I took my granddaughters to the No Haven Starbucks . Probably a huge mistake lol for a 7 and 11 year olds . Now the 11 yr old wants a gift card for Christmas .. I hav I had a vanilla chai tea the girls had the pink drink with coconut milk and cake pops . They call it their bougie drinks . I just wish they were a tad bit cheaper . It was my first time here down nice they moved from the plaza next door. The ambience was amazing and I love the vibe. They are there maybe a year and a half. I come here all the time and am getting fed up with how I am treated the past couple times I've gone in. The food is typically good but customer service is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order in the drive thru and went inside instead because the line was too long and needed to be at work. i went in and asked if i was able to pick it up and her response was "I guess I can go grab it" rolled her eyes and came back 5 minutes later with it. unacceptable as I am here almost everyday and spend money here frequently. As someone who spends a lot of money here, I don't like being told to wait longer next time when placing a mobile order. I will place a mobile order and then go through the drive-thru when I please. I am a paying customer. I will also wait until it's ready without complaining. I use mobile ordering whenever it is available and no other business ever complains to me about ordering too soon and showing up. Without customers you would have no job. Not good business practice Starbucks. Don't train your employees to give customers a hard time, instead just appreciate the business you get for your overpriced items. Got a large iced green tea. Drank it in the car on the way home. It was undrinkable. Tasted like dirty metallic water. Poured it out in another parking lot. I've had problems with this Starbucks in the past - staff isn't helpful, and floors are often dirty. I absolve love the chai tea latte here, though of course everything is expensive. I think the almond milk substitute pricing is too much and occasionally the holiday seasons have really long waits. Sometimes it's ok and sometimes it's not. The staff is always nice but it's slow no matter when you go. If there's no one in line, it's slow. If it's packed, it's slow. I'm confused because their other location wasn't like this. I am a "refugee" from Dunkin Donuts - whose terrible service (in multiple locations) and arrogance finally drove me away. This has become my local "go to" place to get coffee and I loved it. This AM I was served in part by Jada, who is an absolute credit to Starbucks. Highly professional appearance and demeanor. Very customer service oriented. What impressed me the most was that I watched her "doing her job" making the next cup of coffee for the next customer. I stood for 7 minute before someone gave me my phone order, and they don't have a clue how to grind coffee, I asked for French press and got fine ground! The team is very disorganized doesn't know how to use the new curb side delivery people wait a long time for someone to come out. This is not the Starbucks way of business. Very poor! read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks experiences I've had. I've had well over 500 in my lifetime. When I ordered my drink, the girl at the computer was in the middle of texting between customers. I had to repeat my order to her because after she asked what I'd like, she was still texting and clearly not listening. Then while my drink was being prepared I went into the bathroom. No toilet paper. And this was in a toilet paper thing that houses two rolls. Why I'm mad: I've spent YEARS working in restaurants where the standard is to have designated checks omg he bathroom to make sure everything is ok. Further, texting between customers in line is ridiculous when you're going somewhere that is a premium price point anyway. There was no caramel in my Caramel Macchiato this morning...that's the first word of the drink and the key ingredient, how does someone forget that? I have to also add that they really need to step up their customer service. The girls that work there are always standing around and talking while people are waiting for their orders to be taken. Even when there is a line out the door, they have no sense of urgency or consideration for people who have been waiting. Yesterday I waited and waited and waited to the point where pretty much everyone who came in after me was gone and the remaining to girls kept looking at me every time a drink was called like WTF, so I asked the lady who was making the drinks, and squinting at the labels instead of wearing the glasses on her head, where my drink was.....and there it was just sitting there done waiting for her to take her nasty hand and push the lid onto the cup with her palm and then hand it to me like that. Today, the card reader did not work, so I had to pay cash. Then since the stable ingenious who had been wiping down the straws left the large ones way bend the counter I almost fell down reaching across over the counter and across their work space for the proper straw, only to try and put it in my drink to find that the lid was not on correctly and it spilled all over the counter. read more

So I inquired if they carried the beverage since I did not see it on the menu. To which I was rudely met with a response that had I asked for the drink correctly, next time I won't be so embarrassed & have to ask if it's on the menu. Skip forward after cashing out, he apparently had no idea what he was talking about either because he was unable to label the cup correctly so they could make the drink. This Starbucks has a great staff. I don't come here terribly often, yet I've seen some of the same people which is reassuring. The tables were all clean, my drink came out perfect (not that it's complicated, but still...), and the staff was pleasant, upbeat, and very attentive. This Starbucks is more streamlined for students and business meetings. I love that there are so many tables and that they didn't try to squeeze in couches and lounge like furniture. You can also sit outside when the weather isn't frigid as it is these last few months, though the traffic on Washington Ave can be a bit loud. This is also pretty easily accessible for most people so it makes it a great spot for business meetings or just catching up with a friend before going out for dinner or drinks. read more

As much as I like Starbucks and its coffee, this location sucks. 1. Staff Attitude: First, I don't understand how they don't recognize you even on the one millionth time you go there! It is okay on the first couple hundred times but after that - that's just ignoring you!.. and it is the same staff that works there! (I don't expect new people to know me right away obviously.) Second, just unfriendly, leave-me-alone kind of attitude. The moment you walk up to the counter, you are not greeted. Instead, you just get a rough abrupt question for your order and you leave feeling like you just got kicked out like a dog out on the street. 2. Cleanliness: Always greasy, dirty counters - even when it is not a rush hour...yet, the staff does not even care to clean and just aimlessly waits around for their shift to end. 3. Stock: something is always missing from the counters - sugar, stir sticks, half and half or whole milk...or ANY kind of milk. Again, the items are not re-stocked even if it is past rush hour (read: 8pm). I know it is busy during rush hour so it is fine with me if something is not re-stocked...but 8pm? Come on! Conclusion: This place needs A LOT of improvement. I hope someone at Starbucks reads this and seriously considers making some changes or teaching the staff how to do their job. read more

I was in town visiting my mother and we decided to get something to drink. Upon arrival the workers did not smile once though they seemed overwhelmed which was fair enough. Ordering went smoothly and I ordered a venti ultra caramel frap. I overheard the worker making my drink tell his coworker that he can't find anymore cold brew whip creams. The coworker just tells him to use normal whip cream because they ran out. Back ups of the whips should have been prepared beforehand and if they ran out someone on CS should have dedicated time to make more. They should have at least told me they ran out and asked if using the normal whip cream was okay but instead there was zero customer interaction throughout the whole process. read more
