ZERO!!!!! doesn't even deserve the one star two weeks ago I stopped in, and when the girl handed me my drink, it spilled all over my steering wheel, my car and myself she did not even apologize. She just stared and smiled didn't even offer to give any napkins or how she can help. I was on my way to work so I had to stop in the parking lot and clean myself off and wipe my car I decided to try one more time and here I am upset again. I ordered a very simple macchiato. What did they give me a black coffee! I noticed as I had turned the corner so of course I have to make my way all the way back and sit in the drive-through again to tell them my order was wrong when I pull up to the window they have my coffee ready and guess what it taste like shit! They definitely need to work on hiring more equipped staff that actually knows what they are doing. The morning ladies are stellar! I was there for a few hours working and they kindly greeted everyone who came in, quick service and were kind when issues arose (like getting an online order as the car pulled up and the order was not ready yet.) I visit this Starbucks pretty often cause of how close it is to me and I was surprised to come on here and see all the negative reviews. I've always had positive experiences - drinks are always ready on time when ordered ahead, staff is always friendly when I choose to order in store and hangout there, drinks are always made correctly as ordered. I came at 1:30pm on a Friday and forgot what the drink name was is said " can I get a oh what's that drink call blonde sometime latte vanilla" and she didn't reply just wrote stuff down then when I get up to the window she has a bit of an attitude and I told her to keep the change but scoffs and gives me my dime which was fine but I told her to keep it. When I got my drink it was just an iced coffee with blonde express and no vanilla flavor.. the only good thing is the strawberry cold foam.. if I could give zero stars I would. I usually come here early, like 5am or so, and order 2-3 drinks and food. They're always super nice and pleasant to talk with. I've even screwed up my own order online and they're still cool enough to make me the drink I wanted while in line. After waiting 25 minutes for 4 coffee orders, one venti black, one tall Caramel macchiato, one grande pumpkin spice and grande one hot chocolate, the pumpkin spice and hot chocolate were only 1/2 full. I have never been in a Starbucks that was so poorly organized, where nobody was in charge and it was pure chaos. Not organized chaos just chaos. No one seemed to know what anyone else was doing and you could see how unhappy the customers were when you walked in. When I walked in there were only 3 people in the place so I was shocked that it took so long to get orders out. Never going back here. While my barista was not familiar with any such drink, Joey heard the question and was able to assist - even so far as proving a sample of the drink I may have been referencing. Zero stars. Bittersweet flavor of coffee that is inconsistently made wrong AND overpriced! Let's begin! Matchas are always caked with powder on the bottom. Shake them better, please. I'm paying $5 for a venti, I better be getting god's spit for that price. Frappuccinos are never made with the right pumps of syrup, ever. FYI! Always bitter or too sweet. Do not bother complaining about how terrible your drink tastes if you're in the drive thru and you happen to taste it before pulling away. The employees will take the drink behind the counter, keep it there for a minute then give it right back like it's a new drink. The employees are so unhappy, it makes me sick. Starbucks aims to greet customers when they walk in, but this location fails to do so. They're so focused on making drinks that they forget to add the full ingredients that go inside them, along with only filling the cup half empty. Terrible business practice, the manager is a shit show of a human being. Emotional, destructive, and needs to get fired due to temper tantrums when she's having a bad day. No one knows how to make drinks here, even though they constantly complain that Theodore's Starbucks makes drinks wrong almost everytime. It's disgusting how this location is still standing. When you walk in here no one smiles, no one looks like they enjoy their job other than two people. Why work here if you don't greet guest or make customer connections? You can tell there are certain people who just don't want to work. Some of the workers smell like weed which I don't mind but definitely isn't professional. I definitely know who it is but I'm going to choose not to put them on blast. This location needs to get better with customer service. I come here often and the two people who do the best with customer service and making good drinks are Aj and Xyra. Two people who constantly work hard and hustle every time I walk in. They are not the only ones but those two always stand out to me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went through the drive through today ordering 4 drinks, the lady hands me my drinks in a drink carrier, already beginning to fall over. I begin to ask her to hand me my drinks 1 by 1, then she shoves the drink carrier at me and the drinks topple into my car spilling EVERYWHERE. SHE JUST STARES. OFFERS NO HELP AS THE DRINKS ARE GOING EVERYWHERE. Just got served the worst latte I've ever had. If I wasn't late for an appointment I would have gone back in. I don't think there's any butterscotch in my butterscotch latte, and they definitely skipped the whip. I've gotten this latte at other Starbucks and have enjoyed it immensely. My favorite Starbucks! My drinks are always made perfect and fast, I especially love when Courtney is working, sometimes she'll have my drink ready for me at the register when I walk in! This Starbucks gets it right. STAY AWAY FROM 59 and THEODORE Starbucks which doesn't seem to be on Yelp, interestingly. Anyhoo, this location, even when busy, quickly and efficiently gets you through with minimum order delivery. Mobile orders are done when promised. The crew knows me and always asks if my puppies are with me and if not they say they miss them. Employees seem very happy and work well together. Again, pick this location over the other.
