His employees don't finger test for freshness instead of using a tooth pick or something like that. But if you don't care about selling donuts up to 24 hours and hope that your employees do a finger test to see for freshness you'll never have a 4 or 5 stars. He really didn't seem to change anything because he thinks everything is going so great. Robert said if you don't like it you can always call the franchise office and complain to them. That's pretty despicable because if I was the franchise office, if you have to refer Customer to franchise office, I would eliminate the owner because obviously if he has to have someone else do his fixing of problems then he's the problem.
