I love their teas. This time, I ordered the iced passion tango tea with lemonade. It's so terribly sweet with the lemonade if you add extra syrup into it, so definitely just get it on it's own. Bella was awesome with the refills. Usually when I get a refill, they make it a little wrong, but each and every time, she made it exactly the same with the same wonderful taste. Update 05/05/18 This is our spot! Today, my sister and I ordered a venti Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher with lime and blackberries, and a venti Caramel Macchiato with just 2 shots (didn't want too much caffeine), respectively. Both looked amazing, and tasted as they looked! I like how they don't hold back on the fruits, but I may just order a grande next time for the macchiato, as it tastes very milky with just two shots.

Rating is relative to other Starbucks locations. It really is one of the better ones I've been to. We came here after Sunday Mass for a pick-me-up and and some relaxed conversation before lunch. It fit the bill perfectly. This place is clean, tables and sugar/creamer area are both very neat and clean, and the lighting and ambiance are perfect for long hours of study and reading. The service is quick, communicative, and very polite and friendly. I went for my usual decaf and they actually did it pour over style which was so delicious! They keep the creamer and milk in the fridge when it's slow or too humid, so be sure to ask if you don't see it sitting out. My only issue - and it's certainly not their fault - is that it was a bit confusing to figure out how to get into the center where this was located. There isn't really a direct entrance off 135th. Weird but we figured it out!

They even give my dog a "puppy latte"!!!! So cute!

This is by far my favorite location! So much faster than the one on 119th. The staff is so nice and friendly. They know me by name and know my drink. The drive thru line is often really long in the morning, but it always moves super quick. The mobile order app is also awesome!! It is always ready when I get there, and picking up my coffee take less than 30 seconds. I have gone at night a couple time, or later in the afternoon, and have noticed that it does take longer. Not sure if it's because there is different staff members.

I love a Starbucks with friendly workers. They make up the entire business, and this location definitely has A+ staff! It was freezing cold and windy when we went to this location and asked the woman working the drive-thru location what she recommended for that weather. She gave us one warm chai tea latte (my go-to) and one warm tea with hints of apple and cinnamon and it was absolutely delicious! Great drinks, fast service, perfect staff members!

i asked twice for light light ice, and this is not it starbucks!

First of all, be sure not to blink because the sign isn't very visable and the location is unassuming from the outside, abeit a very clean exterior. Walking in, I love the vibe, trendy but not pretentious, grounded yet modern and a fair amount of people but not overflowing. Yessiree Bob, this is my kind of place. Oh and the baristas are patient, kind and willing to offer advice based on your individual tastes. I've been here several times; however, my eating habits preclude me from indulging in anything outside of berries. Do the apple fritters, donuts, muffins and other items look outstanding, of course they do. In fact, my buddy whom I generally meet there has raved how good the pastries are and after living in Austin and trying home made poptarts, I'm still kicking myself for not trying them. However, the path to maintaining a healthy weight and figure is paved in discipline. I must admit they nailed the ambiance. The cement floors are patterned with what looks like dark wood textured tiles and the walls are a warm burgundy, emitting a certain visual warmth. The hanging art amuses me, sometimes it's movie paintings, sometimes its modern art while other times it's eclectic and I've never figured out their rotation, but I appreciate it. The hanging lamps offer a bit of 2010 mod while the open coffee service area proudly displays all of the tools of an expert craftsman. The counter area has a small display case enticing the sweet tooth and the chalk boards give a simplistic view of their menu, but they also offer daily "experiments" that are fun to sample. The first time I came, I tried the Café Au Lait which was very strong, robust and full of lasting flavor. The 12oz amount seemed to be about perfect for my needs. The next time I dropped by I sampled the Dulce de Leche which was a mistake. Why, you might be wondering? Because I've never ordered anything else since then and I always get the 16oz. It's smooth, a little softer on the coffee flavor while balancing it with the strong caramel notes. I know it's probably got more calories than I want, but hey, that's why I'm not eating! They also have some pretty good selection of home ground coffees from places like Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Brazil and other far, far away locations. Come to think of it I don't recall if they have any Hawaiian beans which are pretty trendy now (Kona is a great coffee!!) Oh I forgot to mention they do have a fast wifi but please for the love of God, don't be that geek in the corner pretending to write the great American novel in the corner. That's so.... 2000s.... Overall, this is my favorite coffee shop in Overland Park and it's not even close. Stop on by for the best coffee experience you'll have in the area!

Pour is way out in the southwest stretches of the metro but anchors a fairly busy strip center. The space inside is homey and not enormous, but there are plenty of spots to enjoy. The house brew is strong and always fresh and their breakfast burrito game is seriously on point. The beverage menu is fairly standard, from latte through seasonal offerings, and each drink is handcrafted to your wishes. The food menu is not extensive, but what they do, they do really well. There are a couple of sandwiches on the menu and their aforementioned breakfast burritos are outstanding. Pour offers several varieties and packs alllll the freshness and flavor inside those tortillas. You could even pair one up with one of their baked goodies and you're in for a treat. Hint: try a handmade Pop-tart. Parking is super easy, pricing is pretty fair, and the service is local & friendly. Their outside seating is unexpectedly cool as the strip center isn't exactly made for a patio, but Pour placed several tables on the front sidewalk and around the side in the shade for a nice touch. It can get busy, because there's not a lot of competition and demand is high, so be sure to be cognizant of when the high school gets out. Sample & enjoy!

Yes, $9. That's on the expensive side for a latte, so I went in with pretty high expectations. Everything about the experience was quick and efficient. The line moved fast, my drink came out quickly, and I was in and out with no issues. The shop itself seemed like a great place to sit down and get some work done or catch up with a friend. Since it was such a nice day, I decided to sit outside. My first sip immediately stood out because of the texture. It was probably the smoothest coffee I've ever had; silky, creamy, and almost pillowy on the tongue. Unfortunately, that's where most of my praise ends. The coffee itself tasted fine, but nothing about the flavor stood out, especially considering the price. I ordered a vanilla latte, but I couldn't taste any vanilla at all and got virtually no sweetness from the drink. Overall, it's not bad coffee by any means, and the texture was genuinely impressive. But for nearly $9, I expected a lot more flavor. I don't regret trying it, but I wouldn't come back at that price point.

We were in yesterday (Sat around 8:15 AM). The girl working the order register was a snot from the get go. I find it hard to believe that other customers didnt have complaints about her either. We attempted to order food which she rang up nit than said we don't have biscuits and gravy so you can't have that or the savory crepe with gravy. Ok but you rang it up, didn't ask anyone so how's then did you know you didnt have two of the six things you have on the menu? We then ordered house coffee which she then began writing our name on plastic drink cups. When we told her, those are regular coffees right? She said no your ordered iced. My girlfriend said NO, I ordered coffee and I said, "I'll have a coffee too". I never said iced ether and she threw a fit. We said you know what, make it 2 Togo coffees. She gave my girlfriend that leaked the entire time and the bottom of the cup was saturated like it was going to fall apart anytime. She has no business being in a customer service role.
