You can see the donut assembly line from inside, which is a cool feature, though during our visit, the famous "Hot Now" light wasn't on and we didn't get to watch the donuts being made. We could see them in the machine prepping to be cooked, but missing the full process was a little disappointing since you really have no way of knowing in advance when the light will be on. On the bright side, we got complimentary Krispy Kreme hats for the kids, which was a fun little bonus. The restrooms were clean and wheelchair accessible, though it's a single-occupancy setup. The first thing that caught my attention was the long line -- which is always a good sign. The second good sign was being able to watch them make the donuts fresh right in front of you. I'll happily stand in line any day for fresh food, especially when you can see the whole process and watch the magic happen. I went with the cinnamon sugar mini donuts and wow... they were so good. Fresh, crispy on the outside, warm, and perfectly sweet. The only thing I wish I had with them was a cold glass of milk -- although I'm not sure if they offered that. Honestly, I'd come back to the market just for these donuts. Eating them fresh right on the spot is definitely the best way to enjoy them, but they'd also be great to bring home and pop in the air fryer to get that crispiness back.
