time either or both of you are on shift when I visit Starbucks it appears that you both go out of the way to make my visit unpleasant, to the point that I had to step of character. I am convinced that both you Joe and especially you Daisy needs to do some self-searching and sort out your personal issues. This Starbucks is fairly new so foot traffic is still a little slow and calm. I am so glad that I stumbled on this location because it is a great place to study or have small and relaxing hangout with your friends. I even came during a weekend day and it wasn't busy at all; there were two other people there. The inside is about the same size as other Starbucks' and they have some couch seating in the corner. I especially love the outside patio because they have covered seating, which is perfect for the current spring weather. The staff were also very friendly during my visit and my order came out fast even though that was probably because I was the only person that ordered something. My Passion Tea Lemonade tasted like the ones from the other locations so no complaints there. Although I am already dreading the day when this Starbucks gets busy like all the other ones and I can no longer study here in peace and quiet. This Starbucks is also located next to a Take 5 Oil Change, which is obviously convenient if you need an oil change. read more

Probably one of the best Starbucks in town! This location is new and there are plenty of tables for students. There are large wooden tables with electric plugs underneath and the music at this location isn't overwhelming. I ordered the usual iced green tea and the barista delivered it straight to my table. Bathrooms are super clean and there are plenty of parking spaces outside. Overall I recommend this place!! read more

Finally! A convenient and nice new Starbucks in Missouri City! It's a stand-alone location next to Walgreens on the East side of Murphy Road/FM 1092 going Northbound. Great indoor and outdoor seating setup. One & two person tables along the inside windows. A four person circular table, and a long community table. There individual padded chairs in the corner with little mini footstools/tables. The outside patio is covered with hanging lights - with plenty of seating options - including another long community table. The baristas were friendly and got my order correct...that new blonde espresso vanilla latte is yummy! Plenty of easy parking. Do be careful pulling out of the parking lot with the drive through customers...I suggest you go around with the drive through - there is a clear lane for you to use. read more
