The layout is convenient for having a mix of seating and the volume was such that we could hear our party but not feel like we were screaming. Today was the last draw! He sat two women who came in after I did before me. Say what you will but "coincidentally" they were black and so is he! The feckless manager offered no help. This arrogant front man is mishandling his position while the manager retreats to the kitchen. I know several customers who have abandoned the Pikesville location for the Owings Mills facility. You can see the donut assembly line from inside, which is a cool feature, though during our visit, the famous "Hot Now" light wasn't on and we didn't get to watch the donuts being made. We could see them in the machine prepping to be cooked, but missing the full process was a little disappointing since you really have no way of knowing in advance when the light will be on. On the bright side, we got complimentary Krispy Kreme hats for the kids, which was a fun little bonus. The restrooms were clean and wheelchair accessible, though it's a single-occupancy setup. Most importantly, the donuts were delicious! Overall, a great experience for a family trip.
