If I could give this Starbucks zero stars, I would. I brought my two 6-year-old sons here, and we had been sitting for less than 30 minutes. One of my boys has special needs. A male staff member wearing glasses came out and told my son 3-4 times to put his feet down, even though he wasn't doing anything wrong and wasn't even wearing shoes that could damage the chair. I explained that my son has special needs, but instead of showing any understanding or kindness, he asked us to leave. I left feeling sad, hurt, and extremely disappointed. This is not what customer service should look like, and the way my child with special needs was treated felt very discriminatory and unfair. I will never come back to this location and I will not recommend it to anyone, especially families or anyone with special needs children. This Starbucks in Plano is right next door to a bubble tea shop that we come to sometimes and when I brought my guy friend here, instead of hitting on Barbie and keeping his mouth shut, he insisted on getting a Starbucks. Psh. So we all sat down in here and he bought us all drinks to show us how great Starbucks is - as if I haven't had it a million times before. It was not impressive and very expensive. Wow, I haven't been to a Starbucks for a very long time? That unicorn drink is the reason I came back. However, I did notice that they do have new drinks that I would like to try out. Atmosphere - 3/5 - It is a starbucks. You have a place to sit and drink or write a movie script. :P Staff - 5/5. Always friendly, even though it has been a while since I have been here. Food/Drinks - 4/5 - I have had times where the drink wasn't made as well. This time though, it was great. What I ordered: - Unicorn Frappucino - 4/5. Everyone is knocking it, from the people buying it to the people making it. However, I liked it. It wasn't as sweet to me, but then again, I do have a sweet tooth. Slowest, most unorganized location I've ever been to. 30mins just so they can say " someone must have stolen your drink". Their "pick up" system is unorganized. I've seen other locations with dividers that are alphabetical for easy pick-up. This location, you have to scramble through many orders to see which one is yours. Horrible setup. read more

This is a nice little Starbucks tucked away in a shopping center off the tollway. There isnt a drive through so your only option is to go in. But prepare, its one of the slowest starbucks Ive ever been to. The employees are decently friendly but they havent exactly been trained in efficiency and speed. The store itself is very clean and so are the bathrooms. The way the sun shines in, it tends to get really hot. I suggest going early or late in the evening if you're planning to sit around a bit. read more

Including bar style, couches, table, and outside seating. It is located by several shops and restaurants that are average and above average ratings. Very nice place - plenty of light through the glass windows and a good view of the streets. I've been here many times. I can always find a place to park outside and a place to sit inside. It's quite spacious compared to other Starbucks locations in the north Plano area near Dallas Tollway. The baristas are very friendly and helpful. Today, I wanted a dark roasted coffee, but they ran out. The barista offered to do a pour-over. The freshly brewed coffee was aromatic, bold, and full-body - good enough to keep me awake in this late afternoon. read more

Worse experiences ever!! I walk in and was not greeted at all!! I actually had to greet my self one occasion! And than they messed up my drink order on 2 different occasions and didn't event take it down the third time. I usually give places 3x before I give up on the place and this place has exceed that number! If you are wanting a good cup of coffee done right this is not the place to go! 1) My drink was mad hot when asked for it to be cold. 2) They had made it with coffee instead of 2x espresso shot. 3) And made it with Carmel drizzle instead of syrup You have been warned! A few years ago I gave up going to this store because of the click like atmosphere that the staff and certain customers had. It was annoying to have to wait while the endless small talk subsided to get my order in. That was a couple of years ago and it seems that all of that is long gone. Honestly, I have to give this store the recognition it deserves, they can move a massive amount of customers with lighting fast efficiency. Quick and pretty standard service. This location always seems to be busy with people coming in and out, but not too many seem to stay. The pastries are enclosed in a rectangular glass display window. We have all come to expect Starbucks experience to be consistent as it is more or less a commodity. That said, there are times when the experience exceeds expectation. This was one of those times. The baristas were beyond Normal standards of friendly and competent. I found they were genuinely warm and inviting. The coffee product that I was given did not meet my personal standards of excellence so, when brought to the attention of my Barista, not only was the product corrected, but I was given a sincere apology and thanks for my business. Unfortunately this place is close to my work. They are pretty busy most of the time. I can honestly say I visit this location more than several times a week and with an exception of very few the staff here is awful. They mess up your order all the time. The wait is long. And today I got charged $.60 extra for absolutely no reason and the girl said oh sorry I won't do it again???? Didn't even try to correct it or upgrade order and the milk she charged me $.60 for she just dumped out. I will take extra 5 min in the morning and make my own coffee if it saves me from having a bad morning before your morning coffee. If Starbucks wants to stay open with ascension coming around which is a far better coffee and charge over $3 for a cup of coffee then maybe should consider at least getting better staff. I'm a little late with this review. I hit various Starbucks locations from time to time in the morning. This Starbucks is a customer service nightmare. Waiting in line, placing order and waiting for my drink - AN AMERICONO took 26 minutes!!! Like most Sbuxs, the staff smiles and is friendly. This Sbux wasn't anymore busier than any other I have been to during the morning rush. They had 4 staff working behind the coffee bar. However one of the staff personnel was outside for 10-15 minutes talking on her cel phone. This couldn't have been an employee break because this was around the 7 o'clock hour which is part of the morning work rush. Still 4 working and 1 not seems to be sufficient. It's not like they were working a 20 drink order for 1 person. They are just slooooooooowwwww. So if you like throwing minutes of your life away waiting for your drink, this is the place for you. I came to this Starbucks on my way up to work, told them what happened and just asked if they would mind making my drink again. They were so kind and got started immediately. This place is next to Willowbend and there's a Target behind this store which makes it incredibly convenient. Despite it being a cafe store, my friend and I received our drinks quickly. We both got simple drinks so I think that may have been a factor as well. Also, there were 2 baristas working front of the line and it was crowded but quiet w/ steady stream of customers coming in. Had an absolutely fabulous time here for breakfast! I loved Zach, my cashier. He blasted through a line of 5people in front of me in minutes. Also, he didn't make me wait thru all the complicated drink orders to get my drip coffee, he promptly grabbed it himself. This really means a lot to me, since my drink literally takes 5 seconds to pour. It's surprising how rare it is to find a staff that can actually handle multiple customers and treat them all as equally important. In terms of the cafe itself, this is one of the largest I've ever been in. They have 9 leather chairs, benches, bars, and table seating available. I regret every time I come to this location. Honestly it's not terrible but always something here, either my order is wrong or I get annoyed with staff because their lack professionalism. The staff sometime is the annoying staff that corrects you for not ordering the "Starbucks" way. I.e.
