What can I say... They got it all right!! I ordered two medium iced lattes. The special was two dollars each. The restaurant was clean and orderly. The donut selection, very slim. However this is a common theme across this brand. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

This is a very efficient Dunkin. They usually have mobile drink orders ready. It's great to skip the line. Always friendly service when I've picked up large orders of donuts and bagels for meetings.

Came here for breakfast, walked in and there was mass confusion before I could even get to the counter. They had one person running two different registers , and she was calling customers from behind me and in front of me , it was just chaos but when you just want something on the go it works.

Was craving something sweet today. Decided to do a random drive thru for a sweet treat. DD is not my usual stop for a dessert, but decided to give a cookie ice cream sandwich a try. SO GOOD!!! Warm chocolate chip cookie with cookies and cream ice cream !!!!! Yummmm. Give it a try, can't go wrong with it!

I had a mocha latte and this Iranian Chocolate Pop-Tart thing that was awesome.... I really need to start taking pictures of my food and these places. The ambiance is that of a coffee house but this coffee house is an old historic building with natural wood floors and big windows. The layout is convenient for having a mix of seating and the volume was such that we could hear our party but not feel like we were screaming. The coffee was good. the people friendly, the snacks (ok not a meal but too much to ignore from the experience) the snacks were delightful. My wife almost ate half of my Pop-tart it was so good. Ok, this one gets a definite try, the locals seemed to like it, it was close-ish to Columbia, and worth checking out.

It was late morning so a lot of the baked goods were low. I chose after minutes of wanting what I wanted to decide on trying the chocolate berry bread pudding. I got a small iced PSL w/oatmilk and light ice. There was a very steady flow of customers. The warmed up bread pudding came out within reason but my psl to an unusual time to get to me. I honestly believe they skipped over my ticket as folks coming well after me receives their orders and left. A few minutes of house cleaning (wiping tables) was needed. Ive never been in here feeling like it was trashy and cluted but today it felt a little as such. I was satisified with my PSL and bread pudding. I left with goodness but wish I could have had my wrap.

I have been going to their Pikesville location for 4 years. NOT ANYMORE! Let's start with the rude man who is the Host/cashier. He seats folks however he feels like rather than when they came in. Today was the last draw! He sat two women who came in after I did before me. Say what you will but "coincidentally" they were black and so is he! The feckless manager offered no help. This arrogant front man is mishandling his position while the manager retreats to the kitchen. I know several customers who have abandoned the Pikesville location for the Owings Mills facility. I previously wondered why, but not anymore. THE PIKESVILLE FIRST WATCH IS DETERIORATING!

It's so sad to witness. First Watch used to be such a yummy, consistent treat but now... Shrinkflation at its finest. All portion sizes have decreased, and the prices have gone up. There was a good amount of avocado on my toast but the bread they now use is a shell of its former version. The cheese grits were enjoyable and the eggs were fresh. I also believe my mother enjoyed her double bacon Parmesan hash but, overall, the price tag is no longer worth it. The service left a lot to be desired as well. Major sigh.

Parking is easy and plentiful, angled spots on one side of the building that never felt crowded during our visit. The inside is spacious and well laid out, with comfortable seating that goes beyond just basic tables and chairs. You can see the donut assembly line from inside, which is a cool feature, though during our visit, the famous "Hot Now" light wasn't on and we didn't get to watch the donuts being made. We could see them in the machine prepping to be cooked, but missing the full process was a little disappointing since you really have no way of knowing in advance when the light will be on. On the bright side, we got complimentary Krispy Kreme hats for the kids, which was a fun little bonus. The restrooms were clean and wheelchair accessible, though it's a single-occupancy setup. Most importantly, the donuts were delicious! Overall, a great experience for a family trip. Just check ahead or get lucky with the "Hot Now" light if watching the donuts being made is on your bucket list.
