As for matcha, I think Bound is miles ahead of any spots in the area. Matcha notes always shine through and it never tastes milky. Lastly, shoutout to their Breakfast Burrito! The toast is delicious, they use Prager Brothers bread, organic avocado, and fresh tomatoes, and you can really taste the difference that quality ingredients make.
