I placed an order via app mobile for the new Tropical Butterfly energy refresher with light ice made with lemonade. I went through the drive through to pick it up. When I arrived to the pick up window after stopping at the order mic and was told to pull around, after stating Im picking up for... my name, the guy at the window had no idea what I was to receive. I waited in this line for a seemingly longer then average timeframe. They had to make it. Handed it out to me and I noticed it seemed rushed made. I asked for a straw as it has bobba pearls. I was given a regular straw. I didnt bother tooting the horn to get the young man's attention. I sipped the drink and of course it tastes like WATER. I then had to park and go inside after waiting in the long line and for them to make my drink once I got to the window. I was then told, oh it was made with water instead if lemonade and stated here is a correct straw because you have a regular straw. I looked at the gentleman in a way that I knew it manner but I got it from you all at the drive thru window. So need less to say, this Starbucks is a hit and miss. I have no faith in Starbucks much and they are so pricey. Ill say if you can go to a local cafe and give as these Starbucks seem to not care anymore. read more

I came to this location a few times however, this is my first time Yelping this location. I typically use the drive thru and have only came inside once maybe twice but, my service and order is always on point. I get the exact same drink every single time ~ A white Hot chocolate with whipped cream however, I do need to branch out to explore more drink options. The drive thru is super convenient. The staff just has not figured out how to run this location efficiently. The drive thru line is a nightmare. I try to avoid visiting in the morning before work because the wait is always ten minutes plus. The weekends are not much better. Drinks are made well. They are always fully stocked with items, mobile orders are always ready when I arrive, and they make the best tea! Me and my sister was standing at the register waiting for our orders to be taken for 10 mins . and by the time the young lady had taken our order it was completely incorrect , the others on the current 4:pm shift on sundays were only catering to the drive-through customers however we hadn't received our orders until about 20-25 mins later and the other young lady didn't even put our orders in our hands. she put our cake pops on the table even though I had my hand out expecting her to place the bags she had made in my hand. This is my favorite Starbucks location in the world. The reason is just the small things, the girl at the counter attended to me quickly, she was also helpful and polite and she made the exact drink I asked for. I stopped in here 30 mins before closing and this girl took care of me, she improved my day and made sure I got everything I wanted. I said thank you when she handed me the cup and she thanked me for coming. I wasn't even gonna write this review but I mean that's just rare these days. I forgot to get her name though because I was drained when I stepped in and on a caramel iced coffee high when I left but yea... pretty good experience. I'll just finish by saying I recently thought I didn't like coffee anymore because most places just taste watery and not at all like coffee. If you get a caramel iced coffee it usually doesn't taste like coffee or caramel. However, this drink she served me tasted both like strong coffee and caramel at the same time and she made it twice so she definitely had it down. I love Starbucks usually BUT today was different. This store just converted to having a drive thru a few months back. The drive thru almost always has a long line so I opted to go inside. There was no line so I thought my wait would be a minute or two. NOT! I went in to try a new Frappuccino (The Sugar Cookie). I also ordered my daughters fav-tall caramel Frappuccino with all her extras. I waited over 15 minutes for my order with no crowd. I saw two ppl that cam after me get there orders. Then the barista says to me "I made one of your drinks wrong" I then responded just give it to me I do not have time to wait any longer. The drinks were made messy. Whip cream dripping, caramel oozing, running over the cup ugh! Not the best experience! I may try this store in 22 to see if there is improvement. I contacted customer service and Helen was a breath of fresh air. She refunded me for one of my drinks. Thanks Helen! Waited a good minute for anyone to acknowledge me at the drive through speaker. I ordered my drink too with the employee taking the order told me they don't make the drink like that. I understand you work there and I don't however what I don't understand is why I've been ordering the same drink for three months and even ordered it this way this morning. I had to wait 7 minutes to order a simple grande americano since the emplyee was very busy to chat with other customers. other staff came and took my order. In addition I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order. My grande americano was made earlier but that African American staff kept my order for a long time in his deck to chat with those customers. You can imagine the taste of this Americano very easily. He did not bother to say sorry to me. I don't know he just loves to chat with customers or the customers are his friends. But basically, this man are not able to understand his job. I actually really enjoyed this Starbucks location. Not so much for the food (only ordered a drink) but for giving me the perfect work environment. It wasn't too busy for a Monday afternoon and I was glad because I had lots to do and no time for fuss. I came to this SB after visiting a neighboring one that's located inside Barnes and Nobles. This one is far better and more conducive to working. Go figure. They have a good amount of plugs/power strips. The music wasn't too loud and was soothing enough that I could sway and bump my head as I did my work, without getting distracted at all. The baristas were friendly and easy going. I had a deadline so I asked if they were having challenges with the espresso maker which they clearly were, and then if I could just have a brewed coffee instead of the latte I ordered. Total pushback from both the barista and manager. Argued with me and then gave me 'tude rather than just saying sure here's a brewed coffee instead, at a latte price btw.
