So I'm at the front and I see two employees inside asking and then pointing at my car, discussing if I had had my order taken. So she comes up to me, sorry didn't get her name, and she asks me very politely, did anyone take your order yet, and I replied no. And very politely she apologized and I acknowledge her apology as to be sincere. I then gave here my order and she said that will be right out. Order was a large Blondie, half sweet, breve. And I got my drink within a minute and left. And I have to say I was extremely happy that the employee acknowledged that no one took my order and apologized.
