I really hate the remodel of this store. I hope SB does not start doing this. It's too damn hot in Florida for stores with no inside seating. They have chairs in the front and along the side and there is no drive thru (never was one before the remodel which is also unfortunate). Barring that, I typically order on my way to work and pick it up. Sometimes there's a short wait at the counter but I've never been annoyed. Side note: nothing to do with SB but when I stop, there's always a group of older (what I guess are retired) gentlemen outside enjoying their coffee and socializing. This has got to be the worst Starbucks in Palm Beach County.... Especially after their renovations. The size of the lobby is over 50% smaller with no cohesion to picking up your orders Mobile or otherwise. There's no napkins to be found on either of the counter space. And I'm multiple occasions when I order the pesto egg sandwich, I received the mozzarella Caprese sandwich. The customer service here is poor... It's very difficult to have somebody make eye contact with you to get the support you need to fix the issue. read more

Stopped by on our way to Juno Beach. The food and coffee were warmed up and prepared well, what lacked was the customer service and attentiveness of the cashier at the time. He never acknowledged us and he seemed bothered that we had to place and order. The girl cleaning outside the coffee area did acknowledge us and was friendly. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and unfortunately it's the only one close to me. First of all, they did a reconstruction and made the store smaller, so everyone is camped inside shoulder to shoulder. Why they did this? No freaking clue. The staff is extremely rude, all liberal Marxist who refuse to say "welcome" if you're wearing any sort of American flag apparel. And on top of that, the drinks suck! Their espresso taste like drip pot coffee. I'll be going to the north lake Starbucks, even though it's further, where people say hi, your drink is correct. This Starbucks used to be a great place to go and grab your daily coffee. Unfortunately, they have remodeled rendering the store completely inefficient. The system is so terrible that it simply is a horrendous experience for the both the customer and the employee. There is no clear flow and the bathrooms are blocked off, causing the customer to have to leave the store and go outside around the corner to find the bathroom. This store needs a complete overhaul and it needs to return to how it once was. Who knew those were the good ole days? read more

This Starbucks is amazing. The barista are super nice and the ambient is wonderful. What made this Starbucks great for me was the customer service, especially the barista. At any time of the day they are so polite and amiable. No attitude or sass which is common in the Starbucks chain of employees. Definitely recommend this Starbucks if your in the area. read more

Just writing a 5 star review because I lost my favorite marc jacobs watch 2 months ago. I thought it was gone forever but I randomly decided to ask Starbucks months later if they happened to have it. And guess what... THEY HAD IT! They kept it safely for 2 months!!!! Props to the workers for keeping it in the lost and found, and also to whoever returned it. One thing I hate is when you buy something from someone and they don't say thank you. Today's society I guess?! The younger guy working didn't even try and get my temperature as hot as I like it and when I asked him if they ever taught him how he said they didn't. EVERY OTHER Starbucks I've been to across the Country can do it. He even tried to lie and say I don't think our machine can go that high. B.S.! Absolutely my favorite north PB County Starbucks. The staff is courteous and efficient. The customers are friendly and as talkative as you' d like. The brew is always the best. I have the Starbucks app on my phone so not only is it easy to use the app but after every so many coffees a free food or drink gift is put on your card. I'm looking forward to their remodeling this shop in the fall 2014. read more

I have to say that this is probably the smallest Starbucks I have been to. There is more seating outside than the inside. Maybe it's a Florida thing. The employees were very nice and helpful. They made great Fraps and they came out very quickly. A couple things you have to note when coming here are: 1. The largest table they have inside is a three top, unless you want to sit along the bar separated from your party. 2. There is a rude old lady that comes in expecting to get her drink the moment she walks through the door. The employees know her and her drink. They can get it done fast and they understand how annoying she is to the customers as well. I didn't mind it when she was there. When she left, the employees did strike up an interesting and funny conversation about her. They apologized to everyone in the store, which at the time was just my family and I. 3. The parking seemed to be scarce. What I mean by this is that, on a weekday during work hours, I had a hard time finding a spot. I came upon my spot out of pure luck! Other than that, the whole restaurant was clean. The workers seem to care and take some pride in what they do. As I said before, their drinks are good as well. EXTREMELY unfriendly staff. They all seem so miserable to be working there. We've been to this location on several occasions and it's always the same. The guy taking our order today rolled his eyes at my husband when he mispronounced " macchiato". Not very welcoming staff. Have been going to this location for years. Have always had a pleasant experience. For the past two months every time I go there I am always treated very unfairly by one of their staff members. The girl always has a bad attitude, glares at me, has yelled at me for asking for a vent ice water and has even refused many times to serve me. In the cases of refusing to serve me she doesn't make a scene, she just walks into the back room and eventually another barista will end up serving me. It's a starbucks. This is a relatively small store and it's sometimes kind of busy, but the baristas are all really friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy! Four stars just bc it's sometimes hard to find a parking space in this lot and there's not much indoor table space (although they have more outdoor tables than many starbs do). read more

DO NOT FREQUENT! I love Starbucks...spend waaaay more than I should, but it's my one indulgence. This location is pathetic! The last three or four times I've been there (over the last two months) the wait time after ordering has been in excess of 15 minutes. Today, 2/4/18, was the final straw for me. After waiting 15 minutes or more I asked where my drinks were in the que. I was told I was 9/10, but there are a bunch of mobile orders ahead of you. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order when the manager, 45 yr old white female, rudely said it'd be quicker to wait for the drinks than to wait for the refund. I said no it won't and they refunded my money. I'm telling everyone I know to please not frequent this below average slow and rude Starbucks. Four strikes is more than they deserved!
