Love the coffee and usually the people. However, lately there's been issues and there is no way to contact corporate by phone other than the franchise line. The email says it isn't in service. And when you do the feedback form- theres no response even when requested. So now, maybe I can get a response going through a review site. I had multiple rewards on my app (I'm there literally everyday so they pile up fast). The app took my double points on a purchase away on a purchase made paying with points. So it used both my points as well as the bonus that was supposed to be good thru tomorrow. But of course nobody can be contacted till Monday and even then there's no answer. read more

What a fantastic over all experience we had from the team at scooters coffee yesterday, 2/26/25. We'd had a long day and were in need of some coffee! We've never been to scooters coffee before and we were very happy with our experience! I told the women what we normally like to drink, she listened patiently and make her recommendation. Her suggestion was cold brew with brown sugar syrup and some half and half. We loved our drinks, thank you so much!! We came by about 4pm, qty 2 medium drinks The woman at the window was very friendly too, I don't believe she is the one we that helped us at the drive thru window. Great experience!! read more

Environment: Scooter's Coffee is a small drive thru coffee spot. This is very covid friendly for obvious reasons. The location I went to was in Arizona. Considering the heat, picking up coffee via drive thru is very convenient. Drinks: I tried this place during the Fall season. I figured I'd try their seasonal drinks. I ordered the Maple Vanilla Latte. You can definitely taste the sweet flavors. If you don't like sweet coffee, then I wouldn't recommend this. But for my sweet coffee lovers, such as myself, I'd recommend this drink during the season. Though, I felt that I tasted more of the vanilla syrup than maple. I would make some adjustments next time. I rated this drink a 7/10. Staff: I thought my server was very nice. Baristas worked very quick. Throughput was under 2 minutes. Price: $$$ More expensive than average price. There were a pair of boys working on Sunday morning and they were terrible. The one with the mustache works frequently and is more focused on making cheeky puns than on handing out and making the correct drink. I've tried to give multiple chances coming on different days but nothing seems to change. I've received the wrong drink 4 times now with them on shift. I had the pleasure of being served by Kendra and Shanell this morning and everything was as it should be. Customer service whenever the girls are working are 10/10. So I normally go to another small coffee drive thru in the neighborhood, but due to the crazy lines I don't have an hour to wait for coffee... I've passed this small place a few times and never thought much of it 'til I feally needed a pick me up. We pulled in and were the first in line. After exploring the menu I went with a granny Smith red bull infusion and the wife got a peach mango strawberry red bull infusion. Both were really good. It's basically a red bull worth flavors mixed in. The coffee menu was pretty extensive from candy bar flavored blended drinks, fruity smoothies, and coffee classics. They have a variety of breakfast items from burritos, to sandwiches, oatmeal, etc. We've been here a few times and may have found our new regular! Not great coffee. I get an americano and it wasn't very good at all, very mid espresso, not good quality. The matcha was not good ether, i could tell it wasn't authentic matcha, but usually even when a place has trash matcha it is still good, usually filled with sugar. But this matcha wasn't very sweet and just didn't taste good at all. The service was good, it was fast-ish, but its drive thru only. I used to LOVE Scooters however i feel like their best employees left around summer time. Since August the customer service has gone down as well as the quality of their drinks. This past Friday i went for a peppermint mocha and was disappointed. As i pulled up to the window a female employee was talking to someone in the car in front of me (seemed like a friend because they were gabbing and laughing). They kept looking back at me then back to their convo and looking back.. then the girl started talking all loud and the employee didnt seem to care i was waiting to get my coffee.. after 3-5 mins the car left and i pulled up to the window.. Gave my card and got my drink..which was when i realized he didnt put the lid on my cup completely resulting in the coffee falling all my car. I was just shocked, looked at the guy as he said have a nice day and closed the window.. i was just baffled i drove off pissed to clean what i could not even wanting to bother your employees for another coffee.. What makes me so mad is that he looked down and saw the coffee mess but didnt address it.. I work in and train customer service and you need to train your new employees to provide better service and actually make the drinks as they should be made. read more

I haven't been to Scooter's in over four years as you can see from my last review. I figured it's about time I update it since I've came a handful of times this month to give it another try. It's really growing on me. Service has been great and Madison was really helpful with some recommendations I had regarding the green tea options as well as my favorite item cold brew. I always try cold brew wherever I go, but 6/10 it's never right. Which is crazy to me since all I ask for is an ounce of heavy cream and sf vanilla. She assured me their cold brew is good and that she had just made a fresh batch earlier. I let her take over from there and it was SO GOOD! The smoothie we tried was also good. We were told you could even add Red Bull to it. I live quite a ways a way, but I'd come back for sure. She also let me know if I downloaded the app I'd get $2 off my first purchase and even gave me a coupon for another stop if I didn't decide to load the app. One of my other stops we tried a Strawberry Green Tea (also recommended) and a white chocolate mocha blended. My kids loved the waffle sandwiches and burrito. I'm kicking myself for not coming back all these years for sure. I wanted to wait until I'd been a handful of times to make this update to see how consistent everything is. They seem to have a pretty steady flow of customers, but wasn't so busy that it took forever. It's a plus they have outside seating if you didn't want to go through the drive thru. There is no inside area. I may be back this weekend to try and get one of the everything bagel sandwiches since they were out and I'll be in the area for other things. read more

Stopped in for a Nitro Cold Brew - was handed an approximately 12 oz cup that was 90% foam! Very little cold brew (maybe less than an ounce?). Coat was $6. Since I had ordered at the drive thru and there were cars behind me, I parked and walked up to the window to ask if this was how they always prepare their Nitro Cold Brew and the worker said, "Yes, that is the normal amount of foam." When I told him I was used to a more balanced ratio, he offered to prepare another for me and this was when I saw they just draw a small amount of cold brew into the cup and "foam" it with the nitrogen - not the best way to make a Nitro Cold Brew. I appreciate the effort to make it right but will not be returning. read more

Disappointed . This was my second time going to a scooters, never used the QR for points until I saw today was double points so I decided to go. Once I got to the window to pay, told her I had the QR for points, she told me how much my order was, gave her my card and paid. After I got my card back, told her again I had the QR for points, where she told me "you have to tell us before you pay to get the points". Well good thing I did, but I was ignored. Mind you, there was one car ahead of me and no one else in line. $5 medium iced coffee, good at best and no points. Scooters is amazing!!! We got a carmelicious, pumpkin pie smoothie and strawberry smoothies for the kids. It was $28 for 5 drinks which is about the same as Starbucks. Service was quick and friendly. There is no place to go inside and sit so if you're looking for a place to go into and enjoy your drinks this might not be it for you. This is the only one in the area that I am aware of. I was coming to this location and getting a cold brew coffee with sugar free flavoring and half/half or heavy whip (whatever they had available). They are very friendly and it was going well for awhile. Then I had a day where my coffee was very bitter and there was no flavoring put in it. I threw away my $7 coffee. Then the next two times I came the coffee was once again so bitter I couldn't stand it. I threw out the coffee and decided I was done wasting my money. I came back the first time and the woman rolled her eyes at me when responding to my concerns. I didn't come back the other two times. I just decided to stop throwing away my money. It's a shame because the man who works here almost daily has great customer service and creates a place you want to return to. It's not enough though to pay for a product I won't drink. That combined with the response I received when I came back that first day and I'm done. read more

We drive 6 miles out of our way passing numerous coffee shops just to get coffee here. 5 out of the past 10 times that we have come for coffee, they've either been out of hot black coffee or out of cream...all cream. Today I had such a pleasant experience at the Scooter's Surprise location. From the moment I walked up, the young lady who took my order and her associate were so personable. Coming from NYC it was a treat to have someone greet you with an authentic smile. I'm used to Dunkin' so going outside the norm in a different state was a treat. The coffee is pretty good but the food is meh. Today I had their Carmelicious Toffee Nut Coffee Blended with no whip and it was delish! It reminded me of something Dutch Bros could make but Scooters was less sweeter. It was like the perfect combination of flavors. Not too much of just coffee or not too much of the sweet syrups (or whatever it is that they use). But I also had their cinnamon roll and it was so dry and bland. So I don't think I'll be ordering food there very much. read more
