Great service and excellent coffee. Love having a spot to grab a quick cup of Joe and snack down towards the end of Walden.

I stoped by for an iced coffee and it was fantastic. They also make egg salad sandwiches and other breakfast items that looked delicious.

Swedish pound cake was fabulous! Loved my latte. Next time I'll have an oat latte. Yum. Great place to visit with friends.

I've driven past Petite Suzette in Montgomery countless times and have even parked right out front,…read morebut for some reason I never stepped inside--until our POA tasting event gave me the perfect excuse. What a mistake I waited so long to make! This place did not disappoint. We started with the fondue, and wow... rich, creamy, and served piping hot like molten cheese lava in a proper fondue pot. The toasted French bread cubes were perfectly dunkable, and that cheese has more pull than the President. It's pure cheesy happiness in a pot--seriously, the cure for any bad mood. The beet carpaccio was another standout: beautifully thin slices drizzled with sweet fig balsamic, topped with goat cheese crumbles and fresh microgreens. Even the beet skeptics at our table went back for seconds. Next came the strawberry goat cheese salad, and I'm officially a convert. I used to avoid fruit on salads, but this one changed my mind completely. Sweet strawberries, creamy goat cheese, and crisp greens in perfect balance. I'm already planning my next visit with grilled salmon on top. For mains we shared the chicken paillard--light, bright with lemon, and paired with dreamy whipped mashed potatoes--and the steak frites. The steak was tender and juicy, but let's be honest... those frites stole the show. Fresh-cut, double-fried, perfectly crispy and salty. I could have eaten an endless basket of them. Absolute drool-worthy. We finished the night with sharing a plate of beignets. Warm, fluffy and dusted with powdered sugar. The service was phenomenal, especially for a large group. Our server never missed a beat, and the whole team was warm and attentive. The drink menu is excellent too--great selection of beers, wines, and creative cocktails. The Napoleon was our table favorite by far. Petite Suzette has officially earned a new set of regulars. We'll be back later this week, and I can't wait to try even more. If you're anywhere near Montgomery, do yourself a favor and go in. You won't regret it!

The inside was well lit, it was still a bit early, so there was no wait time at all to get seated. The hostess seated us promptly but noticed after a few minutes that we hadn't been greeted yet, so she came back over to check on us, which was super nice and very observant! Our server was wonderful. He came over with a great smile and had some great energy, and was very funny. And shame on me for not remembering his name!!!! But anywho. We had some questions on the menu, which he was great walking us through. As we ordered our food, our bevvy's came out and it was off to cheers to a great day! Not long after our food arrived. I ordered a traditional breakfast with the cinnamon pancake. There was a photo of it on Yelp that I just couldn't get out of my head, and I was very happy that I got the pancake. It was prob my fave part of the meal. The rest of my breakfast was good. Not terrible, not out the park, but it was a good breakfast. The eggs were probably my other fave bite. My friends food looked really yummy too, they went with the chilaquiles and the hash. Cute little spot for a weekend breakfast, would come back to try the lunch/dinner options too.

When I first walked in, it did smell like gas but that did go away as I sat there longer, didn't seem any other issues. I ordered an espresso martini and the Breakfast Tacos with Sausage, eggs, spinach, mushrooms and pepper jack. I asked for the Breakfast Potatoes extra crispy. My husband ordered the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. Tacos were good and the breakfast potatoes were well seasoned and crispy like I had asked. The Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were good but wish it was a little more cinnamon-y. The espresso martini wasn't bad either. Overall, very friendly and quick service but when we had come in the morning, there weren't too many people there.

We started with the Deviled Egg Flight because I'd never seen deviled eggs featuring Pork Belly and Mexican Street Corn. The flight included three of each, which worked out perfectly since there were three of us. The Mexican Street Corn version packed a little extra kick, but the Pork Belly version stole the show. Honestly, I could have made an entire meal out of those eggs alone. Since it was lunchtime, I went straight for the Pork Belly Reuben Sandwich. I make it a point to try every restaurant's version of a Reuben, but never in my life have I seen corned beef replaced with pork belly. Yikes... I'm drooling again just thinking about it. You owe it to yourself to try this sandwich. It just might be life-changing. (And yes, I'll definitely be back.) My wife ordered the Giant Meatball Pasta while my mother-in-law enjoyed her favorite, the Crab Cakes. Both received enthusiastic thumbs-up reviews. In fact, half of that enormous meatball ended up making the trip home so it could be savored again later. The dessert menu nearly caused a family disagreement. My wife settled on the Piña Colada Tres Leches while Mom chose the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake. Although both generously offered me a taste, my samples were limited to very small spoonfuls. Judging by the fact that both caramel-swirled plates were scraped spotless, I'd say the desserts were a hit. By the end of lunch, both ladies were on the verge of slipping into a food coma, so I dutifully volunteered to take them home. If you're craving exceptionally well-prepared, delicious food, you owe it to your taste buds to stop by Oscar's Bistro. From appetizers to dessert, everything we tried was memorable, and it's the kind of place that has you planning your next visit before you've even left the parking lot. Three enthusiastic thumbs up from our entire table.

Second time coming down here and it was very tasty before, when I got pancakes and my mother got…read morebiscuits and gravy. I can at least say that Mikki was a great server both times and very personable. The major issues this time were with the biscuits and hash browns. I got a western omelette with hash browns and a biscuit, while my mother got eggs Benedict and my father got a ham and cheese omelette. The biscuits are very dry and crumble apart, and because of this none of us were really able to eat them. Our hashbrowns were all different levels of doneness, but all were generally underdone, with my father's being pretty much uncooked and given a general sear. My own were lightly crispy, but the insides were somewhat raw. My mother's were at least almost completely done and had a decent crisp. I can say that at least the omelettes were alright; your standard omelette that you'd expect for a breakfast place to do. I enjoyed my omelette. Again, this place is good! I just don't know what happened this time. Perhaps there's a different chef in the kitchen. Our pancakes and biscuits/gravy from last time were quite tasty, though even then the biscuits were still pretty dry; the gravy helped though. Also, the inside looks absolutely adorable but whoever was managing the music had questionable choices... hard rock at 10 in the morning is a strange choice, even stranger is a bluegrass cover of Thunderstruck by AC/DC. It was all a bit strange and out of character for this restaurant. But I will say that Mikki was the one absolute good part, and I appreciated her service and attentiveness. Perhaps we'll come back again sometime and hopefully our preferred cook will be there.
