I've always passed by this Starbucks, but this was the first time that I have made it inside. It is very difficult to get into, and to make it worse, there is now construction on 151st. However, I thought that the barista who took my order was very friendly! Plus, the way that they constructed my Caramel Macchiato was just fantastic; it was just the right amount of coffee to milk with the extra caramel. Overall, it is surprisingly closer than any other stand alone Starbucks (important if you want to use any deals--BOGO and Happy Hours are NOT valid at Target). It has plenty of table space, but I would probably not study here, as it is dark inside. I will return when I want to get a quick Starbucks fix! read more

My husband and I were in the area so we stopped in to the Starbucks. The barista that served us was generally friendly. We sat at some window high tops that suit my low back pain better. They have a little bit older choices of seating compared to newer Starbucks. Wooden chairs and tables are mostly available that are lower. I got my usual brown sugar shaken espresso, a marshmallow bar. My husband got his usual pistachio, hot latte, and a berry pastry that he had not tried before. The coffees are always usually consistently good between various stores. I love the marshmallow bar and it is gluten sensitive. He really enjoyed the pastry that he got as well. Most people went through the drive-through or came in and left and got their order. They had a patio for seating as well, but it's right next to the drive-through. They needed to probably clean the café better as it was kind of dirty with crumbs on the floor and tables. The seating in my opinion would be more uncomfortable and just rather basic. read more

Alright, so I'm not your average Starbucks patron. That being said, I'm a simple man with simple pleasures. And most Starbucks are able to accommodate my very basic desires. But this Sbux is one of the worst ever... Firstly, stand-alone Sbux are always a bit short on the drive-thru length and this one is a really bad offender. It's not uncommon to see a line all the way out to 151st street, which is dangerous and ridiculous. Today was no different. There's no coherent line so it's gridlock just trying to get to the parking lot. Secondly, it's Pumpkin Spice Latte season and the spice, I assure you, must flow. After battling the line just to get in to order...they're out of pumpkin spice. This would be like Pizza Hut running out of pepperoni. How in the world do you run out of the most popular seasonal drink on the planet? What makes matters worse is that I'm now trapped and had to go with the backup...which I wouldn't have left home in the first place for. So after half an hour, I didn't get what I wanted even though that shouldn't be possible. Little heads up if anybody that runs this place is reading: I know y'all got a nice sign you can write things on and put out in the lot (saw it previously when I was going to stop by, but the store was "closed for the day"). How about you write "OUT OF SPICE" on it and put it out there so people don't waste their time and money? That would be great. *grumbles* read more

Normally this is one of our favorite Starbucks locations. However, this morning they got our order all messed up. We didn't realize until we were already on the interstate on our way out of town for the weekend. The tall mocha came out as a grande for which we were charged. The venti latte had vanilla flavoring in it that was not supposed to have. I drank the mocha. The Starbucks in Emporia replaced the vanilla latte that my husband hadn't drunk. read more

Of course this is the closest SB to our house and the easiest to get in and out of to get back on the road. I mobile order from here at least once as month if not more, let me remind you---I travel all over the US and mobile order from SB at multiple locations with no issues. Twice this location does not have my order ready ten minutes later, one time there was about 15 people waiting over 20 minutes for their mobile order...I finally went up and asked for my hot tea, which literally takes them nothing to make. The orders have never been wrong and they are friendly. My complaint is the time, I use mobile ordering for quick in and out access so I can be on time to work---at least twice they have made me late. read more

There's a million Starbucks around....skip this one. Although I'm sure the coffee is as consistent with any other Starbucks the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I counted a hand full of eye rolls towards customers while they were ordering and also got an eye roll myself when I asked for a drink I have gotten there before (admittedly seasonal) and they didn't have it. I understand on days like today when the holiday cups come out it may get busy and stressful but that is not an excuse to treat patrons like complete a**holes. Have gone here for years. Very friendly however I just got the newish Nitro Cold Brew and left with less than 4 ounces of brew once the foam subsided. There aren't a lot of local coffee shops in the far reaches of JoCo, so Starbucks it is. You know what to expect from the drink menu, and at this location there are lots of nice seats and a good deal of outlets for your laptop. You can choose from plush chairs, tables, or a high-top counter near the windows. The drive thru keeps it relatively quiet on the interior, with the exception of the occasional high school kiddos. It seems that lots of people use this location as a study spot on the weekends, so if you're trying to hit the books you're not alone. One of the better places to spend an afternoon out here in the exurbs. read more

Love this Starbucks, it's moderately spacious inside so you will generally find somewhere to sit if you need. The seating outside is pretty good in comparison to a lot of other Starbucks. The workers there are often really pleasant, a lot of young diverse and trendy workers. However, the drive thru can get straight up crazy with the line leaving the parking lot at times. The placement of the drive thru doesn't make much sense with the layout but aside from that it's a great lication. Beware at how packed this place gets on the weekends, mid morning to early afternoon are the absolute worst. read more

Very friendly staff--in fact, almost too friendly. I usually do not go through the drive through. On one too many occasions, the baristas would speak with the customers and make long side conversations with the regulars. I love that they take the time to do this, but I'm usually the unlucky one where I need to head off to work in a hurry, and can't appreciate this customer service at that moment. read more

Starbucks for breakfast - I love coffee in the morning, who doesn't?! But I also am one of those people who needs breakfast. I'm glad to see Starbucks expand their morning options. Now you can get a hot breakfast sandwich and even oatmeal (my favorite). These are great additions to their choices of breads, muffins, scones, bagels, and croissants. I also love that they have some fresh fruit too, like apples, bananas and even a fruit mix in the fridge section. I'm also a big fan of starbucks gingerbread biscotti, unfortunately it's seasonal. But that with a cup of their Christmas blend, is my favorite morning treat. Since Starbucks is the closest coffee joint to me, it's often where I end up to meet a friend in the morning or swing through to get some energy for the day. This location has limited seating, I love the outdoor patio when it's warm. If you're in the neighborhood, swing on into Starbucks for breakfast to start your day. read more

I love Starbucks as a company, however I have had terrible experiences the past few times I have gone to this Starbucks at 151st and Black Bob. They are disorganized so they cannot get drinks out in a timely manner. I have waited 20-25 minutes on a mobile order during a rush, only to find out that it was never made. We spend a lot at Starbucks each month. Well over $150 due to my spouse's frappucino habit. This location used to be fantastic, but there is something going on with employee turnover and training. The employees are just not as friendly anymore and they frequently make orders incorrectly. I know this isn't their corporate model, because we get far better service at other locations. There are much better Starbucks in the area, such as the one located by Hen House at 135th and Blackbob and the one located in Price Chopper off of Mur-Len. read more

Starting with their service, I think they are a very fast service depending on their popularity at the moment.ive only been at Starbucks like 3 times, so far these three times has been the best and I think all the times I go they will be the best! Starbucks is great in the morning, not that I've ever had any expeirience since I'm to lazy and only 10. They make delicious coffee and I think that's why the price is so high. This location is usually my favorite. Usually Everyone is nice and friendly. However, The girl I had today was very rude when I went to get 8 gift cards for teacher appreciation week. She threw the cards on the counter with this huge attitude when I asked for the cards. Sorry that I ordered multiple cards I guess? If you don't like your job, that's fine. If you don't like to talk to customers, then that's fine too. Just don't ruin another persons day just because you don't like your job. I asked for card folder, she said they are out. Which I wasn't upset. I asked for a cup instead so I can put them in and maybe my son could decorate it. Last time we went there, the guy who helped us was very nice and gave us cups to put the cards in, that's why I asked this time. But today, She gave me this nasty expression with a huge rude attitude. Excuse me.....if You don't like your job, that's fine but don't ruin someone else's day just because you are so moody. This drive through is slow as molasses--that's really slow--a few times I've waited at least 5 minutes behind only a few cars. They have also gotten my order wrong so I had to walk in and get the right one, running late for an appointment. They hardly acknowledged me and kind of did a "sorry" (Gilly style from SNL). I'm kind of surprised there aren't any other complaints on this one. I just go to the SBs on Santa Fe and Blackbob. They are super fast and never get the order wrong for me--believe me, I visit often. read more
