I'm typing this from this Starbucks on their wifi. Our barista was so nice, she let my friend have the extra from my Vivanno blend. I've been here twice. It's nice and quiet, lots of space and friendly workers. Normally I don't review chains, but I had to make an exception. read more

This location has the friendliest workers and that makes a huge difference from some of the other locations surrounding it. They also make the best lattes- taking their time and make sure they are well mixed and the coffee is fresh brewed. I go out of my way to come here because it's the best! read more

Quality of my mobile order coffee was fine. Also ordered breakfast but was not correct. Looked at me like I was insane when I politely asked for my toppings and a spoon for my oatmeal (the only place to get them was behind the employee counter). Really loud and giggly baristas that were blasting lady gaga and other top 40 club music (which I don't think is normal for starbucks?) not what you want at 7am when you haven't had your coffee yet. Bad experience, iced tea latte was so watery from very first sip. Mobile order took 15 minutes, felt bad getting my order in front of people who were clearly waiting longer. Yes it was busy for an afternoon I guess, but the drinks were coming out of order, mobile orders arriving for people not even in the store yet. They need a better system. First, it only applies to drive thru. It took good five minute to prepare my "Iced Grande Americano." When I picked up it, it was room temperature without a single piece of ice. My worst ever experience. I gave two stars only because the place was unusually busy and I felt for the staffs. But still it cannot be an excuse for an iced americano without ice. read more

This store has been amazing. Everyone there is so friendly and very knowledgable. The coffee master Chris helped me out, he told me what kind of grind I needed for my k cup filter. He even got me into Verona my new favorite coffee! I never have a bad visit or a bad cup of coffee. I prefer going to this store in particular because of the staff, keep it up Starbucks! read more

Worst burnt tasting coffee I ever had in my life. Expensive is an understatement. I'm told you have to get one of the flavored coffees or some fancy drink and you'll like it. If you can't just get the base coffee right they shouldn't be selling it. Anyone can dump a bucket of sugar in something to make it taste like desert. read more

Coffee is okay. Drive thru service however is sub par. I ordered 2 iced coffees but was charged for 3. The second iced coffee I was handed was covered with coffee on the outside which ended up on my tan seats. Very sloppy. read more

This Starbucks is absolutely horrible. I work at another but this is the only one on my way into Doylestown. I have never received a drink here that is made right and it's extremely frustrating. My cold brew is watery, my frappuccinos are completely ice and no flavor and my lattes have dead bitter shots. They take forever when there's absolutely no reason. Never go here. Ever. read more

So, the space is great. I'll start with that. They have updated their seating and it is very conducive to studying and/or hanging out with friends. After giving this place more than 4 chances, I've always experienced the same negative thing: the baristas are extremely loud, they yell, sing, and you can over hear every bit of their conversations. Their voices drown out the music and everything else in the coffeeshop. It sounds like you are at a loud bar instead of a coffeeshop. It really takes away from the atmosphere. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with being sociable with your coworkers, it is just extremely loud and innapropriate. I am almost embarrased for the staff. While customers read and or chat quietly, the baristas are causing a scene behind the counter. I will not be back. read more

10/25/14 I visited this location around 9:30am. I ordered a few drinks and some breakfast food. They took so long and seemed super unorganized. My wife warned me that last time she was there they made mistakes with her order too, but I have been a Starbucks customer elsewhere for a long time and was in the mood for my latte. My latte was supposed to be a salted caramel latte and it looked more like a hot chocolate, and tasted like one too. I ordered oatmeal and normally it comes with nuts and agave syrup, but it was plain and came only with blueberries. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing morning breakfast. Very disappointed. Never going to this location again, and I advise my fellow Starbucks users as well. read more

I like this Starbucks, except that it is a little less accessible from the north bound lane of 309. That's not there fault, but it's a definite inconvenience and deterrent some of the time when I contemplate stopping for a cup of joe. Nice staff. Good seating. Nice atmosphere. read more

I don't know what the hell happened since the move to this location 2 months ago, but the staff that was reasonably friendly and efficient at the old location has apparently been replaced by a staff that's inattentive, surly & completely incompetent (Yes, they're mostly the same people, it seems, just very different attitude). Yapping/yelling/carrying on with one another about personal life stuff while ignoring people in line waiting to place their orders. Snapping at customers (including myself) for no discernable reason, sometimes just for asking for things like creamer. And I've personally seen them mocking someone waiting for their drive-thru order. Totally unprofessional. Plus, the place is brand-new and already looks like a dump -- the 4-5 times I've been in here, at varying times of they day, there has always been trash all over the floors/tables and overflowing trash cans, and none of the employees seem to care. I'll never go back to this location again, and I hope a Starbucks regional management person reads this and looks into this for themselves to rectify it. Don't just take my word for it. This is a REALLY bad look for a new location. read more

Went through the drive-thru and ordered iced tea and an iced mocha. Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, 10 of them waiting for my iced mocha to be made. 7 staff behind the counter, 2 actually making drinks, several playing on their phones, and then after waiting for 7 minutes they asked if it was ok if my iced mocha did not have whipped cream as they were still making it. At that point I needed to leave so I said fine, but it still took another 3 minutes for my drink to come out. As my drink was handed to me I watched a barista put whipped cream on another drink. Many young kids playing around and chit chatting, not working. Definitely not going back to this location, poor service! read more

Drive thru is slower than I-76 at 5pm on a Monday night. Takes 15 mins to make 1 frappacino. God forbid if there is more than one car in line. I look in the window and the associates are talking to one another instead of making my drink. Bring the old Starbucks back!!! read more

In my mind, there isn't much bad to say about a place that guarantees getting your drink right, is open a lot of convenient hours, and has a drive through. I'll pay a little extra for quality and correctness. The service at this Starbucks is great, the store is clean, and parking is plentiful. The only downside is that you can only enter approaching the store heading south on Route 309 -- if you're coming from the south you'll probably have to wait through a light at 5 points to find somewhere to make a uey. The drive-in gets a little backed up in the mornings, but you have your choice: take a few minutes to enjoy the what's on NPR while you're waiting for your coffee -- or unsweetened iced tea as my case may be -- or park the car and go in. If you're short on time but not on foot power, head inside and mingle while you order your drink. You won't regret it. They're a friendly bunch! read more

Waited 20 minutes for my mobile order to be completed of cold brew coffee. Still not done and was told I could not have a refund.

Usually all is well here at this store, and I usually frequent it everyday on my way home. Today was different. I stopped in around 6pm and I guess there was training going on where the store cleanliness was neglected, even though there was very little traffic (since the drive thru was closed too). I got my coffee then went for a refill, where i was told that coffee doesn't get refills. This is the first time I've heard this "company policy" since it could "give me a heart attack." The barista really didn't care that everyone else but her has done refills and have me a similar drink without asking if that's what I wanted. It not like I'll never come back, but I'll avoid that barista for sure. So much for the Third Place. read more

Sorry by this is my second Starbucks review about the same growing problem. 5 people behind the counter, two people working on drive thru... I guess I should just walk up to the drive thru next time... one barista, and one person working counter, and repeatedly that person was helping get food out of microwave for the drive thru, and put stickers on the cup orders coming, and poured beans into the grinder to make more coffee... all the while none of the other three people came over to do any of that. Those responsibilities were all left for the one person who now had a line of now five people. This is during morning rush. Oh, and here's the worst part... the person at the counter didn't look at, or acknowledge one person waiting in line for almost a minute. We all just stood there. I took note of this time because I had been in retail for 12 years and was embarrassed for how many service rules this team breaks. Oh and remember there was a fifth person, she is a manager of some sort, all she did was walk back and forth from the back to along the counters and back in the back... she never addressed one customer or helped with the growing line she looked at twice. What really stinks is, I stop here at least three times a week and it happens almost every day. We seem to be stopping in the staff's hangout, and they'll get to us when they get to us. And it starts at the top, with the managers, there seem to be two who both do the same thing. They see me almost every day and almost never say hello. Cold for someone there all of the time. I'm writing this because I'm fed up, this is the second Starbucks in my daily commute making the same problems (Wake up Warrington). It would seem Starbucks upper management have a training emergency on their hands. Starting with greeting and taking care of the customer first, before loading shelves, or cups, or helping the line when there's already three people on the window. Or maybe the manager jumps in once in while and stops looking miserable. It's getting bad Starbucks. Let's not forget when this location had its grand re-opening, the coffee brewer didn't make coffee for three (three???) days. Great re-start, it's been down hill from there. read more

I really like this Starbucks. The staff is friendly( especially Rebecca) and the service is great. I go there everyday.
