On the second trip it was exact same coffee request with the same results. An improvement needed is to have different sweetners for the coffee. Not everyone wants white sugar or sweet n low. But the frosting is where it truly shines. It was so rich and malty, it was like eating a soft Malteser. What's even better is that the size is not obscene, so you're felt feeling satisfied but not overwhelmed. Service was polite. Taste of Paris is not actually that bad. But it is pretty weird. The vibe is less Parisian cafe than hostile architecture. For one thing, there's a hole in the ceiling. It is not small. It's basically an entire missing ceiling tile. Like, there may be some kind of repair project or remodel going on? For another thing, it's rather dark for a coffee shop. It's dimly lit with very little natural light. And the walls seem green screen ready. Jarringly sparse but would make a great Teams background. All that said, the coffee is decent. I ordered off menu. A flat white, no sugar, no syrup. And it was solid. Which, in sum, leaves me at three stars. Two or below if you're drinking in, but maybe four if you're grabbing to go.
