This Starbucks stays busy because of its location. Instead of waiting at their long drive-thru line I went inside. My order was taken immediately. It took about a good 19 minutes to get my order. It was hot and fresh but severely over poured. It was at the brim and the lid was not the correct type for the cup given to me. This location and has gone downhill since Covid began. I was already contemplating not coming to this location anymore just because the one on Indian Trail is way more consistent with the quality of drinks that come out. Today's order was so bad that it was the perfect excuse for me to move on from this Starbucks. Nothing against the people that work there. They're all very nice and I'm sure they would have fix my order how they come in and asked. But , it has been about four times in the last six or seven weeks that they've really messed up. Came in wanting to get an earl gray and a cream cheese bagel. Ordered through the drive thru since i was late for work. Got my order and the cream cheese was spoiled. And the milk in my tea was too. The interior of this place is dirty, I guess since they are always busy they don't have time to clean up the counters and prep area. The display food also had flies in it feasting on the desserts and sandwiches, I know those aren't for sale but was very gross to see. As for the tables, they are also dirty but I feel like some customers are so nasty, gross and they can't clean up after themselves, so I'm not too annoyed by that. Last time I went, I ordered online in-store pickup and drove there to pick it up. I waited for almost an hour to put out my order at the mobile pickup area, I have noticed that customers that were there before me got their drinks before me. Eventually, I asked for the status of my order and it turns out that they have already made it ages ago but it looks like they forgot to place it out (they also placed it in a weird location on the counter where it wasn't visible for me to peak over and check if they have made it). 5/22/23- my husband went to go pick up my Starbucks order when he was on lunch break. I placed an order through the app for in-store pick up, my husband walked in, and since this was his first time ever picking up a order from inside he goes up to the counter to let the worker know he's here for a pick up order for (and gives my name). The worker points at a drink and said does it have her name on it with a smart attitude. My husband told the worker I don't want to touch the drink just incase it's not hers. Instead of the worker helping he turns around to talk to his co-worker that wants to scream out yasssssss Queen. My husband turned the cup around and seen it had my name on it, he had to get the workers attention again because I had other items with my order that wasn't there. Again the worker being there rude told my husband "well their probably making it" and goes back to playing around with the other male worker. There was two girls sweeping one holding the broom and the other holding the dust pan (why does it take two people to sweep) also a girl comes out from the back and said "I'm gone". My husband still standing there gave the worker a look like are you not going to check on the sandwich? The worker finally asked the two girls that were sweeping together. One of the girls said and pointed it's been right there, did you even look? The worker said oh I guess I didn't look ‍. Side note** There was no one in the drive-through and no one inside except for the workers and my husband. Consistently the best quality coffee place in the world. This location has a great staff that works hard to always make your coffee right. It's a destination for so many people that's it's a friendly place to meet up. Cas was especially cute and efficient. I love how each employee can express their individuality tattoos and pink hair!! I wish the management for the complex would pressure wash the sidewalks at entry. AND REMEMBER TO TIP THESE HARD WORKING BARISTAS!!!! read more

This is a great place! I have been to several Starbucks locations and this one consistently get my order right, items are fresh, the staff is pleasant, and the place is clean. I have gone through the drive through, ordered in advance, and done a order at the register all where they have been consistently kind and moved at a fast pace. Fast service! Good quality products, they are not afraid of serving good amount of frosting or syrup of the flavor you asked for. They have great customer service, very friendly staff. It's very clean, they have a very open parking area. If you don't want to get out of your car then you can go thru the drive thru and buy what you want without getting out. I love Starbucks... idk who doesn't. But this Starbucks didn't seem customer focused. They were more about talking to each other than customer service. The was no cashier standing in the front and I was not even greeted nor acknowledged, at least I could've gotten a "we will be right with you." Finally when the cashier came behind the counter he put on his apron and still I didn't get a greeting. It's frustrating when an employee is taking your ordering and having a side conversation with another employee. Especially since I do enjoy Starbucks and drive further down the road to come here instead of going to dunkin' donuts for my coffee. Starbucks coffee is nothing if not consistent. some folks consider it to be consistently average While others swear by it. I have yet to be in a bad Starbucks. As always this location is clean and well-appointed with friendly staff. I always get the pumpkin spice latte when and they have it, or my other go to is an Americano with heavy cream and stevia. Placed a Frappuccino order this morning for my co workers and I but when I got to the window to pay all I had was a $100 bill. This is common for me and I have used large bills many times here. Oh how Monroe needed this Starbucks! When driving through Monroe to head to the beach, I always make it a point to stop by this location. What can I say, I'm a little bit on the lazy side and I love that this location has a drive-thru, so I can zip right through. There's usually only a short line or none at all when I'm there, though admittedly I'm not around for the morning rush hour. The line at the Starbucks in Target is usually much longer.
