The service is pretty good for the most part and I have never had any problems when I go in. I always stop in for their bagels. They make them homemade in a brick fired oven and you can taste the difference. My order is always the lox with jalapeño cream cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and the salmon. It is outstanding. They never overdo it with the salmon, which I really appreciate because some places pile it on and it throws the whole taste off. Here the balance is perfect every time. I am not much of a coffee drinker, but my cousin gets their coffee on the regular and she loves it. They always have seasonal flavors and she looks forward to trying the new ones. Sweet Brew is definitely one of those spots I visit every single time I'm in Phoenixville. It is reliable, delicious, and such a great little café.

I've been a fan of Sweet Brew since they opened. Apparently, I was in the minority with loving the unique bagel toppings though because they ended up paring back the menu so they weren't wasting food (which I am fully in support of even if it made me sad). So while I don't go out of my way to visit anymore now that they have a more basic bagel menu, they are my go-to coffee and bagel place when I'm in Phoenixville. I was in town with my boyfriend for Blobfest last weekend and we ended up stopping by two days in a row. The first day we unknowingly arrived just a couple minutes before they were scheduled to close, but they were happy to take our orders and didn't make us feel rushed at all. I couldn't resist trying the featured Blob Cold Brew, and it was delicious. I love a sweet coffee drink (the sweeter, the better) and I loved this one with the raspberry cold foam. We also grabbed a Jalapeno Red Pepper Bagel with Garden Veggie Cream Cheese and it was tasty. The bagel definitely had some kick to it, and I like their veggie cream cheese. The next day we stopped in after the Blobfest running races, and the shop was pretty busy. We didn't feel like we were waiting extra long though, and the employees were doing a great job of calmly churning out orders from the small kitchen for the walk-ins customers, as well as putting together take-out orders that delivery people kept coming in to pick up. I tried the Berries and Cream Iced Latte and it was very creamy and flavorful. We also got a couple bagels with Lemon Blueberry Cream Cheese, which was yummy. The shop is small, so there's no indoor seating or restroom, but they do have half a dozen outdoor tables for dining in nicer weather.

We were looking for a nice breakfast spot in Phoenixville so I checked Yelp. Thanks to some helpful…read morereviews, we found this hidden gem! It really was hidden too because if not for GPS, we'd have driven right past it. Nook and Kranny describes it perfectly because it's a cool little spot off the beaten path. The food was delicious! My wife and I each had the Muffin French Toad and my stepson had the breakfast sandwich. For me, the star of the show was the cinnamon grits I ordered...they were fantastic! We were so happy finding this place and really enjoyed it. My family will definitely be back!

Little tea pots and handmade pot holders are for sale on the walls and in the windows. The food here is good and satisfying. The service, not so much. We waited quite a while for our order to be taken, and then to receive it. It's very small, so tables are one on top of another. Don't discuss any state secrets! The coffee is good, but no refills are offered and you have to flag down someone for more. In the winter, make sure you're dressed warm and lucky enough not to be seated directly in front of the doorway, as you're in the direct line of the cold wind coming in every time the door opens. That's the reason we found the only open table when we arrived, so it was on the chilly side.

It's so rich and flavorful, you would never guess it's dairy-free. It tastes exactly like traditional gelato creamy smooth and sweet down to the thick texture. It makes you wonder why we even bother with dairy when something this good exists. I  was vegan for 5 years and have tasted just about every brand in multiple cities. Gemelli Artisanal Gelato is EXTRAORDINARY. AN EXPERIENCE YOU CANNOT MISS! Everything about Gemelli Artisanal Gelato felt so decadent and authentic - like I  was back in Italy but with amazing VEGAN options. The sugar cone was fresh and perfect --there's also waffle cones.  Gemelli Artisanal Gelato checked every box of what you want in a DECADENT ice cream experience. I already can't wait to go back!
