It's so hard to want to keep coming back to this location. I only come here unless there's no line or if I have an hour to spare. You can place your order ahead of time but you'll still have to wait for it to be ready. And after all that time they'll hand you a giant cup of milk with no flavor or espresso. I'm not sure what their training looks like but it needs to be reevaluated. This is why Starbucks will always have an upper hand, their drinks are consistent and they are ready for you every time. If you still want Dutch Bros, I recommend the extra mile to another location compared to this one. I've been to Dutch bros twice, this being the second time. I got an acclaimed "rebel" which is like an energy drink that you can add flavoring into. They have some premade and then you can also select some flavors together. I got and iced rebel double rainbro (coconut peach and strawberry I think?) and my friend got an iced rebel vampire slayer (strawberry and pomegranate) . Reasonably priced and fast , friendly service. I didn't think the drinks tasted like anything but an energy drink though. My friend said he could taste the coconut in mine but I thought ours both tasted very similar and just tasted like a redbull. I went here to use my FREE birthday drink which I appreciate Dutch Bros offers. I placed my order on the app at 9:20a for 1 large cold brew and waited 20 mins for my drink. This location needs help! My drink was made incorrectly and because I already waited 20 minutes--I decided to not wait another 20 minutes for them to fix my order. Staff has very poor sense of urgency. Only reason taking 1 start off was this one worker took over 15 minutes taking our order and kept repeating herself even after I kept confirming our order was correct. I'm not a coffee drinker at all, but I had an early morning and long day ahead of me, so I decided to grab an iced coffee. I got the cocomo. It was good, but very sweet. Also went back another time and tried the shark attack which is fruity with rebel energy drink, also very sweet. So their drinks in general are good, full of flavor. HOWEVER, they are all packed with sugar. I'll try a sugar free one next time. I see that they do offer the Cocomo sugar free. read more

Side note: her personality was AMAZINGGGGG Got to the front to pay, even the check with the extremely long hair was super dope. Worst drive thru experience in my life!!! The worst employee known to man! I wish I got her name f*ck. This place does not know to make a London fog latte vanilla at 10:30pm on a Sunday night! Pros it's a Dutch brothers and at least they can swipe a credit card. Cons: They apparently don't know simple drinks like a London fog latte and try to tell me that it's a Starbucks drink. I'm not at Starbucks and it is a common drink because they run out of Earl Gray a lot. Steam milk, Earl Gray, three pumps of vanilla. Employees are rude. Don't know how to take orders and customer services is not doing so well, especially when they correct the customers and explain to them why they are upset. The customer doesn't wanna know why they're upset. They just want their drink and to go home and waited 35 minutes drive no line in front of them but now there's a 5 car line behind them. The rant : First there is about 3 to 4 ladies only in there ok and they all don't know how to make this simple 3 ingredient drink. It's the 2000 era; do you think you can look on your phone if you have troubles see what's in the drink common sense. So she then tells me after some time goes by she doesn't know how to make it. She asked do you want coffee I said yeah ok thinking she's making my other drink a dirty chai or whatever lady what I'm thinking because the line is building up by 5 cars. Then I see her dump the coffee in the tea bag im going crazy because I tell my boyfriend that's not right tell her. After all of that she hands me a cold drink in like no I asked for a latte a vanilla London fog latte I tel her it has Steam milk vanilla early grey tea bag. The employee then tries to tell me oh it's a cold one ok I don't drink that so please make it hot and it's only has Steam milk vanilla early grey tea bag ok then the employee tells me ok so no coffee in it? I'm like no it doesn't have coffee in it I just want Steam milk vanilla early grey tea bag. The employee then proceeds to tell me ok ma'am and then she tells me the worst. Can you just take a breather take a moment I'm trying to tell you where the miscommunication is happening. (First dont call people ma'am I'm 32 years old and don't ever tell somebody to calm down it makes the situation 1000 times worse!) don't try to correct the customer. At this time, I'm already having a panic attack and just almost wanting to cry and just saying to her please just make my drink how it is made how I wanted it. They tell me then ask me if I want coffee coffee in it please just please just make my drink. I don't know what else I can say to you but you have a line of six people I don't care about the whole story line. I really don't care how we miscommunicated it. I just want my drink and I want it quickly please. Then employee tries to convince my boyfriend like we're just trying to calm her down. It's like no it's not your job to calm me down. The choices here are endless from hot to cold to blended - they've got it all and I swear about 100 torani syrups! I told Kiani that I wanted a coffee based ice drink and asked her to make me her favourite! She whipped up a White Mac Anninilator that was the perfect cool down to a blazing summer night! Just terrible! I always regret it everytime I come. I had extra time before my shift and since reliable Starbucks was not on the route I decided to pull in and give it a shot. Big mistake! Took over 20 minutes in their drive thru to get a drink!!!! I was trapped in before I realized how deep I was In I thought of driving over the curb to get out. Please come to Los Angeles!!! I tried the almond cookie coffee and it was delicious. The almond flavor was not overly sweet or overwhelming. You could actually taste the coffee. The almond taste was nice and mild and both the almond and coffee flavors complemented each other. The coffee beans they used seemed premium and was not burnt. The coffee was just so smooth and I wish I had gotten like 2 or 3 other flavors. I can no longer go to Vegas and only have alcohol, I have to have like multiple cups of coffee also!
