You can only come in from the driveway off Bell and 83rd unless you are already in the shopping plaza parking lot. So just be prepared for that if you are traveling east or west on Bell. read more

The Manager of this store who was working the Morning of 7/2 needs to be demoted or seriously traded on Customer Service. She was working on putting together a large order for me only to stop and attend to the Customers coming into the store and taking there orders at the register. I normally don't complain, but on this day I had too. The Manager never returned to complete my order and i had to get some else to get my order finished. I was told they were short handed because of call outs. THIS LOCATION at 83rd Ave and Bell Rd has Serious Customer Service Issues. Manager wouldn't allow employee to sell us cups of water after she told us to pull to the front window to hand them to us. I was willing to pay for them or buy a different item but she said they couldn't sell them I needed two cups and not a bottle for my dog and toddler. Manager was very rude. This is our go to spot for a quick refreshment...a cold Chocolate Milk with ice is my daughter's favorite and while it may vary, I have not heard any complaints because she gulps the drink as fast possible! It's busy spot on the weekend, yet they are quick to make your drink to suit your needs..always nice to see some familiar faces!! This is our go to spot since we have moved closer to this store...we still go to our other favorite location because they know us and our order..recently we have had to make some dietary changes in regards to switching to a dairy free diet and it has been a seamless process. I always appreciate the good costumer service this store USED to have, as well as food quality. Working in a similar environment I see assertiveness, efficiency, and costumer care, however after new management this place has lost all three. The atmosphere is not very welcoming, the new manager is very disrespectful to her employees, as well as poor drink quality. The employees have changed a lot due to a new management system. I am very dissatisfied. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and good quality drinks on my shift breaks, however I cannot enjoy them anymore because of the new restrictions it seems. This place is not the right fit if you want quality, respect, or efficiency. Please find a place to support that makes products with quality, is intentional, and treats their employees with respect. Wanting to redeem my stars-- I forgot to add cold foam to my drink so when I went to the window I asked if it could be added on the side, she said it was not part of policy to separate any contents of the drink so I agreed. When my drink came, there was about 2% cold foam. I questioned it? She told me that's the standard cold foam amount I wish I could have taken a picture of it before she took it back. She said she could add more but I asked if there is an exception to just add it in a small cup so my drink didn't have to be poured out and she literally raised her voice repeating that THIS IS THE POLICY. Starbucks is always my first choice in coffee! Just wanted to share my appreciation for this location. I often order pickup here and it's always ready and made correctly. Recently I ordered a Carmel macchiato with blonde espresso- for some reason wasn't the best today, tasted very milky versus espresso tasting. I'm thinking it was a off day. Starbucks is usually 98% perfect, so it never stops me from continuing to go. I also appreciate that they have changed the lids and hopefully less people are using straws. This used to be the best Starbucks to go sit with a nice coffee and get work down. However, recently they removed the ability to plug in your devices from over half their plugs! Now, there's literally only one spot to sit comfortably to work and there's always a homeless man sitting there. I have been to this location many times and the family wanted a little pick me up for our Pre Black Friday deals. I ordered ahead on the app as usual and there was a 15 minute wait for the order. No big deal as we were taking our time to get there. This was the only Starbucks open on thanksgiving at 8PM. When we got there I expected it to be busy which it was. The drive thru was packed but there was plenty of parking so we parked and headed in to grab our drinks. The wait said it would be about 15 minutes but we got there within 10 minutes and expected to wait. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly welcome and our order was already ready. Our drinks were all made correctly and we grabbed our caffeine and dipped. I appreciate Starbucks being open on a holiday to serve all of us that need that Starbucks fix. We tipped well to show our appreciation too. We might not be back to this location specifically but we will definitely be back at Starbucks soon! read more

Absolutely disgusting... I don't understand the Starbucks hype. My espresso was so burnt that it overpowered the entire frapp-- the burnt espresso was the only thing I could taste-- strike one. And it was so sweet when I specifically said half sweet-- strike two. The only reason I stopped in was to redeem my points that were getting ready to expire-- which also, who does that?! None of my other point apps that I participate in expire-- strike three. I'm so lucky I didn't pay for it but it left such a bad taste in my mouth (literally) that I will not be returning. You're better off going to Coffee Bean, Black Rock, or Dutch. Yes, Dutch is better and that's something I never thought I'd say in my life. The location is much easier to get to and out of then the now closed 7410 West Bell Road store. Inside is much larger than previous location. However it is not nearly as good of service now. What do you ask from a Starbucks? speed, good service, clean restrooms... sitting area... This place did pretty well. Just the outside sitting are was too sunny when I arrived, I did not notice if they have umbrellas. Spent HOURS with a friend here and the staff was very professional and friendly. Patient too. I only remember Peter's name, but everyone was nice. They are in a shopping center, so they have plenty of parking. they are on the Southwest corner. If you are coming from the south, probably approaching by Greenway is better than Bell. Service was fast, and some of us were having refills. Remember to get your free same visit refills on brewed coffee, including cold brew, if you are a gold member. If you are not gold, I think the same visit refill is like 49 or 59 cents. The register shows the price, but once you scan your card, if it is gold the balance turns to zero. read more

Recently found this Starbucks and have since been to it twice. This location is across the street from the Arrowhead mall beside In-N-Out. I usually never come this far, so I didn't know about it until I went to Yelp to look for a Starbucks that wasn't in the mall. The location has plenty of parking, and if it gets busy and there doesn't seem to be any empty spots, the shopping center parking lot is right next to Starbucks, so I never have a problem finding a place to park. Inside is also large with many tables and chairs to relax while enjoying your coffee or other snack/drink item. The two times I've been here the place was neat and clean. I didn't notice any trash on the floors and empty tables were cleaned off. Ordering was super easy and the girl taking my order was very pleasant and efficient. I never order anything complicated, so my drink order is always out and ready for me by the time I put my card back into my wallet. Will be back again soon. read more

I of course went through the drive as I was in a rush my first order was fine but my drink just had to much coffee.
