I have been coming to this Starbucks for 6 months now and not once have I received any rude treatment or negative attitude from any of the Baristas or the manager here. Be it drive thru or walk up. Quite the opposite, these baristas and manager have been so incredible to me. They have been incredibly patient with my app problems. They have served me my coffee with so much kindness. I am nobody special but they have made me feel seen and heard. Something that is very hard to find in any company these days because hard working employees are usually undervalued. These guys work hard with smiles on their faces and I love it. This location is small but they work hard and it shows because it's always been clean and I've seen the daily hustle. I hope they also get to have a little fun while working so they can continue to love their jobs. I have never received a wrong drink or a poorly made drink at this location and I come here a lot, but it really wouldn't matter because we all make mistakes and we learn. The most important thing is that these are great people working as a team to accomplish so much in this crazy coffee starved world. I know when I come here I am getting the best service and smiles. I hate coming here they are not kind people. And they ALWAYS get my drink wrong. Went through the drive thru after mass on July 4th weeks ago. There weren't any other cars in line at about 7:30 am. We ordered at the speaker instead of through the mobile app like we normally do. Easy to get to right off the highway, line around the block at the drive thru, best off going inside which it seems like is a good deal at all Starbucks locations. I had the mocha and it was great, piping hot and fueled me through till lunch. My husband had the java chip, always the best thing on the menu. I stopped here for a quick breakfast on my way back to the Bay Area. I had the lemon pound cake, a chocolate brownie and a ice caramel macchiato with two expresso shots in it. Not much to say about the lemon pound cake, but the brownie was delicious! They heat it up, making it melting, and I liked the fact that it was not too sugary. It is as if they missed a few days of training and just barely passed the "Making Proper Drinks" examination. I order the green tea chai latte iced on the app and they still did not make it proper. The chai were chunky and was not mixed well. As though they poured the milk and added the chai and ice. No stirring no mixing....kind of like how your 6-year old child would make "Chocolate Quick"..please refer to images.
