Our closest location recently closed so I was very happy to see that most employees from there ended up at this store. They are all so friendly and they recognize me when I walked in. I usually order my girl a matcha from here or sometimes she ends up with coffee. This time she had a free birthday drink to use so we ended up here. We did walk in because neither of us have been to this location before. It's pretty clean and nice and has a really nice outdoor patio. We patronized the location in the Venetian on two occasions. I had both the mocha cold brew and the Vietnamese cold brew. Both were reasonably priced for a coffee drink and the service was friendly. I personally think Starbucks is overrated and bitter, which wasn't a problem at Coffee Bean. I gave 4 stars just because I'd like to see more variety in the menu. read more

Came to give coffee bean another try but once again disappointed. I ordered a Spanish latte and asked for it 1/4 sweet it was so sugary and milky couldn't even taste there was coffee inside I wonder how it tastes full of sugar. I usually have issues but this location one Barista tends to let his mistakes fly without consideration for the customer. For example, argue with me that I ordered a certain smaller size which I did not and ordered the larger. Or if I ask for whip and no whip is on the drink when it arrives. The Coffee Bean is underrated. They are better than Starbucks and Better Buzz, while being as good as Peet's and Dutch Bros in Vegas. 11/02/2024. With that being said, they had one hiccup... White chocolate ice blended: was ok, my issues was that the third into the beverage, and it was prominently ice with no liquid, 3/5 stars. This trip I ended up going to drive thru which was clean and easily accessible. Service wait was not too long and the drive thru person was very friendly. I ordered an iced match latte with ube cold foam. Matcha tasted very good as always, the ube cold foam did not have much of a taste and not much was put on the top of the matcha. If I were to order again I definitely would request extra cold foam or none at all. read more

OK, so if you view my reviews, they are completely inconsistent. That's because it tells you how consistent this place is it's not at all. They are truly the most inconsistent shop ever the last drink I had which was two days ago the same drink except for there was oat milk instead of coconut milk. Something was rancid in that drink. This one was really good, but the fact that I'm gambling on a drink that should be consistent all the time is horrible so I just wanna give it one more chance I gave it a chance. It was really good drink that being said, I'm deleting the app and I'm done with this place again. I shouldn't be gambling on a drink to see if it's going to be good or not. The fact that I have to leave to go to work after I get the drink I can't go back like 10 hours later because then they will think I'm lying so you know it's a give or take type of thing if you want to spend your money on something that you're unsure about And if you truly do have time to go back and get it corrected then by all means do it, but if you don't, I wouldn't gamble on it. I was required to fast before getting blood work done (with the only exception being water) during a medical appointment on this side of town. Unfortunately, I fasted for nothing because when I got there, the receptionist told me that I was not supposed to be seen for another two weeks, therefore they rescheduled me for a different date without telling me ahead of time, not even a phone call. Ugh. Thankfully, I found The Coffee Bean just down the street and needed some well-deserved calories, plus I was in the mood for a nice cup of coffee. There's a lot of construction going on along Tenaya past Lake Mead and I somehow ended up missing it, forcing me to make a u-turn at the next stoplight. This Coffee Bean can be found right next to a Money Tree right at the corner of said side streets, which includes a drive thru. I started going to The Coffee Bean on a weekly basis at UNLV earlier in the year, when one of my classes moved to a computer lab inside Lied Library (where they have their own Coffee Bean). Now I'm hooked on their vanilla lattes! Oh yeah, and they have boba, just like every other coffee shop out there now. Walking in, I noticed that they didn't have a lot of seating inside, but they do have more seating on their patio, which includes a little fireplace. They had plenty of baristas working there, all handling the drive thru and making the drinks. The service here was over the top fantastic. I was welcomed in a friendly manner and got myself a 16oz vanilla latte. My drink came out quickly and I enjoyed sipping it thoroughly in the car, and it pretty much saved me from being annoyed for the rest of the day after what had happened at the doctor's office. First time visitor desperately in need for some coffee. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a caramel ice blended and a white chocolate mocha ice blended coffees. Employee at the window was super friendly and saw a dog in the car and made the cutest little Milkbone puppucinno. She also let us know that our order was paid for by the folks in the vehicle in front of us! Evidently there was a string of several people who had just purchased for the orders behind them. Love being able to visit this chain when I was in the South Bay Area in CA. When I come here, the opportunity to come again is delightful. This location is small but busy with drive-thru and in store customers. Inside has good amount of seating for the size of the store. It is clean and pleasantly decorated. There is some seating in the front and even a fire pit. Ordered the Iced Orchard Green Tea which brought back great memories of past orders. I thought the long waits here were just a one-off, but I've realized that waiting 20-30 minutes for a simple drink is the normal experience at this Coffee Bean. On the rare occasions I don't wait that long, it feels unusual. It's frustrating when you just want a quick coffee or tea before work. I've even gone inside when the drive-thru was backed up, only to be ignored at the counter for over 10 minutes. Overall, the service here shows poor time management and customer care. Unless you have extra time to spare, I wouldn't recommend this location. I hope Coffee Bean addresses staffing and training so the experience can improve. read more

Today was my second time visiting this location in two weeks. First interaction was not customer friendly, I walked in to order a brownie, and there was no in or any cars in the drive thru, yet waited 10 mins to receive the brownie and only got it thanks to one of the employees telling the other, "are you not going to get them their order?" Today I went through drive thru, immediately over intercom it was as if the employee was annoyed I asked for time and she said "sure take all the time you need" rudely. Then as I got to the window she told me my total and as I attempted to hand her over the cash she closed the window. Never again for this location. read more

Can't go wrong with a hot hazelnut latte or a cold Vietnamese cold brew! The flavor is always amazing, strong, rich flavor that bursts on your palate. The service is always quick and friendly. In the winter I enjoy sitting outside and reading a book by the fire pit. read more

Dropped in to CB & TL today around 11AM. Order taken by "Li, Shift Supervisor". Has anyone asked him to shower before he comes to work, handling people's food and beverages?? Hair tangled and hanging around his face and neck, dirty looking in general, poorly dressed --creeped me out. I almost left yet really wanted my Matcha:-) The music was so loud one could barely hear. My drink did not arrive by 15 minutes later--busy handling orders from cars? Li had left the counter and a gal came up and said 'what was your order?'.... it was NEVER submitted!! How does this happen? Li never came over to apologize--- the order then came out incorrectly (asked for a blended drink) and had to be redone. I saw the gal tell him about the problem. Sleaze bag. Everyone seemed so 'put off' and its amazing HE is the 'shift supervisor'. Clearly not educated about Customer Service yet quick to take $$. Finally, 25 minutes later, accurate order arrived. I assume these xx were 'Sunday staff' yet I will not be back to find out. They win. If this is a taste of the poor management of store #4, I wont return for the pleasure of being treated like this. It was given to me as a regular latte. It was good. My friends got hot chai lattes and they were pleased. While we were waiting, there seemed to be a lot of regulars. He was complaining to me about how I needed to come closer to the mic, which I couldn't do due to a car being in front me. He proceeded to raise his voice and tone and was getting upset because he couldn't understand whether I was saying "Oatmilk or Whole milk" when I got to the window it took him 6 minutes to take my payment and not only that I took my drink after I payed and he raised his voice at me saying "HEY!
