This Starbucks on Rt 6 has the slowest service of any Starbucks I have ever been in. Doesn't matter what time or day. Slow.

I have tried to give this Starbucks location many tires and they always come up short. Ordered items via the drive through and more than half our order was not available and we were not told until we got to the window and they asked what we were waiting for. Multiple cashiers have been extremely rude to myself and my sister. Very slow. Orders are almost always incorrect. Overall I would not recommend this Starbucks. read more

This is by far one of the best Starbucks in the area! I love coffee so I'm here all the time! They have a drive-thru making it easy to get your coffee with no Issue! Staff super nice and always on point! Great place to grab a cup of your favorite Starbucks drink! Outdoor seating if you want to hang out and drink your coffee. read more

I am at this starbucks at least four times a week and love the majority of the staff there. HOWEVER, I was there today (March 14th, 2019 at precisely 5pm) at the drive-thru window when I noticed a girl who had just started her shift (not sure of her name). She's unkept, rude, and today she stole the prior shift's tips straight out of the jar and shoved their hard earned dollars in her dirty pocket. She has dark, thick hair and a septum piercing and looks extremely musty. If anyone knows who she is, please reply. She's rude every time I go in there. Ok..so yes the wait was a little long BUT well worth the wait...I ordered a cocoa caramel frappucino...and it was absolutely delicious! The man at the pick up window was also very pleasant ...it's a Starbucks drive thru in northern westchester ...not the ritz Carlton! Get a grip people and slow it down a bit read more

Shouldn't even give 1 star. This place is ridiculous. The worst Starbucks ever! Orders are always wrong, lines never move, and they never open on time. They never restock the bakery section and the place is always dirty. Sad how Starbucks is beginning to plunge downward and lose its value. read more

I've written longer reviews elsewhere. I'll keep this simple. Beware there is a Manager at this store that is beyond rude. I don't care what is going on in your life we are your customers. You serve us. We don't need your attitude. My daughter went in to use her APP to get a Starbucks discount because she works in the Ossining location. This Manager EVERY SINGLE TIME gives her an issue about using her APP and her not bringing her Partner Card with her to the store. Uh, don't know what rock she is living under but my daughter has used this same APP at other stores and not once is she asked for the physical Partner card. It's tied to the APP on her phone. Why this woman gives her an issue I can't understand. There was an issue and whatever occurred I went in to ask for a copy of the receipt, regardless if it was voided or not. I wanted physical proof!! The woman was unbelievably rude and then got loud and told me we were no longer allowed in the store we were banned. How is that right? I went asking for assistance and I was treated this way? My daughter who is a great employee with the company was treated like dirt too. There are other Manager's at this site that are better than this one. She wouldn't give me her name, nor was she wearing a name tag. Like I said wasn't the only time she has given us an issue. She had her son, well she treated him as a mother would, so I'm assuming he was her son at the store...while she was working. Uh, store guidelines and code of ethics should be followed? I guess not with this Manager it doesn't apply? Anyway, she must have reprimanded him or something then came over to us and was rude even then. This happened a few weeks ago when we were on our way home from Petsmart. I think with the small amount who are great to deal with, we will not go because of this Manager. If she is there, nope we will refuse and I will drive to another town for my daughter's coffee fix. I'm not a coffee drinker so I normally tag along. I agree with other reviewers. It is slow, the customer service from even the management one in particular who I will find out, leaves a lot to be desired. Beware...maybe take a ride to Yorktown or Ossining for Starbucks. Or even just go into Barnes and Noble...been awhile since I was there but I'm sure it's still there. Hands down the WORST Starbucks in NY!! They never have the items I order (sandwiches, bagels) and many times they've gotten a simple coffee order wrong. The average wait time in the drive thru is 30 minutes, and meanwhile when you finally reach the window the employees are too busy talking to each other. Yesterday I ordered two different sandwiches after I was told they didn't have the original sandwich I wanted, after 30 minutes in line the cashier told me she was sorry, but they don't have either of those sandwiches as well. After being open for a year, I think they have the learning curve figured out. Staff is very attentive, especially one of their Barista's, Emma. She not only makes the best cappuccino, but she multi-tasks, making sure your visit to Starbucks, is a pleasant one. I wish they could clone her, she is a team player and so pleasant. Every time I go to this location it takes an astronomically long time to get even the simplest drinks. The drive through is even worse.

Ive been pretty loyal to these guys despite them moving at a snails pace since they opened, until today. Today my girlfriend and I tried out the mobile ordering on the app which gave us a time window of 4-9 minutes-no problem. We arrive and my drink is ready and waiting, hers is no where to be found. After waiting 12 minutes we ask where her drink is. The barrista tells us that they're actually out of mocha. So despite not telling us when we got there that something required for the drink needs to be made she right away gets an attitude when asked how long the mocha would take to prepare for the drink. I ask for a manager and she claims she is a manager and can't give me the simple eta I'm asking for on the mocha needed for the drink. She offers my girlfriend a 4 dollar refund card instead of trying to deal with the situation and while we're in the middle of talking rudely walks away while I'm in the middle of a sentence to get another manager while there's about 15 cups ready to be made in front of her. My girlfriend ended up getting a small iced coffee out of it which wasn't remotely close to what she wanted and wasted around 20 minutes of our time for the whole ordeal. I give these people over 100 dollars a month and it ends today. This place is a disgrace and wouldn't last 2 minutes in the city. read more

The staff is so unfriendly. The past two times I have been here the cashier was so nasty and acted miserable. They made me feel unwelcome and spoke to me in a manner like they didn't want to help me. Just not a feel-good environment compared to other Starbucks stores. The cashier yelled at me yesterday because I did not properly display the coupon and had me on the verge of tears leaving the store. No one deserves to be spoken to like that when just trying to buy a coffee. The drinks are occasionally made correctly but you never know with this place. Way better off making the trip to Yorktown where everyone is super friendly and the drinks are always made perfect and delicious and if not- they have absolutely no problem making you a new one. read more

I previously wrote a review but I had to write another. I'm a huge Starbucks drinker, so I'm forced to go to this one. Honestly, does anyone in management read Yelp? Because it's just gotten worse. I just went to the drive through and my total wait time at the window after I paid was 11 minutes. 11 minutes!? For two drinks!! I can't believe that. My drink was sitting there for a solid 2 minutes before anyone decided to say hey, who's working on this drink? There was a total of 5 people back there that I saw. TERRIBLE! You would think that Starbuck's should have mastered the concept of "mass production" and KNOW how to make a simple Mocha drink, especially the temperature. :( I went through the drive-through figuring it would be faster than going up to Barnes & Noble -WRONG! I had to get out of the car GO IN & when I pointed out that the drink was almost cold they remade it -still cold! Remade it - STILL COLD! Frustrated I just took the TWO out of three drinks and left! I love Starbucks. I would happily drink this coffee exclusively, and enjoy their frapuccinos for dessert everyday. that being said- this place is S-L-O-W. if you go to the drive thru it seems like they don't even look at your order or make any attempt to make it until you're at the window. which completely defeats the purpose of going to the drive thru! one particular day they were moving typically slow, and the young man that was supposed to give me my order actually had the nerve to run outside and take a picture of a car that was parked in the lot. I ordered a hot Venti latte, the blonde behind the counter made my order and placed it on the counter, and walked away. With several other customers, I didn't want to assume that it was mine so I waited for her to call out who it was for. 5 minutes later I asked another person who was behind the counter, if he knew the status of my order as the crowd had thinned out and I was still waiting. He replied he just started shift and didn't know anything. He then turned looked at the latte, and said it was mine. I leaned in, said excuse me to the blonde, and told her that she should've told me that it was mine. She said she was pretty sure that she clearly called out, I told her that I was looking directly at her, and she'd said nothing, and that wasn't how to conduct business. She apologized, I turned to leave, and she apologized louder, sarcastically for me to have a fantastic day. I asked my boyfriend to return to sweeten it, and he overheard her talking about me. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've been to. I go every morning out of my way on the way in to work to avoid this Starbucks. Mind you this starbucks is right next to my job. But today takes the cake for bad service. I always order through the app to make it easier since I can't wait 10 minutes for a drink. However today. I did as I always did and ordered from the app. Hoping that the experience would be better. NOPE. Not only did they not get my order right. They completely never acknowledged me as I tried to get someone's attention to ask where my order was. Then once I did get a hold of someone, (after 15 min) I asked where the rest of my order was and the woman just said "we don't have any" and went back to what she was doing. It wasn't till the second person I gots attention did I finally get my coffee (which was cold and had been sitting on the side) but I never got the food that I ordered. Sooooo. Yeah. theres a lot going on at this Starbucks and making coffee isn't one of them. I was very excited this Starbucks was in this location. The drive through is very convenient and i understand it will get backed up during the times Starbucks will experience high volume. My issue isn't the backed up drive through or even when I go inside and they are behind. My issue is whats causing them to be behind. If there was anyway the staff could do a little less talking, giggling, joking around and being unmotivated, they will find they can pour, steam, package and communicate with costumers better and will probably result in faster more efficient service. As a costumer, I will fully understand that my coffee will take a few extra minutes because its during rush hour and I see your motivated and your doing your job. But if you joking around and messing up drinks which result in you having to do them over or your making drinks out of order because your not paying attention or don't care. Ima be mad and irritated. This isn't a reflection of everytime i go in there because I have received good service but specifically today i wanted to jump over the counter and make it myself. I work in a restaurant and we specialize in coffee and i know what it takes to be a barista. I get it, its Sunday but Starbucks is expensive and i don't mind paying for it because I don't like anyone else coffee and i love Starbucks so when I get a shitty drink it makes me mad. I asked for my late to be extra hot because i had a long drive and wanted to enjoy it but it came luke warm and just tasted supppppeer sweet. Sweeter than a normal pumpkin spice would taste. Also your work station is a mess. Theres just milk everywhere and its kinda gross to look at as a customer. You should be whipping it down whenever you spill milk or after every couple of drinks with clean rags. Also....don't call me "hun". Cause this "hun" is irritated! read more
