Today we went to get my Christmas cup. I like coming here. They have outside sitting and when we get our treat we sit down and just enjoy the day before heading back to work. This has happened to me multiple times at this location and every time the employee's customer service is TERRIBLE. They are rude and just don't seem happy ever. And will completely cut you off mid talking/sentence, but as someone who works in customer service this type of attitude towards customers is unacceptable and wouldn't be allowed anywhere. I'm not usually the type to complain and go out of my way to make a review but it's happened to many times now. read more

Slowly, but surely getting addicted to Starbucks due to my daughter's frequent request to stop there on her way to school. When I do treat myself, I usually get the double stacked bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and I bounce between the caramel ribbon crunch, and the vanilla bean creme. This place is usually very busy in the morning, but continuously provide professional, smooth and fast service. The walk up window is always packed. The drive-through is always moving. Horrible. They only do Mobil pick up at the window till 2? Wtfff. And then they gatekeep restroom access. We asked for the bathroom code after the letting them know we had a mobile order and they are like we will give it to you at the window. Dawg it's not that deep. I stopped by at this location on Sunday 4/6 at 7:20 pm or so. Not only did they make me wait a long time in the drive thru with my drink sitting behind the window getting cold but when I finally got it, my venti cappuccino was barely 3/4 full. I let them know and sure, they offered to make it again but I was already late to my destination. Needless to say, Starbucks is a luxury item I can definitely do without for the rest of my life. Sometimes we want to treat ourselves to a luxury item thinking we are going to get what we pay for, only to get disappointed in multiple ways. This has happened to me multiple times at various locations but I guess it is my fault for going back. I definitely will not be going back to Starbucks any time soon. The man that works there is very rude. The little girl I nanny asked for Starbucks after her practice and I obliged to spoil her and her little sister. When I got up to the window I handed him my $100 he informed me they didn't have enough change in their till I went to grab my wallet for my debit but I guess I left it so I told the girls sorry and that we would have to wait till next week and then he looks surprised and said oh you don't want the drinks and I said well I don't have any other way to pay for them besides my hundred dollar bill. And he then takes it upon himself to rudely lecture me on next time telling them at the intercom otherwise they have to waste them and throw them away. For one I was not giving him a hard time about not being able to take my money. It was a bummer and that was it so cause then irritated town directed at me was completely unnecessary. Besides, most people aren't telling you about an intercom exactly how much they're gonna pay with. I never go out to eat and I never get Starbucks so also telling me that was irrelevant because now I know they don't take 100 so why would I next time say that it's because his whole point was to make me feel bad if you're going to work in customer service to work on your attitude because it reflects poorly on the business. read more

It has been a roller coaster over the last 6 years I've been coming to this location. There were periods of time where my drink was wrong every order without fail, where service was terrible, hours were inconsistent, etc. I would purposely drive an extra 10 minutes just to go somewhere else for a while. However, this store is in a new era. Super nice staff, mostly consistent drinks, and aways open during stated hours. Its not perfect...but its 10x better then it has been in the past. read more

While on vacation, we visited this Starbucks. Now, let me start by saying I'm a huge Starbucks girl (originally from Seattle) and prone to giving 5 stars but the experience here did not live up to my usual experience. First off, there is NO inside. It's a drive thru and walk up order only location. So I'd also venture to guess there are no washrooms. Next, we waited in line 12 minutes and the order screen was completely black and I MISSED it. It's a style I've never seen before - like a flat screen. No sign that says order here and they must've been busy because my window was down and I had to of been in front of it for 2-3 minutes and no one spoke to me. It wasn't until I pulled forward that I heard someone come on the speaker asking for an order to the car behind us. It was then that I discovered that I couldn't hop out and run inside while hubs stayed in the car. After 15 minutes I got to the pay/drink window to be told they were too busy for me to order there and I'd have to go through the drive thru again. Not even the option to order and pull aside. So back through the drive through we go - order a frapp as a treat for my daughter (we had just spent the day swimming). At the window (25 minute experience now) the cashier had an issue using my Starbucks app and had to call over a manager. Thankfully all went well and the new Snickerdoodle Frapp put a big smile on my 10 year old's face. Unfortunately, after 25 minutes in the drive thru, my 8 year old was uber annoyed. Thankfully there was a McD across the street that brought his smile back quickly with an ice cream cone to melt away the Starbucks fiasco. Overall, I still love my Starbucks but this would not be my go to location. read more

This was my Starbucks stop as I was heading for Baja. I found this SB location sitting near the 5 South, not far from my original course. So here I came, to hit up their drive thru. I found this location sits in a quiet neighborhood in the Norther San Diego area. The city is a chill seaside town, with friendly citizens. The folks who worked here were no exception to that, and they were efficient in their service. I got a cold crew for me, and a caramel macchiato for her. As a quick snack, I got their egg white spinach wrap, which was delicious. The cold brew really got me going, and I was wired for the rest of the evening, all through our good times in Baja. This is one great option for coffee, and it sits equidistant from Los Angeles and San Diego. If you need a cup of joe, and you're in the area, give em a try! read more

Finally getting around to writing my review for Starbucks! The lines, although look long, move pretty quickly. So don't be discouraged. You can definitely park your car, walk up to the window and order or you can mobile order and either pick up your order in the drive through line or park and walk up to the window. So a few options here. There is no indoor seating, only an outside patio. I will say that I've had to park on the street to pick up my mobile order since the small parking lot fills up fast, so I would say it is best to drive through at this location. I haven't had any hiccups in my order. Only some miscommunication- wanting agave sweetener with my oatmeal in addition to my brown sugar and being told to tell them when I order it, being told it's supposed to come with it, and being told it doesn't normally come with it. I wish this location carried my favorite salad (I love the hearty veggie and brown rice salad) so I can pick up my lunch on my way to work. The mobile order app doesn't always update and I ended up without a salad! They do carry pastries though. Anyway, Starbucks is good for a quick coffee run! read more

Me and my daughter came here to grab some fraps on this Easter Day. The line wasn't busy at all which was nice. My daughters drink was alright. Mine was terrible. Very disappointed. I got the Caramel Ribbon Crunch with no whip. Pretty simple and easy to make. The drink was totally watery flavored, and you could taste absolutely no caramel, or see it for that matter..which is the whole point of the drink...?!?!... it was so pale looking too.. which I know this drink very well, and by pics it should be a brownish color... it wasn't...what a waste... needless to say, it just went in the trash... not coming anymore to this location... read more

So settled for a triple grande nonfat iced white mocha for my train ride to work in Anaheim. This Starbucks is a drive-thru/walk-up only location. I stopped by here last week before heading up to LA with some of my hula sisters. It's more of a Starbucks for on-the-go rather than a leisurely cafe. If I remember correctly I think there were a couple of seats outside however it's not a place I would recommend going to study or getting some work done since it's not a full store. read more
