I will say to all of you with 100% certainty that this Starbizzle right here. This one right here is making the best version of whatever coffee drink you are drinking. I don't know who trained these baristas, but they deserve an award or at the very least a really loud and satisfying high five. The drink are richer, smoother and just better in ever possible way imaginable. I drive out of my way for this place. I walk against traffic. I fly into the wind. Come to this starbleezle. Order your favorite drink and take a sip straight to the.....wait for it....the stars. If you run into a toll road on your trip to pure coffee ecstasy don't you worry because you can pay with your STARBUCKS!!!! Did I mention this place has really good coffee? terrible experience. we were in a rush completely empty store and took 20 minutes to get our drinks and never gave me my cake pop.

There was something in the Frappuccino. I ordered it two days in a row. It wasn't right.

The location is usually super clean and they aren't super slow.. most of the time. My only real issue is some of the employees. I get it. Not everyone loves their job but I have seen this girl (and thank god they wear name tags) named Layla spit into cups. She always has a very negative attitude and it's very unfortunate that I feel the need to watch my drink being made because of a girl like that. hopefully this brings some attention to the store manager. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks for over 2 years now and I SWEAR they are the superior location! They always make the best drinks and they never disappoint! This is a great place and amazing location. Was always wanting a Starbucks nearby. Reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a bit dirty- tables are not clean, the floor is dirty, I don't know about the bathrooms (can not comment on those). Went through the drive-thru at this Starbucks on Sunday around 10:30am. There was an average line in the drive-thru but nothing too crazy. The line progressed at a pretty average pace. I've had quicker and slower at other locations. The service was friendly when taking my order as well as when giving me my drink. I ordered a Chestnut Praline Latte (my favorite for the holiday season) and it was prepared perfectly. The cup was a bit stickier/dirtier than I typically like. I got syrup on my hand when trying to drink it. Overall though, so far so good for this new location. read more

There's nothing wrong with the drinks. It's a Starbucks drink. But this location seriously has to get it together with calling out their cafe orders. They make you wait 25 minutes, only to find out they thought your order was "mobile" and didn't call your name. This is not the only time. Hover over the mobile station the entire time they are making your drink, cause they are not calling your name. read more

When people order a drink from the drive-thru, and someone else orders the same drink after walking into the store, the employees will create only one drink. They will then "split" the drink and give most of the drink to the person in the drive-thru and give about 20% of the drink to the person in the store and then fill the cup up with ice. I want to know that when I'm paying over $5 for a cup of milk and syrup, it's at least for a full cup. read more

This Starbucks has the friendliest employees! They also put just the right amount of ice in our drinks so it's not watered down.

I love this location!!! The employees are super kind and helpful. This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area. This is the only location in Naperville/Bolingbrook/Romeoville (that I've visited) that has never messed up my online order and it's always ready when I get there. The barista named Alex. Who worked the morning shift. 7/19/2019 at 9.48am. She Was very polite and sweet. It was a very busy morning for them and I witnessed her uplifting her team members. These people had the audacity to turn us down at 2:58 when it closes at 3:00. The website clearly states it closes at 3 so they should have taken our order. They just make up their own rules and put a sigh out saying our last order will be at 2:55 like how are we suppose to know that mabey you should put it on the website if you want to close at 2:55. I go to Starbucks often, it was my first time at this location. Joey was working the drive-thur, he was pretty rude. Wasn't paying attention to what was ordered, and got mad that I wanted to add a milk when I got to the window for my toddler that just woke up. Ordered warmed up cookies, and when we got them, they were cold n hard. I felt like I was being rushed even though theyre were no cars behind us. read more
