For some odd and very satisfying reason this location had the best nitro cold brew I have had at any location in Las Vegas so far! And to top it off the Starbucks double shot / aka the shaken espresso was made perfectly. I stepped inside Sunday of Father's Day and this place was packed! They must have made over 150 drinks in the 15 minutes I was there. It is quite small inside so lounging at this location might not be my first choice. I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. After I ordered my coffee, I started drinking it and suddenly felt something sharp in my mouth. I immediately spit it out and realized it was a small metal bristle. I don't understand how something like that could end up in my drink, especially since it wasn't a blended beverage. It looks like it may have come from a wire cleaning brush. This is a serious food safety concern and could have caused a much more serious injury. On top of that, the customer service was very poor. The employee helping me seemed upset and unfriendly, which made an already stressful situation even worse. I expect food and drinks to be prepared safely, and this experience was unacceptable. So we walked in since the drive thru was 20 cars deep. We walked in and ordered really quickly as there was no line. However, our drinks came out about 20 minutes later. I understand the at the drive thru is important but so is the customers on the inside. I only ordered a tall hot chocolate, venti white chocolate mocha frappe and 1 venti ice water. It took 20 minutes to get those 3 items due to the drive thru being backed up. The staff were nice but not once did they check up on us, like can we help you etc... I mobile ordered my drink (btw, get the app, it makes life SO much easier) and hit the drive through because I was on a long road trip and didn't want to get out of the car. I understand the homeless population is out of control especially in this area but they allowed multiple homeless individuals not purchasing anything to come in without shoes and use the restrooms and sit inside acting wild. It honestly shocked me. I almost got up and left multiple times. Looking at the floor in the store, it didn't look like it had been cleaned in days and after realizing how long these people were taking in the restrooms I regretted using them This is not a Starbucks I would ever enter again however the staff was great. Horrible experience. Placed order of a few cake pops, 3 drinks and a coffee traveler box. Arrived at store when prompted the order was ready only to find out it was not. Was rudely told by barista that it would be an additional 30 minutes to make the traveler on top of the time I had already waited for order. She, again, very rudely blamed me for the delay adding that next time I should call ahead to order so they are aware. What is the point of ordering via the app if the baristas can't read a simple order or why would they mark as complete? Very lazy and rude staff! We were on a road trip to Ogden, UT to attend a friend's wedding, and needed to address our caffeine addiction. We normally brew our own organic coffee (including grinding coffee beans) at home. However, time is sacred today, since we promised my grandmother that we would pick her up from her house in Henderson (we live in Summerlin), in order to drop her off at the airport. Albeit we don't have a flight to catch, but we still had to do some last-minute packing for our road trip, in terms of electronics. My order was easy - tall Pike Place (PP) & Venti PP. I wanted to try a different brew, since i always purchase Pike Place brew. The barista offered to brew a fresh batch of the dark roast (cannot recall the name of the brew), if I had a few minutes to kill. Bella who usually works nights always gets our order wrong, this has been going on for months now. But today I asked for a Caramel frappe with Java chips and caramel and mocha drizzle, when I got it, it was just a caramel frappe so I told her that I had also asked for mocha drizzle . This is a regular Starbucks stop for me because it's close to my job. It's as busy as any other Starbucks during the day, whether you use the drive thru or come inside. For the people that complain or say "it's so busy ... well yeah, there are people feening for their coffee just like you! I wouldn't say the service is over the top or anything, but they do what they need to to get your coffee. I appreciate the consistency. Only thing I would comment is their selection for prepackaged lunches are a little slim compared to others so if you're coming on your lunch break to grab a quick prepackaged lunch they seem to always have the pb&j and hummus stocked. read more
