Oh my -- this Starbucks is dirty, poorly maintained and has sketchy service. About an hour into the morning today, their countertops, tables and chairs looked like they were trashed by a bunch of spring breakers. And after being told their drip coffee machines were broken, they suggested Americanos for a higher price. The Americanos were very weak and flavorless, but the barista was kind enough to charge us for extra shots of espresso still resulting in weak, flavorless coffee (yep, that's sarcasm). Everytime I come in here everyone is so nice. The lines are sometimes really long, but it's a given at any Starbucks. I'm attached to this Starbucks because i actually spent quite some time here while in nursing school. The tables and chairs are always clean and someone is always cleaning up. Why doesn't this Starbucks location have more positive reviews?? All off the staff members here never take "long" to make my drink orders. I've never received a wrong order, not even a badly crafted drink!! Iced shaken espresso with oat-milk and vanilla sweet cold foam is what I order, and they never disappoint. Cool place to chat or do some work because they ALMOST always have a chair/table to sit. If I were to say what could be improved a slight bit is the counter top/ bar area. It deserves more appreciation and an upgrade to the surface or perhaps the furniture would make a nice difference. 10/10. I always mobile order and my coffee is always ready when I arrive. I see a lot of people saying "when I mobile order I still have to wait".... Mobile ordering doesn't mean your drink gets made before everyone else in the store. Just put in your Mobile order, do some shopping in the center for a few minutes THEN go pick up your drink. It's really that simple. This Starbucks is ALWAYS busy with customers that will complain but still show up for their coffee fix so I won't fault the partners for messy stores, full garbages or not smiling and other nonsense that people that come to this store complain about. Broken machine? I'm sure the partners or management didn't do that on purpose or to themselves so.... why give them grief for it. These employees work with the assistance that Starbucks gives them. Glad I was able to catch the "Happy hour promo" for May that is almost at its end. I enjoy trying what ever on their promo- unusual and entertaining. The store is small. Lots of seats are available for the customer. Wifi connection is strong. During the visit, the line was long but the cashier handled it well and the Barista delivered. Service is right on the dot. Quick. Fast. My frap was delivered the way I want. Just like other branches, it carries more than coffee. Teas, cookies, pastries , sandwiches etc. etc. Promotional merchandises are displayed in the coffee shop, it accentuated the place but it is on the way of the counter. Location is good, is within a commercial center next to CVS, Staples, Subway, Urgent Care. Parking is not a hassle. It is nearby to other businesses that may be part of your errand list. read more

Visited this location due to their current promotion of holding flavors and was looking forward to enjoy some morning joe. The lines were decent and the barista service was excellent. We ended up getting pumpkin spice latte and caramel brûlée latte. We were in and out of the location in less than 10 minutes. Only thing I would recommend increasing the social distance. read more

It's disheartening because it's walking distance from me and the staff is wonderful but they're always out of a lot of items on the menu. The service is terrible again, I regularly pick up orders from here. Every-time I walk in, the lady with the beige hijab and the girl with the super short hair are always gossiping. They choose when to help and who to help. I do not recommend ordering or picking up from this place, unless you have at least 20 minutes of your day to waste. WORST STARBUCKS STORE. horrible customer service with employees that have the nastiest attitude. I would give this store zero if I could. No point in ordering a mobile order here because they'll either be over 12-15 min late every time or just not make your drink!!! I waited for 30 min asking where is my drink to have employees roll their eyes and tell me idk were too backed up to check. I ordered from a mobile order and asked for a refund after 30 minutes waiting in the lobby to get the wrong amount of refund too!!! The staff is beyond incompetent and clearly need more training. Also there is no such thing as social distancing in this location. As a medical professional I am beyond disappointed and will not be coming back. My first time coming to this Starbucks in this neighborhood! And I like how spacious the inside is. I loved how they had such a variety on their tumbler cups as well as mugs. The barista who had taken my order was very polite, and she knew her STARBUCKS!!! She made sure she triple checked my order since it was some what an off the menu/ keto drink which makes it a bit different. My drink came out very quickly!! And I was very pleased with it except she put a bit too much ice in it. My overall take to this place is nice and cozy. It seems as a teenager hang out spot, but a great place to stop and get your favorite drink on the go. read more

Not the cleanest Starbucks around. Pickup area was littered with straw wrappers and other junk which were an eyesore and gave me the impression the place was poorly upkept. Staff are fine - not super friendly but not rude either. My drink have always been fine. The seating area is a plus and the store is fairly large, esp. if you're used to Starbucks in Manhattan. Parking available in the share lot but can sometimes be a little tight during prime shopping hours and on weekend when everyone is out and about. I really like layout of this Starbucks. I brought my own travel mug and was a little dismayed when the barista put a sticker on it. Luckily I was able to get it off without a problem, but yeah, maybe they shouldn't do that. Either way, my drink came out fast, hot and properly juiced me up for our day of activities. I used to frequent this Starbucks and recently started coming here again. I usually order ahead and my drink is always ready when I arrive. The taste of my drinks have been average and they've only missed minor things (like no foam in my lattes). Cleanliness of their condiment bar isn't their strongest suite...
