Just got off the boat on the dock of the bay and needed a little pick me up and to freshen up in the facilities. I loved that the staff didn't make a big deal about people walking in to freshen up. My crew did our part and supported the business and made purchases in there as well. I wanted something refreshing while giving me a pick me up so I ended up with the Mango Strawberry Lemonade Energy Refresher. The drink came out in a timely manner and it did not disappoint. The flavors were on point and I loved that they had actual strawberries in the drink as well. I'm not a huge Starbucks guy, but this drink will have me coming back for more! read more

I LOVE Starbucks and drink it daily and in numerous states and locations. I ordered my normal drinks.... Decaf caramel macchiato with oat milk and peach yeah with light lemonade and extra peach. Both drinks were incredibly subpar. My coffee tasted like pure oat milk. I literally think they forgot to add the coffee, and my Amorite peach drink had little flavor and was not sweet. SUPER DISAPPOINTING.. if I'm gonna pay that price for a drink., it should be consistent with all the other Starbucks. A positive....they wrote enjoy with a smiley face on my cup. If I'm being honest, Starbucks (for me at least) , is like the summer solstice in Egypt, experienced 1x a year. That being said, I redeemed my annual token at this location. In the past, I've taken a drink to go, or ran through the drive-thru, but as it was a beautiful day, I figured it'd be a nice treat to take a work meeting inside the shop, on the water. The interior of this Starbucks is intimate, and the offering are no different from any other, but the reason for this review is the service! In addition to great conversation, I was offered a complimentary to-go water on my way out. That's a first, and certainly worth a shoutout for a big box chain! So if you're going to choose a Starbucks, maybe consider choosing this one. read more

This one has a hard time. Mobile orders take quite a while. We have also never been able to sit inside or outside at a clean table. They are consistently dirty. Also, be careful where you park.. when the line for the drive through backs up it blocks everyone parked near from being able to leave. read more

Lake Conroe has a Starbucks. I'm putting it in Yelp, as the business wasn't even listed here. Starbucks, love it or hate it, just another generic location. I went inside and had a double expression, the service was respectable. This location is right on the lake, you can dock outside. Also has a drive-through, very popular the evening I was here! THE BAD: The outside bench area (furthest from the entrance) needs a trash can as there is a lot of mess left out. employees need to do a better job cleaning up after the sloppy patrons. This is my favorite Starbucks to go to(and I frequent a lot of them). Not only is my coffee always made perfectly, but the team here is always so friendly. Today is a perfect example. I am sure they heard my newborn screaming and my toddlers screaming for fruit snacks while I was trying to order. When I got to the window the sweet man said "Here you go, it's on me today!" Part 3: Starbucks is never right After my misadventures with Starbucks in Montgomery county Texas last week I was already reluctant to try it again. Sunday October 23, 2016 at 7:10 am was the last time I will try and seek coffee from any Starbucks. They consistently have not been able to provide coffee. It might just be my bad luck, but now my experience with the corporate giant has left the taste of nothing in my mouth. I was running a little late on Sunday morning, and decided to stop at the Lake Conroe Starbucks on 105 in the Waterpoint Marina shopping plaza. I figured, in my mind, that this would expedite my trip to work as I would not be waiting for the coffee to brew at home. I pulled into the drive thru lane to see a sign up that there was no Pike's Place available at that time, so I did think that I could still get a bold coffee. "Can I get a venti black bold and a tall black bold, please?" I wanted to get one for myself and one for my employee. "Sorry our brewers are down. Can I make you an americano?" A watered down espresso, gross. I thought to myself. "No thank you. Have a nice day." I responded with a sense of bewilderment. I pulled out of the drive thru and drove to the nearest gas station which did have coffee. The coffee was horrible, but at least they had some. After my thirty minute drive, I opened my shop and was sure that my products were there as advertised (if only other businesses cared as much.) Shortly after my employees arrival to work I was able to send an email out to Matt Horcha, the regional director, letting him know about their failings again. Matt promptly responded but I was working and could not take his call or answer emails at that time. He did offer to bring me coffee to wherever I was, but it was already too late. I was up here to shoot a wedding and we were really early because we did not know how long it would take to get up North. Tonight was the second time our coffee taste burnt and was not the right temp. I ask for kids temp which is 130°. I got on the road took one drink, it was cold yet burnt. I use to think this was the best starbucks around. They use to have the same couple of people working there but recently it's always a new person. I have gone there almost everyday the last couple of weeks to get the same drink I can't get my mind off of, a venti iced caramel macchiotto with extra caramel. They literally only got it right one time out of 14 times. 10 times they didn't put extra caramel, 2 times they got the wrong size, 2 times they gave me the wrong drink, once they tried to charge me twice, another time they got pissed off cause i wanted extra caramel so they filled almost half my cup with caramel and 3 of the times the expresso in my coffee tasted old.
