The counter to order is at the back of the shop, which can feel a little distracting if you are sitting downstairs, with people lining up across the room. On this visit, I got a super friendly greeting from the cashier. Ordered a London Fog Tea Latte (a little vanilla, a little lavender, extra foam) in a mug, and a blueberry lemon scone. They do a nice job with the latte, and the scone was very good (might ask to have it warmed up next time). The place has a great vibe. The staff seem to enjoy themselves and treat everyone with kindness and respect. It's a great example of what a coffee shop should be.

For drinks, I had the Orange Blossom Hot Tea, which was very good. She ordered the Mocha Latte, and it was outstanding. The barista clearly took the time to get it just right. And who doesn't appreciate well-crafted latte art? It was a beautiful day, so we sat out on the front patio. Just not a fan of sitting down for a inside coffeeshop experience with a paper cup. Service: The people helping us out were both super friendly. Explained the different menu choices. They offer gluten "friendly" bakery, and let us know that they try hard to contain any cross contamination.. I don't have a gluten issue, but that was good to know.
