Took me a solid 5 minutes just to decide. The barista was super chill though. We had a group of 5 and she made all our drinks with a smile, didn't seem annoyed at all. Drinks came out fast and everyone liked theirs. Only thing I'm mad about -- I didn't get a muffin. They looked incredible in the display case. Huge tops, fresh, golden. I literally stared at them while waiting for my coffee and talked myself out of it for some reason. Regretting it hard now. Next time I'm grabbing two. Would go back just for the service honestly. I stop by this coffee shop from time to time and, overall, I have received friendly service…read more However, the experience can be inconsistent. Some days the staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely pleasant, while on other days the level of service seems to depend entirely on the mood of the barista. The quality of a coffee can bring customers in, but consistency in kindness and professionalism is what keeps them coming back. A smile, respect, and a positive attitude are just as important as the drink being served. It seems that since tipping became something requested before the service is even provided, a bit of the humility and gratitude that once defined great customer service has been lost. Not everywhere, of course, but too often the smile, attentiveness, and genuine care that used to earn a tip have been replaced by the expectation of receiving one. The best tips are still earned the old-fashioned way: through kindness, respect, and exceptional service.

What an amazing location, wow!…read more Been coming here for 6 years. Regular simply for the redbull raspberry twist blended. Best drink ever. People are always friendly, and a few of the gals even have my car and order memorized. They offer a rewards card for $5 for every 10 drinks purchased btw! I have had good experiences here and now one not so good experience. I've gotten the iced black &…read morewhite mocha, the regular iced white mocha and their chai teas. They are delicious. I went there again and chose the Toffee Coffee to get something different. I was driving home and my drink tasted like flavored water. I went back the next day as I definitely did not drink that coffee, as I thought she left the espresso out. Actually she did not leave it out. It does NOT come with espresso in it. It is made with water and a coffee powder. So if you are looking for an actual espresso drink, I would suggest NOT getting the Toffee Coffee. Since I did not come back that same day, as I was already driving home, they said that they could not remake a regular mocha for me since they said I could have drank it on my way home. Unfortunately, I hope going forward, that if someone buys a Toffee Coffee drink, they could at least be informed (on the menu board or in person) that this is not an espresso made coffee. That it is a coffee powder base made with water.

My daughter being a picky eater chose to get an egg, potato, and bacon burrito. I had the foxwood burrito and an americano. The service was great and the food came out fast. To my surprise my daughter really enjoyed her burrito. She is a tough one to please! The foxwood burrito was tasty. There was a nice sauce and everything was cooked well. My only complaint, keeping this from a five stat review would be the potatoes on the burrito. They had a bit of a freezer burn taste. It wasn't horrible but I noticed it. All in all this was a great little coffee shop that will please even the pickiest of eaters!

We decided to give it a try one morning and the menu is very diverse. Almost too diverse, as in there's too many different types of drinks and it makes the menu feel all over the place. This does make sense as it seems to work well with who stops by. As for the workers they all seem pretty young, but as it was my first time, the service seems little all over the place - again seems to work with the vibe of the place. The coffee we got was very good and very surprised they don't have more honey options as a sweetener. We come over a little too often, so we will see how this review gets updated
