I've been visiting this location for a while and have always had a good experience. I typically use the drive thru and it moves along really fast compared to other Starbucks locations and competitors. The baristas are always friendly, energetic and courteous. The drinks I get have always come out just right and when I do get food, it comes out quickly and tastes great. The inside of the location is clean and keeps up with their corporate image. I would tell you to visit this place, but I don't want the line to be longer .

Starbucks is becoming overrated. I went and got a Matcha asked for extremely light ice almost none and this is how much ice I got such a waste of money. I literally got like five sips and it was finished. This is a Venti. I should've just got a tall with no ice

Thursday morning on 5/5 between 9-9:30am ordered an iced caramel machiatto espresso w/ almond milk in store and it was extremely watered down. No flavor at all, they didn't mix it. Went back to have it sweetened. The cashier was busy chit chatting with a customer / friend ahead of me, not even ordering. Taking their sweet time. Drink was horrible Customer service in store not attentive

It's on my way to work and I sometimes decide to mobile order when I'm less than 2 minutes away, and they still always have my order correct and ready.

Every time I have a doctor's appointment, I usually stop by the Corona location, but since my…read moredoctor's office moved to Norco, I was so happy to see they have a Crave right nearby. It's honestly not far at all from my appointments, and the staff here is always so kind and welcoming. They answer questions, greet you when you walk in, and overall just create such a good vibe. I always let them know that I have celiac disease, and I appreciate that they actually listen and try to take the necessary precautions. Of course, eating out is never 100% safe when you have celiac, especially in a shared facility with gluten products, and there's always a risk of cross-contamination anywhere you go. But it's still really nice when places take you seriously and do their best to help you safely enjoy something. I love that they carry a variety of gluten-free pastries and treats. This time I picked up the pandan cookie, the ube cookie, the mint chocolate chip cookie, and the chocolate toffee crisp cookie. They also usually carry gluten-free banana bread, although they didn't have it this visit. I also noticed some protein/date ball type snacks, but I didn't try those yet. Most of their gluten-free cookies are individually wrapped, which I really appreciate. They do have some displayed in a shared pastry container section, although they are kept separate and not touching the regular pastries. Just something to keep in mind if you're highly sensitive. They partner with KJ Gluten Free Cookies, which seems to be a smaller startup business. They are not certified gluten free, but from what I've seen and experienced, they do appear to take precautions to keep things gluten free. If you want to check them out or learn more about their products, their Instagram is @k.j.sglutenfreecookies. Their cookies do contain milk and eggs, though. I may be lactose intolerant and have a mild egg allergy, but honestly I hit the trifecta at this point I keep my Benadryl and Lactaid with me because if I find something gluten free while eating out, I'm going to enjoy it when I can. Eating out with food restrictions is already hard enough. The inside is also super cute and cozy. I love the seating setup with the tables, stools, comfy chairs, and overall atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can sit down with a drink, pastry, or even do homework for a while. The customer service has always been great at both the Norco and Corona locations, and the staff always seem friendly and happy to help. I genuinely just love the vibe here every time I stop by after my appointments.

I also finished the drink much faster than I normally would with a 3-shot cortado. It tasted more like it had two shots instead of three. I can't say for certain that a shot was missing, but it definitely didn't taste as strong as I expected. Not a bad drink, but it didn't quite taste like what I ordered. Based on this visit, I'd give Crave Coffee & Tea in Norco 3 stars.

The rice was cooked perfect, spam and eggs and well, but the gravy was the star of the show. So tasty and went perfect with everything. The Island Chilaquiles were super yummy as well. Everything was cooked to perfection and the rice was a nice touch. Again, both similar to aloha stacks. We got the mango smoothie and the iced Hawaiian coffee. The mango smoothie tasted very fresh and not too sugary. The coffee was pretty basic but had a nice touch of cream on top There is indooor and outdoor seating and you order at the counter (nice and helpful people) and they bring it to your table. Scramblers also has a long line, but in comparison the wait was more reasonable. I've since removed the other restaurant from my list of places to go. Congrats to them for being so popular, but when people are forced to wait for an hour by default, it's an automatic turn off and they're losing customers. Anyway, while waiting in line at Scramblers we had time to look at the menu which is a big sign hanging over the counter. When we first walked in, though, the sign was still far away, so I also brought the menu up on my phone. I was glad there was a vegetarian Garden Crepe option and the cashier was accommodating when I asked for even more ingredients to be removed. It was packed inside, so when we were asked we told her we'd prefer to sit outside. Outside, there are small wooden signs with numbers on them and you go to the one you're assigned to. We were sat next to a tree which was appreciated because we got some shade. There's also a table with condiments if you want to grab a bottle of ketchup or anything else you might want. At the time I remembered thinking what a nice day it was to be sitting outside, but later learned the air quality was actually bad that day since there was a fire we didn't know about. Also, summers in general have bad air quality because the heat traps the pollution. Then again, even if we chose to sit inside, the door was open for people to line up, so we couldn't have escaped the bad air either way. Also, Scramblers is on the corner of a busy intersection and I saw one car cutoff another car at the turn and the other driver honk and yell at the other driver, so not exactly the most peaceful place to sit down and eat. Anyway, the food tasted good and I ate everything in one sitting. After being to this plaza a few times now, I've learned that it's best to take whatever parking spot you can get even if it's far from the place you're going to. Scramblers is especially difficult to get to, so it was a bit of a walk to and from our car. I've said it before in other reviews, but I curse whoever planned the layout of this plaza, like what were they thinking? Still, there are enough places for us to want to try out to keep coming back.

But like a hungry phoenix rising from the ashes, I pivoted to a turkey croissant sandwich and a taro milk tea with boba--and wow, am I glad I did! First things first: this is a true mom-and-pop shop, so you definitely need to support them. Just be prepared to sweat for the cause. There are exactly two benches inside, and the AC situation is non-existent. Think of it as a free sauna session with your meal! Let's talk about this sandwich. For the price, it is an absolute steal. They did NOT skimp on the turkey; I'm talking a Thanksgiving-level mountain of meat. It came loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions, raw jalapeños (hello, spicy crunch!), mayo, mustard, and a wild-card splash of Italian dressing. Sounds chaotic? Maybe. Tasted incredible? Absolutely. To wash it down, the taro milk tea was perfection. The boba was warm, perfectly chewy, and exactly what I needed to cool down from the meat sweats (and the actual sweats). Support local businesses! I will 100% be back
